I missed my appointment, which I never do but Mike was super understanding and accommodating! He got me back on the schedule and finished in great time. All of the staff was pleasant, young lady in the lobby and young man that changed my tires. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me and my car.

Great service. I showed up a half hour early and he started right away. He also had no problems answering other questions I had. Fair pricing too. I would definitely recommend and I will be back again when needed.

Good guys. Had a low tire sensor go off on the way into town for the week and they spent a lot of time looking for a leak that wasn't there just to be sure. Time is money and they didn't charge me...tipped him anyway.

Wonderful place! We have been there with three different cars, and they have always been receptive to extra requests, nice, and professional. We know where to do our oil change and tire change from now on!

Editing my review to add: I took a Jeep Liberty in for brake work. Took it for inspection and to make a long story short, it failed for brakes. Called Mike, took it back in and he more than made good on the repair. He replaced every component that had been affected by a small oversight and would not let me pay for even a portion of the parts. There was a small error but many businesses would have tried to wiggle out of any sort of responsibility. This is an honest businessman and other than warranty work, he has my family's business for any repairs that I can take to him. Support your local businesses, it pays. Thanks Mike, hope you guys enjoyed the coffee and doughnut holesJust picked my CR-V from Apple Valley Tires, it needed rear brakes and rotors. Apple Valley tires is close to home so it's convenient. Mike is courteous, knowledgeable, and detected another possible issue with my car, which unfortunately they don't repair at this shop. Great price, repair was done quickly. I definitely recommend this small business and plan to continue to utilize their services.

Super friendly staff, professional service, competitive prices, extremely fast service. From the time I pulled in until the time I pulled away, it only took 30 minutes to have four tires mounted and balanced! Clean, comfortable, and attractive waiting area. Spotless restroom. Thank you Apple Valley tire!

I brought 2 tires because my rears were quite bad. Took maybe 20 minutes tops. 19.95 a wheel to get them mounted and balanced. Very clean and Nice staff. First time going and wont be my last. Great experience!

We have gotten tires for both vehicles here, and the price was hundreds less than other tire shops around. Twice when I have called to have them change a flat in my driveway and they were here within an hour. Mike and his crew are professional and courteous, and I will take all of my auto repair to him.

While coming through Charlstown last year I had a flat tire. I got out all the needed stuff and changed the tire. Now being an old geezer prone to forgetting things I figured I better get the flat fixed while it was fresh in my mind. I stopped at two places and ask where the best place to get a flat fixed and got the same answer from both,Apple Valley Tire so I headed there. It is a family owned and operated business. They were fast, friendly and we're reasonable in price. I would recommend them to anybody.

Very helpful and fast. I took 2 small trailer tires to be replaced, (I had tried removing them myself and it did not go well.) They removed and installed the new tires in less than 15 minutes.

We needed a tire fixed due to the coming snow. They got us in and out and showed us where the tired was unsafe to remount. Had a replacement tire on fast! Friendly service and caring about their customers!

I have been going to Apple Valley Tire since 2001 when I moved here. They are the best at what they do and their prices are very reasonable! I have never had a single issue with all the work they have done for me for the last 18 yrs. Thanks Guys!!!

I bought a set of four for around 300 for my 92 prelude and got a set of falkens for my wife's 09 altima. I work here and I take pride in what I do. We all do. We also do other things not listed as a norm. We are happy friendly guys that know what we are doing and do it right.

We were lucky to be near this shop when our tire sprung a leak on a Saturday. Friendly staff patched the tire quickly and we were back on the road in no time.
