We are visiting from Northern Virginia and unfortunately we picked up a screw in the tire. I went on Google searching for repair centers and read the reviews. Only reached out to one in hopes that a response would be timely. Wow Kevin was immediate to respond and got me in with 90 minutes. He provided two options and his opinion which was the cheaper solution to get us home safely. Kevin didn t even want to charge me for the plug service but I insisted on paying considering his customer service and team are top notch. Again, we are from NoVa area so we aren t used to service of this magnitude except for only a select in the industry. I m not a reviewer typically but Kevin and his guys deserve more than 5 stars. If you are in a bind like I was and are reading this there is only one you need to contact and that is Kevin! Thanks again for the help and ensure my young children are able to get home safely.

As an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician, Kevin is an outstanding mechanic and has done an amazing job with each of the vehicles that he's worked on for me. The service is done right the first time. He's honest, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He's even been able to provide a comparable price to Costco for tires, mounting, balancing, and disposal. His prices are very good and he commits to a schedule and keeps you updated along the way of any changes. His written estimates are thorough and detailed. There are never any hidden surprises. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great mechanic.

I know Kevin from the previous shop he worked at and got nothing but great vibes and customer service while dealing with him. I m happy that he s doing his own thing and thankful my neighbor put me back in touch with him.I m all about honesty, transparency and he checks both boxes. Needed a major repair recently and took my SUV here. Kevin was extremely communicative and helpful throughout the entire repair. Fair and reasonable pricing and above and beyond service level for their customers.Highly recommend.

Before starting my 200 mile drive home after visiting my daughter in Jefferson County, and a little concerned about the way my AWD Toyota Sienna was driving, I brought my car to Evermore for road check. Wow: So glad I did! Kevin was able to look at the car right away and, as I thought might be the case, found several issues with the aging and worn run-flat tires on my Toyota Sienna. He took the time to discuss the repair options with me, including the pros and cons of replacing the single ruptured tire vs. undertaking the bigger job of replacing all of the tires. He was patient and objective in discussing the costs and performance of run-flats vs. traditional radials and the impact of mismatched tires on AWD systems. So welcome was that he did not pressure or "talk down" to me in the way I've found many mechanics sometimes do. Though a little nervous about doing this big job far from home, I decided to swap all four run-flats for radials. Kevin was able to get the parts needed and get me on the road by the following morning (and at a very reasonable price). Suffice it to say that I'll happily cross four states to have my car serviced by Kevin and his crew again!

Kevin is the absolute best! I really don t trust any other mechanic. He is friendly and very honest. He will never try to rip you off and truly has your best interest in mind when it comes to your vehicle. He s always gotten me and my family into his shop in a timely manner. He s even fit us into his schedule on a last minute request. I highly recommend Kevin and Everstone Auto for your car service & repair needs! Thank you Kevin for such great service!!!

I cannot express my gratitude for the kindness Kevin just showed meI was at Meadowfarms Nursery and locked my keys in my car, he was there in 10 min, car opened in 2, he refused to accept any money. What an amazing angel! Thank you Kevin!!!!!! All my car repairs will come to you, anyone that shows that kind of compassion during an embarrassing moment deserves nothing but blessings!

EverStone Auto Repair Services saved my life! I am grateful to Kevin, the lead mechanic and owner(?), for his honesty, expertise, and the forthright manner in which he conducts business. While visiting Harpers Ferry for the weekend from a locale 3+ hours away, my car began to violently shake. I feared driving it on the highway, but was uncertain where I could get help without being ripped off. A friend found EverStone Auto Repair. Within minutes Kevin diagnosed my problem, showed me what was wrong, and quoted me how much it would cost to repair. Then he took me to a nearby Starbucks to wait until the service was completed. It turns out one of my tires was so badly damaged that if I had driven it home on the highway, the tire likely would have blown out; suffice to say, the situation was extremely dangerous.I am so grateful to him for his care and stewardship of his shop. I HIGHLY recommend EverStone Auto Repair for anyone - near or far - who is looking for expert counsel and repair regarding their vehicle. We have a 2015 Subaru Forester with a number of issues including deferred maintenance and replacement of damaged/malfunctioning parts: wheel bearing, lug nuts, and the transmission control valve body assembly, to name a few.Kevin and his team took their time to diagnose problems and find solutions. As a result, our car runs better than ever. His rates are reasonable and fair for today's market. We highly recommend EverStone if you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic.

I don t trust many mechanics in this area so coming here has been a relief. They did great work on my car both times I ve been in and the second time Kevin was even able to get me in on short notice. I'd highly recommend coming here!

I am from out of town and encountered an engine coolant leak. Kevin began methodically troubleshooting with various diagnostic techniques and eliminated a couple of possibilities for the fault. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Although we did not rectify the issue during this visit, due to my travel schedule, I appreciate Kevin's diagnosis and recommendations.

Kevin, Drew and Trey are top notch and know their trade- you won t get gypped, won t get hustled. You pay for what your vehicle needs, nothing else.And, they know how to treat everyday people, saw that first hand today. Lady new in town was broke down on 340 with her son, and Kev had no problem running out to help her get off the side of the road and to the shop.Won t take my vehicles anywhere else. Wish I knew he was here a year back!!!Cheers- Pat

I chose this business because it had so many positive referrals and I'm glad I did. Kevin has done numerous repairs on my 2002 Chevy pickup, and he's so knowledgeable and goes over everything with you...but more importantly, he may just be the last honest mechanic in town!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

If I could have Kevin as my mechanic for the rest of my life I would. He has been so helpful and honest with everything we have needed for both of our vehicles. He has even gone above and beyond to show us the parts that have needed replacing. He also brought our vehicle to us one time when it took longer than expected. His pricing is very fair and I appreciate that there is an option to drop off and pick up outside of business hours. I'm definitely sticking with him for all of our car needs for as long as possible.

professional, was flexible, and did not give any false promise on the work that was done and straight to the point. Their shop rate is higher than what is around and you get what you pay for, and the money i spent is worth it since I did not have to deal with any headaches dealing with my car after the fact. If you want a no frills service and just get it done , then this place is for you.

I scheduled my appointment for 9am and upon arrival I was instantly greeted by their friendly staff. The shop is kept very clean, and I also really liked how personal the experience felt. They really took the time and care to look over my car properly and I appreciated that. Kevin is awesome, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Other auto shops need to take heed and follow suite. He has been a blessing for me because others have been quick to rip me off or at least attempt to. He solved my alternator issue and replaced belts at a rate that was hundreds less than quoted by a big name auto repair chain that I used to visit. If you are reading this review looking for a new mechanic, YES go here. This place is absolutely deserving of a five star rating. Five star service, well that's what I was hoping for when I saw the reviews in my search for a transmission service shop. However this was not the case. I called the shop eager to get my questions answered and finally decide on who best to service my vehicle. I was greeted on the phone and told that they would not entertain pricing questions. If I'm shopping for the best shop, they are not interested. They are so busy that they don't need or are interested in my business. Wow, that's a first. This was going to probably be a 5 to 8 thousand dollar job. They don't need my business.I'll never go to, or recommend this place. Good luck

Kevin was a very cool dude . Got my car in same day let me know everything that was wrong . I like his one system where it allows you to approve or deny some fixes right by your phone and you don t have to be at the shop . Got my parts ordered right away and fixed it as soon as the parts came in . Very fast services would recommend anyone to come here . I also like how they have a drop in box and if you need to pick up your car he has a key box out front just in case they are closed when you need to pick up your car . Very pleased with their services and will be returning for any future services . Thanks Kevin
