Caught between a rock and a hard place, Seth and the folks there were splendid! Frankly, they were neighborly in a manner of speaking Helped us out of a tight corner, did the work very promptly, professionally, and (I thought) very reasonably. In similar situations before, I was baked in a pie by the merchant, so honesty and integrity are everything to me.Go there.Dr. Cook

The washed out roads and rain can be unnerving when driving through the mountains and valleys of West Virginia and Pennsylvania! I needed a tire upgrade on my RAV 4. Country Roads Tire & Auto gave me excellent advice without pressure to make a sell! My utmost concern is safety because I drive often at night and it is country dark on most of the back roads I most travel to get home! Treachery is the norm! Seth, answered all my questions, and I had a few! I even gave him a few scenarios and he told me why he would make a particular selection over a different choice. I am very pleased with the tires placed on my car. I know it was the right choice because the rain and treacherous roads showed themselves the next day! Thanks again Seth!

My low tire light came on my wife's car. Seth and Brian took the time to get my car in and they checked the tires for me. I had a low tire. They put air in it and reset my tire light for me. They we're very kind and didn't even charge me a fee. They will have my future business for sure when it comes to tires. Thank you guys!

I've been here a couple of times only out of convenience. The front office is pretty pathetic. The alignment tech is honest and upfront. Bob's/Eddie's in Berkeley Springs is way better.

$164.25 to mount and balance 4 tires is ridiculous. Every other tire shop charges a flat rate (~$25/wheel), while Country Roads charges hourly. Cashier conveniently forgot to mention this until after work was complete.Wheels and tires were provided off the car, definitely not 1.5 hours of labor.Asked for (and was charged for) new valve stems, wheels still have old stems starting to show signs of dry rot.

Seth did a great job servicing my vehicle. He was very straightforward with what was needed and quoted me a fair price.

It takes a team to make work perform like a well oiled machine. This team nailed it.I brought my Polaris Slingshot in for a new rear tire. These gentlemen did their research on the vehicle and had the old one off and the new one on in know time. Thanks for the great service experience,Shean

I took my car to many different places cuz my car was burning/leaking oil. They said it was fixed I still had that same problem. I had to add oil to my car often.Country Roads called Me an hour after I dropped it off and had figured out exactly what was wrong with my car. This is now my go-to car service.

I appreciate the professional and courteous staff at this auto shop. I can count on the work needed on my cars to be done right and in a timely manner. Seth is especially honest and helpful, and went out of his way to guide me through a stressful and serious situation with my vehicle. Without his assistance, I don't know what would have happened. Finding an honest auto shop is a blessing; but finding one that goes the extra mile and cares about their customers is truly exceptional. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Well done Seth and team!

Seth and team at Country Roads super great! I called stating my problem. I was surprised Seth said come by that day to look at the issue. I have a mechanic in the area I live not willing to just look at the issue. So appreciate Country Roads. I definitely recommend Country Roads

Just driving through on rt 9, I somehow ended up with a wheel weight in my tire, and a broken wheel lock left me no way to get the tire off. The crew at Country Roads was so helpful in getting me back on the road quickly! Kind, courteous, and helpful! I d certainly recommend anyone in the area needing tire service come here!!

Today was my first time there and all I can say is "They have themselves a new customer" lol. I will definitely be coming back to these guys. Everyone was great, friendly and professional and they have some amazing slim jims by Country Meats. I love the Ghost Fire flavored ones. I will definitely be getting more of those also.

Update 4/23: Country Roads reached out 3 or 4 months after my review asking me to reach out. At that point, one car was totaled by deer and the other will not accelerate. It will likely be scrapped. Why not reach out after our review? Given the amount of time passed and state of vehicles, there was nothing to be done and we will not be back.My family has gone to this shop many times. In the last month to 6 weeks, we have given Country Roads well over 3000.00. I am writing this review because it is my belief a few of the problems were directly caused by Country Roads and when this was pointed out, there is always an excuse or an effort to place blame back to us, the customers.I had a perfectly working air conditioner Tuesday evening because I used it. We dropped the car off Wednesday morning. It is now Friday, after paying and picking up the vehicle to fix another issue. I no longer have a working air conditioner. It is making a horrible sound that gets louder on higher speeds. Country Roads says they didn't do it because they didn't touch the area...but I didn't do it so either a ghost did it or someone is lying...and I have no reason to lie.I needed brakes and rotors a few weeks prior. They did them. After, we were told the squeaky, metal grinding sounds were normal because brakes take time to seat themselves. We were told to call back if it kept going. So we waited and did. Turns out, the tie rods were going bad 40,000 miles early. Odd, since before they did the brake job, there was no pulling in the steering, no squeaking, no grinding. It was a perfect driving car then it wasn't. We went to a dealership previously and they also never mentioned any tie rod or related damage. Again, Country Roads denied any wrong doing but offered a very minimal discount. They admitted it made no sense and was "weird". I was told by a knowledgeable mechanic that this was definitely the fault of Country Roads. He just can't fathom how they messed up to create such an issue for me. I can't either since I am not a mechanic but I listened to the sounds. It occurred every time the brakes were applied. It progressively got worse...first with metal grinding, then chirping, the popping. All along, the steering would pull. At first, only a bit but it got worse to the point that it felt dangerous to drive. It all started immediately after Country Roads worked on the car. We drive a lot and there is no doubt the car takes abuse but there would have been signs. There were none.I am a reasonable person who seriously just wants an honest shop who will fix my stuff when it needs fixed. If this is Country Roads and they remedy this with me, I will update my review. If they don't or I get more of the same treatment...like telling my wife they didn't touch the AC...I won't be back, I will contact the Better Business Bureau and a lawyer. No one is perfect but as a garage you are supposed to fix things. Not break stuff and claim never touched it.

Hands Down my favorite and most honest place to take my vehicle. They know me and how I like certain maintenance things done even when I forget. Seth and Cayden are just great guys.

They got me in and quickly and replaced my tire sensors. Even double checked with me to make sure they were doing what I wanted. A little expensive but definitely cheaper than the dealership!

Simple oil change and tire rotation. Also had the brakes checked. Was done quickly. Friendly staff. But no big surprise about that. Have been there before, and will be back again for the next maintenance items.
