This place is great! Just had a flat today and took them the tire/wheel. Since I bought them there, they fixed it, remounted it, and put my spare away, all for no charge! There is another tire store nearby but In-N-Out (Wholesale) impressed me with their overall cleanliness and professionalism. My family has been doing business with them for four years now and I see it continuing into the future.

Friendly staff, tire prices as expected. It took them an hour to put on two tires which seemed a bit excessive to me. I feel scheduling should be spread out better to allow the garage the correct amount of time to install the tires. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Service!!! On our way to Hilton Head found our tire going down at 6:00 am, stopped at a McDonalds in Fairmont, WV to put the spare on only to find the jack won t lift the truck high enough. Googled closest repair shop and found In and Out tire opened at 8:00 so we got there at 7:30 and were greeted by a very friendly lady, I work at a GM dealer as a service advisor and know how I feel when I come in 1/2 hour before my shift and there is someone sitting outside with no appointment ready to screw up my day! She offered us fresh coffee and told us to come inside with the dogs. We left at 8:30 with a valve stem repair that cost $10. We tipped the technician and told him to get something for lunch. Awesome customer service!!!

I would give it zero stars if i could, they have terrible time management. My car has been in for almost a week and they've "forgotten" to order the part. This is the fourth time I've taken it there to get the same part fixed, because they promise it'll be right this time. Even though my car has been there for almost a week and they said it would be done the same day I dropped it off or the next day, they "can't work it into the schedule."

They are fine to do basic work on tires, but not capable of doing a good job of much more. Had a family member s car for what was originally to be a four hour job that turned into multiple days to do some more in-depth maintenance and completely botched the job. They have had to take it to another garage twice to fix work that was said to have been done. This is only the beginning of uncovering their failures on this car.

OUTSTANDING service. I paid WAY too much the last time I bought tires at another shop. (I won't name names but it rhymes with SlotMelty)I was treated very well. My tires were an affordable price and they had them installed and I was back on the road in an hour.Whats MORE: I picked up a nail in my front left tire about a month later. I called them up and they said to bring it in at 1PM (An hour after my call) and they repaired the puncture FREE OF CHARGE! I highly recommend this tire dealer!!

I bought a set of tires, but they weren't balanced properly. I took my car in 3 times to have them balanced. Not sure if they didn't actually do anything to my tires, or they had no idea what they were doing. I took my car to another tire place. They got it right the first. NEVER going back to this shop!

Went in for vehicle inspection and found that they are extremely thorough. I knew when I left, my vehicle was good to go. The staff is very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.

I had a botched brake replacement job done with a different mechanic. I could barely drive my car without an extremely loud and annoying screeching sound coming from my front brakes. The guys at Wholesale Tire and Auto in Fairmont not only fixed my car, they did it for cheaper than a tank of gas...a lot cheaper! these guys are extremely fair. I wont take my car anywhere else now. I trust them and they took good care of me and my car. Ive never left the car shop without paying at least a hundred dollars. They only charged me 20 bucks to fix my brakes. I would recommend them to anyone and EVERYONE. Couldnt be happier!

Went for tires and inspection and they failed the inspection bc my inside door handle was broke and they said you have to be able to up the door normal. The molding was broke you had to hold the molding and pull the handle to open it. If you didn't hold the molding the whole door handle would come out

Very friendly and helpful. In and out I'd just what it says it is. Service was finished on less than an hour. Bob and rest of the staff were great

Went in for an inspection and dude tried to scam me to spend more money saying I needed something fixed to pass inspection which was a lie. This was on an immaculate car. You pull that sht with the old ladies, not me. Are there no honest shops around? Never going back.

Tried to trick me into paying 1500 for "leaks" that weren't there when we went in for an inspection. Will not return.

Had a family member go there for a state inspection and was nitpiked her and rejected her for get this rusty drums and rear shoes but didn't mention the front brakes were metal to metal i have had my state inspection license for over 20 years some of the stuff ridiculous but the serious stuff was overlooked ill be sure to tell everyone i know not to go there
