I reached out to Pure Energy when my car was acting funny and needed spark plugs. Dillon gave me a very reasonable quote to replace them. While I planned to call Monday to schedule the service, my check engine light came on Sat afternoon, I called and he was able to get me in Sun morning! He recommended another service that I decided to wait on and by Monday I realized I really should have listened to him. They came to my office on Monday and tested the code and are taking care of fixing my car up today. Definitely check them out if you are needing reliable work done without feeling like you are being taken advantage of!

We had just moved to Grafton, WV and not even a day later my daughter had a flat tire. Not knowing anyone or not knowing where to go, we took a chance at our corner auto shop. So glad we did. I met Dillon and felt so comfortable with him. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I left my daughter's car there and walked home. A few hours later picked up her car with her new tire ! I will be going to Dillons shop for all of our auto repairs. And you should too !

Great mechanics! My 2014 Volkswagen was in rough shape after a misfire and getting the runaround at another shop. Dillon got it running safely again the same day. Great communication, knowledgeable, and most importantly, fixed my car!

Was having a few issues with my car for the past month! Luckily Dillon comes in to the bank I work and was happy to help me! He was able to fix the issue I had and it really saved me because I thought my car was completely done! He really saved me and my car! Thank you again so much!

Dillon was awesome, glad we got someone in Grafton who doesn t take advantage. Will 100% be going back when I can and recommend my family and friends to him. There is a cute shop dog too for smiles

They took my car on short notice. Finished in a reasonable amount of time (they were very busy). Good communication throughout the day on the status. Fair price. Friendly staff.

The belts on my car completely snapped and I was left stuck in Grafton, WV. Luckily I was able to get my car in at Pure Energy Auto the next day. Dillon took about 2 hours and got my car all fixed up for me. He was super kind and helped keep the cost low.

Have been given the run-around on an alternator bolt for 2 months. Bolt was stripped on the first try. Went back today to get it fixed, bolt was lost. Would not recommend.

Many thanks, actually went through and tuned up my van and got it ready for some longer road trips. Every other shop I take it to would only fix one thing at a time or say there was nothing wrong, this is the only place which was actually helpful!
