I m a college student and I work as a pizza delivery driver. I took an order here got it there in time and everything was correct . When I enter the staff treated me incredibly rude and didn t tip at all . Just a very bad experience from a business that s supposed to be invested in the community.

Won't answer their phones. The phones just connect you, play hold music, and then start over with the menu options again.

Overcharged on the insurance and never did get my plate, had to buy again, and because I dropped the insurance he turned me in to the DMV

Insurance finally got lowered and was about to add another car but they jacked the price up outrageously. If you have more than one vehicle go elsewhere and get a muiltple car discount and it ll save you at least twice as much then what Mountaineer offers.

I got my insurance title and taxes all done at 1 place didnt have to run all over the place... and the people there are really nice.. I love it

Mountaineer ins group is by far the cheapest insurance. For me they are about 200 dollars cheaper for a six month policy.
