I would recommend Straub to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a car from Straub and it was a pleasant experience from salesman to financing great friendly service.

They had my silverado for over 5 months after it had been in a collision. I pick it up and the steering wheel is off and truck pulls to the right. A month later and 5 alignments later even after they left the control arm bolts loose and they shifted while i was driving the service manager gets a snobby attitude with me and tells me to take it somewhere else. No sorry well try to fix it, whoever their alignment tech is needs fired. Obviously has no clue how to do proper alignments. Ill never go here to get another service done or shop here for a vehicle again. Do not recommend their service department. Trash.

This was not a high pressure experience. We were welcomed by Gus, Jordan, Brad and Melissa. Everyone was very friendly, polite, knowledgable and professional. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

My husband and I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Our salesperson was amazing!! When we asked her questions about the jeep she was on top of answering our questions. I was rear ended in my brand new Honda CRV and absolutely devastated as this was the first time I ever had anything new. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to all of my needy needs. Going to collect my stuff. Working with insurances. Etc. I just got it it her home and she s beautiful and perfect. Thank you so much

I stopped in to checkout a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. The vehicle seemed ok but I was unable to fully assess it because they wouldn t let me test drive it unless we talked numbers. I m sure they ve had a ton of people who just want to joyride their 707 HP beast so I understand being cautious about who gets to drive it. I let them look over my Audi as a possible trade in. They came back with a lowball offer, which is to be expected from any dealership. They re in the business to make money so I get it. I wasn t even shocked or upset about it since I could easily sell my own car for twice as much as they offered for it. The part that rubbed me wrong about the whole thing is how they wanted me to commit to buying a $76,000 vehicle before I could even test drive it. No thank you! But thanks for wasting 2.5 hours of my day driving there and back, working numbers and not even letting me test drive the car

Gus our salesman did a wonderful job on handling everything for us. We had to drive over an hour to get to this dealer. We normally don't deal with with dealership, but im glad we made the trip and purchased our 2022 Grand Wagoneer from them. Thanks Gus and Brad and everyone behind the scenes. We love our new Grand Wagoneer.

The care after the sale is exemplary. I lost all my records on my phone. And was able to get sales records showing I did the maintenance. Your company accepted that as proof saving me $3000. They got my jeep done faster than they originally stated. We will be down to buy a vehicle for my wife soon as mine is paid off in about a year

Very disgusted and unsatisfied!We had them do the undercoating of our vehicle and they made a mess of it. I had to pull over do to a burning smell and checked under the vehicle. The undercoating was everywhere, (except where it was really needed)big globs on the exhaust, exhaust was partial sprayed, every mud flap had globs on it, the tires had globs on them, the two front doorhandles had it on it. Over spray under the hood.The places salt collects, weren't even coated. It looked like a 10yr old had fun with a spray gun. Very, very unprofessional.We had to stop(we have a 2hr drive)and get some goo gone to get it off the doorhandles, but it would not take off the globs located everywhere else. After the price you pay for a vehicle there, they turn around and ruin it.You can go elsewhere (like Marietta Ohio)and have it done professionally for half the cost. (We had a truck done)We will NOT be using them for any service needs. Very sad.

My recent car shopping was a very good experience. Jack seemed to know all about the vehicle and was very easy to work with to get everything done timely. The paperwork was easy to get finished and we are well pleased with the vehicle.

A real pleasure to shop here. Great customer service from beginning to end. I worked with two different salesmen and enjoyed them both, although one is now no longer with the company. But Jack Wilson went above and beyond, and I also appreciate sales manager, Gus, who took a lot of time with me and treated me with utmost respect. I will be returning here in the future.

My experience with purchasing the Jeep Wrangler Willys was fantastic. The salesman Gus was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This is my second purchase from Gus and many more to come. The service department that I have been bringing my vehicles to factored into the reason I bought my Jeep there. Definitely a five star dealership

My first experience at Straub we bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee L and a used Dodge Ram 2500. Kylie made it such an easy and seamless process. She was kind and caring and made sure we were all set up with all the new technology that came with the new car. Everyone involved in the process was great including Brad and Kenny that we did the signing with. Definitely found a great local dealership we will always return to.

We ordered a 2023 Grand Cherokee a few months back. It came in two days ago and we are really happy with the vehicle and the entire experience overall. They gave a decent trade-in value for our other car. Probably the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had. I will be using this dealer as the service department for my other vehicle and of course the new vehicle.Thanks to Gus, Brad, and everyone that helped us along the way.
