Everyone here is very polite, a pleasure to work with. There are way to few polite people left these days. Keep up the good job! The facility is nice and clean, roomy, and covered for the drivers comfort. I have really appreciated that.Lines can get a little long but once you re in, they move fast and accurately.There are safety procedures, but nothing crazy or inconvenient as other places have.Overnight parking not allowed though.

So, despite the reviews that say these guys are flexible, I ve been here three times, the first time was ok. Was able to get in, get tarped and get out. The second time I was 11 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic and was told to have my carrier reschedule for next day. This time arrived on time (10 pm appointment) and was told they had to many trucks and my carrier would have to reschedule on Monday.

Good place to load a flatbed for the amount of volume of flatbeds that come in everyday! They set appointments but they are very flexible! Mine was for 8pm and the guard shack radioed the shipping dept and they sent me in To load at 3pm . Ignore the post on here about strict appointment times! The guard shack will explain everything where you have to go! Loading was quick and I was in and out in just a bit over an hour! Well taken care of facilities and shipping area was clean and organized! I had my doubts about coming here and having to wait long but they move the trucks quickly!

Showed up 4 hours early for appt. Got loaded right away. Being able to tarp inside is great too.

The shipper is very helpful, it s the brokers that are trying to sell loads for 1300 sharp appts and then you check in only to be told this load was scheduled for 0830PM sharp, and it was scheduled by your broker 2 days ago . They got me in by 1630, nice, fast and polite. So be careful about them brokers.

Awful place. The only nice and respectable people were 2 female employees at the guard shack. The 2 men who were working before them have a serious stick in their behind and an authority complex. I arrived at 2:05PM for a 2:00PM appointment with 2 trucks ahead of me and checked in at literally 2:11PM and they made me reschedule my appointment for being over 10 minutes late. I literally begged them to not be like that and they were extremely rude, aggressive, and completely committed to being disrespectful. I told them the load was going to help me get home to see my family and their response was "Not my family, not my problem.". I was forced to leave the plant. When I returned for my new appointment at 5PM there were new guards that were 2 ladies and they allowed me to check in and go get loaded 40 minutes early and said the 2 guys before were lazy and arrogant and always try to make the trucker's lives miserable. Even when I went to get loaded the old man was a rude & rascist grump. He kept yelling aggressively and when I asked him what his problem was he said "How would you feel of you had to help a bunch of lazy colored folks!". He also refused to help me put my lumber tarps on my load with his forklift. All around awful place.

This place does not want to load you i had a app. Time for 8am and they said i need to reschedule bc you cant be no more than 10 minutes late I was there at 8 am but they said my app was at 730 and they did the same thing to me a few days ago but I was a few miss late but I guess they thing nothing happens on the road and on top of all that both times I've been here there was nobody in the bays getting loaded this place just don't want to do there job. But when I did finally get to the back the guys were aswome and helped me get loaded fast

Loads by appointment only. Tarp n scale here too. There is a nice little truck stop nearby

Strict appointments, if on time, you'll be in and out. Truckers, here is the best truck route: off I-79, take exit 67(exit where the Pilot is). Go east at the end of the ramp then go north on US 19 about 4 miles. The plant is on the left.

Load only by appt , if u late 10 min u ll have reschedule, make sure u get earlier cause broker time doesnt match theirs !load fast ,tarp and cover all the time.

Freaking nice people but longest time I ever waited to be loaded. It was almost 13 hours of sitting still for a load I will only get 75 dollars for

I came 1 hour prior to my appointment, they took me in. In about 40 mins they loaded me. Nice security, nice fork lift drivers

Be on time for ur appointment and u will be in and out really fast ,don t show up too early because they will make you sit and wait

Super friendly people and efficient. Checked in at appt time (9:00 A.M.) Checked out and on the road by 10:00.
