Complete botched the body work on my truck. After saying some it got worse. More damages caused by shop with no intention of completing any other repairs. Now I have a truck that has paint on it with too much hardener and chips that will not stop. 72 chips in 3000 miles if nothing but asphalt driving. After saying something to the shop and to the insurance company no repairs have been completed. If I were you I wouldn't go to premiere unless I wanted to make sure that I had too much hardener in my paint so it wouldn't stay on the body.Thanks her beer for destroying a $45,000 truck.Service: Body & Trim

Quality of work is average - 3 stars.Customer service is horrible - no stars.I'm splitting the difference and giving 1 star overall. Had over $8,000 of work done total. Completion times kept changing, which can be understandable due to parts ordering. But the attitude of the owner was always beyond rude- not wanting to deal with customers for any reason INCLUDING PAYMENT by customers other than me on several occasions when I stopped by in person to check progress. There was a unique part that was hard to look up by my adjuster that I wanted to point out from the beginning but the owner just kept pushing me off "not to worry, we'll get it." Finally time to pick my vehicle up and pay and of course the part wasn't installed or even ordered because he didn't want to listen to me, claimed it was never part of the adjustment. I whipped out my copy, highlighted it and watched him eat crow as he ordered the part while I sat there. No apology just, "we'll see you when it comes in." Again, I think the quality of work is average but I won't deal with such rude service. Too many other shops to choose from and by the number of recent TV commercials, he needs business. I'd avoid this shop if you can.

Great place to do business with! I was impressed from the time I pulled into the lot and first stepped into the office. Very efficient and professional from start to finish. Had my repair complete in about 24 hours. Did a great job! I will definitely use them again for any repairs that I need to have done.

I hit a deer out in Romney and made it home, my Erie Insurance company set me up with Premier Body Works. Bob was fast, efficient, thorough, reasonable and extremely easy to deal with. In fact, I had a guy back into me 2 days ago and I have some minor damage and his insurance company is wanting to set me up with a body shop and I will request Premier Body Works. This is what led me to do this review when I googled the shop to get the address and phone #.

Make sure Bob is there and you'll be taken care of. Always does an amazing job. My only complaint would be the last couple vehicles they've had from my family took way longer to get done than quoted.

I took the car here for a simple ac compressor replacement and they literally fried my car s computer and starter trying to charge the compressor! And they call me and say they didn t do nothing wrong and would not take any responsibility for what happened. My car which I had driven and parked at their garage wouldn t even start two hours after leaving it there and THEY had the audacity to say they haven t done anything. ANYTHING! I had to eventually tow the car with a private company to Honda service center as they simply wouldn t even help me out. This is a CRV with 78000 miles on it and had had absolutely no problems before! Bob the owner was also rude to the Honda crew when they tried to get answers from him later and just kept saying we didn t do anything when he had clearly told me he had tried to charge up the ac compressor prior to the car becoming dead. I ended up spending 2000 bucks to replace my car s computer and starter, and still don t have a functioning ac compressor!These guys are frauds! They don t know anything about car engines, electronics and just claim that they can fix things they cannot and end up causing total destruction! I am a physician and has no need to waste my time writing this review. But I do wish no one else should have a similar experience to what I had with these non professional wanna be s.Please run and save your car while you can! I am suing them or the damages they did, and the owner is still rude and disrespectful, and lying through his teeth.

Work was completed thru USAA as they have a contact with them. I was happy with the work and time was as quoted if not faster. I had a pleasant experience and did not see any actions as the other reviews experienced.

I had a great experience with Premier Body Works and would most definitely use their services again. Not only was my car repaired flawlessly, but it was returned to me as clean as the day I bought it.

Top drawer, middle shelf! Bob and Betty Schumann run, as the name says, a Premier body shop. Premier has done work on my Acura, and restored a 1991 Mazda Miata to perfection. The quality of the work is unparalleled. Today I went to Premier with a problem with a detailing product. Bob and his staff assessed the problem and worked on the vehicle. Afterwards, he sent me to a detailer to complete the work. Do not waste your time and money on "chop shops" and shoddy workmanship. Premium is the only place that I will consider and recommend. Do yourself a favor and the next time you need any body work for your favourite ride, go to Premier. You will not be disappointed.

Car inspection service was inexpensive. Staff was friendly and educated me on a few concepts I wasn't familiar with before. This was my 3rd year using them for my inspection and I am happy.

It took the shop two extra weeks to do a bad job. The main problem, in addition to the mis-aimed headlight, was the driver door didn't fit right and there were prying marks on the plastic trim. The old guy in the office tried to blame it on wear and tear, but it was definitely from the accident. When I pressed further he insisted they didn't touch the door. I know they did touch the door because it was all bent from the accident. The door proceeded to leak water from the rain.When I made calls to inquire of the status on my car, they kept making different excuses.Overall, very rude, poor customer service and bad work. Don't let your insurance company talk you into going there.

Very poor customer service. Very rude and threatening attitude. When I questioned additional parts and service on the bill, he threatened to keep my car and said, "You're so lucky you're not a man." My question, how can he still be in business with that kind of attitude?

I wanted a off road bumper aftermarket grill and head lights out in my truck that I have already purchased on my own they turned down the work because they couldn t make money on over charging me for the parts don t recommend this place
