They are really nice at J. L. Massie. If you have questions, they will answer it or call you back. My husband and I had a tree fall on our home. We had J. L. Massie, do an assessment and got the check within 3 weeks. The only problem I wonder is if the cost of building the room is more expensive, will I the insurance pay up.

We are in the process of purchasing a home near Hinton and need insurance. Since we live 7 hours away I had no choice but to call. I spoke to Gabe and he had us set up with coverage in no time. Very friendly and personable. We look forward to meeting him and the staff in the future. Thank you for making this an easy process for us.

I never had any claims. When I was robbed a lot, couldn't get a police report to turn anything in. I have it, other friends have it, they like it
