This is the first time I have ever rated a shipping company 5-stars. We've had two deliveries from you recently - the driver was amazing, extremely helpful and had no problem accessing our cabin that sits on a hill with a gravel driveway. The dispatchers are friendly and the items were received with no damage. Best shipping experience I have ever had.

Gave me an estimated time between 11am-1pm. Never showed up. I called at 2pm and they advised they changed my time to 3pm-5pm. I would have liked a phone call to tell me the time changed. I was able to be available up to 540pm. 530pm comes around and no show. I called and the driver said it would be after 6pm before he could get there. I said I couldn't do that because I had to leave at the latest by 540pm. The driver said they could deliver the next day since he didn't make on either deliver time that was given. Keep in mind people work for a living but twice I managed to make sure someone was available to accept the package. The next day comes around and I never heard back from the company. Around 9am I called only to be told they can't deliver it today because their trucks are already full and won't get to me until Monday . I NEEDED THIS BEFORE THE WEEKEND! Now I have to find someone to accept the package on Monday. They asked more than once if I could just come pick it up myself. It weighs over 600lbs...NO, I can't. Deliver the package I paid you too on time...

The staff was amazing to work with. I called to have a pick-up at my location and they were quick to get here and the driver, Sam, was extremely nice and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Not pleased with this delivery service at all. Set up an appointment for 11am-3pm, it is now 5:19pm and still haven't received my shipment. I understand we all have set backs. But I called around 3 an told them I had things to do today an was basically told they'll be here in a few hours. Definitely upset about this!

Received a shipment of flooring (40 boxes) on this past Monday. The driver (Brent) called to let me know he was on his way. Very professional and yet personal with the delivery. Very satisfied with the services from this company and highly recommend them.

Unprofessional. Supposed to call ahead of time to schedule pickup. Called with package while at work. Can t get it. Scheduled an appointment. Called the day of, after being prepared and OFF WORK to retrieve the package, and they had to RESCHEDULE AGAIN. Package had now been delayed by whole week.

I used this company to ship an item and was very poorly informed about additional hidden fees and costs. I spoke with 2 different reps to get quotes and both did not detail extra costs you can incur (even knowing my particular situation) and why this could happen. Find another company to use and save money. I would never use this company again considering my treatment by R&L. This was a prime example of unethical business practices.

I paid to have item delivered to my door. But I had to drive 45 minutes to go get it in Gallipolis. Driver lied and told his boss that our roads were flooded.
