They came out to repair my windshield. It was done so quickly and so neatly. They were very friendly and professional. I hope I won t ever need another windshield but if I do I m calling them! Oh and they were an arm and a leg CHEAPER than safelight!

Knights Auto Glass is amazing!! They came right to the house and had the rear glass in my car replaced in under an hour. Very dependable, great communication, great work, and so much cheaper than Safelite Auto Glass by 135.00. Definitely recommend them!!

Enthusiastic, efficient, and excellent customer service. Knights Auto went above and beyond, adjusting their schedule for my errors in communication. Replacement of my front windshield was completed in approximately 40 minutes, and they met me at home to complete the work. Will definitely be using their services in the future, and recommending them to friends and family.

From the extremely helpful and professional customer service on the phone to the professional installation of our windshield, we were highly satisfied with Knight's Auto Glass. We found the service to be exemplary. They came when they said they would be there and the windshield was replaced in a short time and no mess left behind. We highly recommend Knight's and will use them again in the future!

I have had Knight's replace 3 windshields for me. Every single time they have replaced one I have gotten excellent service. Their scheduling process was easy, they were able to do the repairs within a day or so of scheduling the repair, and they were quick and efficient.Thank you for the excellent service, Steve and Jennifer!

I've bought more than one windshield from them. Every experience has been great. One installation was on an older rusty car. They pointed out there was hidden rust under the weather stripping and they couldn't guarantee the seal. But they did such a good job it never leaked. And I had them come to my home each time.

Knight's service was top notch! They have competitive prices and superior customer service.The scheduler's worked with me to meet me at a time that fit my schedule and were extremely proficient & professional installing my replacement windshield.The customer service agent was knowledgeable about the services offered by the company- I would use their service again and definitely recommend to friends!

100% positive experience with Knight's Auto Glass. Customer service on the phone and in-person was excellent. Their work was well done, and the price was very reasonable. They actually saved me several hundred dollars on a repair that I had been quoted for by another place of business. It was a great convenience to me that they came to my home to complete the work. Highly recommend!

Great job, great price, great experience. Steve and his crew came to my work and had it done in no time. The job was originally scheduled for 2 days before, but we hit a high of about 7 degrees on that day. Steve explained that the materials used for the windshield replacement wouldn't be 100% effective in the cold and that we should wait. To me, that's fantastic customer service and I was glad to wait and have it done right. Highly recommended business.

We order auto glass from Knights Auto Glass for antique vehicle glass installation and have had great experiences with Steve and Jennifer. They are a small business like our own that take pride in their work and are very customer service oriented. We refer all auto glass services that we no longer offer to them because we are that confident that they will do great work. Super friendly and hard working team!

I would highly recommend Knight's to anyone looking for a replacement. From the minute I called I got nothing but fantastic customer service. The 2 guys that came out and replaced my windshield were right on time, informative and quick. They were way cheaper than Safelite, and did an awesome job. They came all the way to my work in Hagerstown, which is super convenient when working a M-F 8-5 job. Thank you everyone again for the awesome experience!

Excellent customer service and very convenient!! I was able to have my windshield replaced and pay without having to be there. Much cheaper than Safe-lite! Definitely recommend using Knights Auto Glass!

Jennifer answered the phone when I called to set an appointment. I called at 8:30 on a Friday morning hoping that they would be able to get me that day even though I knew that might not happen, my heart dropped when she said they were booked that day but that they have an opening the next day. I was surprised that they have Saturday hours and very pleased to hear it. I told them that was perfect. Steve, their technician, called me at 8:30 the next morning to make sure I would be home just as Jennifer said he would. And let me tell you about Steve. He was very professional and explained everything that he was going to do and what I needed to do to make sure that the glue would set right. I made sure to tip him, but in hind sight I don't think I gave him enough considering he worked on a Saturday and it was a little cold out. Their customer service was too notch and their price can't be beat, trust me, I shopped around. Great job guys! I would highly recommend them for any glass replacement.

Just a Great Experience all around here. Jennifer was a sweetheart, I called on a Thursday and she got me in the very next day (Safelite could not come to me and do it until Monday) and Steve and his assistant were true professionals. They were in and out in less than 40 minutes and that's with hitting snags along the way because of the HORRIBLE job to say the least, the previous owner did in installing the last windshield. My total was $223 out of pocket and that's including the Winshield and moulding (Safelite's estimate was $310) and they came to me which was probably 25 minutes out of their normal route. I gave them each a few $$ tip although I wish I could have given more because they deserved it! I'll never ever call Safelite again, these guys will have my business for life!

Due to the recent blizzard my back window ended up shattering, I'm a nurse at the hospital and this company was a huge lifesaver!! Jennifer was very friendly and able to order my part late in the day and the next morning Steve came out in the cold weather and replaced it very quickly!!! Both Jennifer and Steve were professional and very kind, I would highly recommend this company for any auto glass repair!! Thank you so much!

I had a rear sliding window that shattered due to a poor design by my pickup's manufacturer on their defroster. Knight's Auto Glass came out the same day I called in and replaced it for over a thousand dollars less than the part alone from Ford. The part used was OEM and the guys made sure everything was functional and all trim was put back exactly as it was from the factory. Highly recommend them - don't waste your time with Safelite (they quoted a higher cost and wouldn't get to me for 2 weeks due to "parts availability").

Someone came on Tuesday, but the paperwork had the wrong vehicle year so they had the wrong windshield. Rescheduled to the next day...no big deal, it happens. However, what happens the next day is ridiculous! The guy takes the windshield out, THEN realizes he again has the wrong windshield. He puts the old windshield, now shattered as the process of removal isn't a gentle process, back on and says he'll be back the next day with the correct windshield...WHAT?! You destroyed the windshield that had a single crack across the bottom and made it unsafe to drive and said we can drive it in 2 hours?! My wife has to pick up our child in that! So now I have to leave work early today and go in late tomorrow to pick up/take our child to daycare since we are down to one vehicle. We asked if there was going to be any discount because of this and they said no. When my wife and I was discussing what to do as we were both flabbergasted that this even happen, the guy interrupted and asked for a decision! Are you serious!? You destroyed the current windshield and cost me time at work and we are now an inconvenience to you and your time today?! This is by far one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I have ever had! I wouldn't recommend Knight's Auto Glass to anyone! If something goes wrong (even if it's their fault) don't expect good customer service or them to make things right! Beware of this company!

I've used Knight's now twice, and have recommended 2 friends. All 4 times, they have quoted prices WAYYY below safelite. This last time, I was quoted $450 from safelite, and $230 from Knight's. Over $200 saved! They are always super friendly, and super quick. I'd recommend them to anyone needed window work.

They did a fantastic job! Drove to meet them since i was a little out of the way. We both showed up right on the dot. Took about 20 minutes and it was done. They were fast and professional and by far the cheapest that i found!

Called Safelite (as most people do) got an outrageous price. Got the recommendation from our local shop to call knights. They were very professional, on time, and best of all beat Safelight by HALF. yes HALF. for the same piece of glass. They have earned my business. Always trying to keep small businesses in business. So glad I called around because they saved my bf hundreds of dollars. Very quick ( called yesterday and they were able to get to me the next day) and affordable and the guys were nice so that's a plus. Will deff be going to them if we have broken windshields again. Thanks so much!

The best communication in West Virginia! Never leave people in the lurch and are extremely efficient in problem solving. We would take our windshields to none other than Knight's.
