One of our trailers got in an accident and it been towed by them.Today They are helping us to chain the axle and get the trailer ready to be towed to our location. What surprised us the most is the professionalism and the rates they have provided. So far they are one of the best and the most honest commercial towing companies we worked with. Thank you.

Outstanding service, and very reasonable prices. Their staff was quick to help us with two different situations that we had involving a very tedious project. They showed up when they said they would, and they did more to help us than we ever imagined. Definitely use these folks, because they are a great group of people.

Unfortunately, I needed towed this morning. Allen from Hillbilly Truck Repair and Towing picked me up. He was quick to arrive, efficient and extremely friendly. He made a not so great situation A-ok! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend hillbilly truck repair and towing!! They are AWESOME!!! 3 other towing services including AAA were unable to tow my truck I called hillbilly towing and told them the problem and they didn t hesitate. They came right out, took excellent care of my truck, and were able to tow it without a problem. Everyone I talked to there was exceptional. Special thanks the Allen who made me feel so much better about the situation. He was quick to respond and great to talk to. Thanks to everyone at hillbilly towing!!! I will recommend you to everyone I know and I would definitely use you guys again!!

Busted a coolant line on 68 and Hillbilly came to the rescue. Arrived right when they said they would, and despite being in a less than desirable roadside situation, Brian was friendly and professional the whole time. After the truck was able to be moved, we went to the next exit and went above and beyond everything was right before leaving. I travel that lane quite a bit and they are definitely saved in my contacts now.

So what can I say about Hillbilly Truck Repair? Excellent customer service! My truck had broke down on the interstate and I was just lost on what to do. I called a few shops around the area and they were booked for the rest of the week or didn t have a mobile mechanic available. But Hillbilly was who they referred me to. I called Hillbilly , the lady who answered the phone was very polite, attentive , informative and was able to get a mechanic (Allen) out to my truck in 30 minutes! Allen arrived and quickly inspected , repaired and fixed my truck. He was very professional and got the situation resolved in a timely matter. I was really impressed with HillBilly s Truck Repair! They turned a stressful situation into a healing one. If you are ever in their area needing your vehicle serviced, call Hillbilly s!! Thanks again for your service!

Had an air hose bust on my semi at midnight because of an exhaust leak. Only one that answered thankfully was Hillbilly truck repair! They sent Brian out to get me going again and had it fixed in no time and also fixed what was causing the problem without even having to ask! Couldn't ask for a nicer,more knowledgeable mechanic/person. Would definitely recommend and if possible 6 stars! Thank you brian and the team at Hillbilly Truck Repair & Towing!!!

This company went above and beyond to help my dad stranded on the interstate with 2 flat trailer tires. They discovered that the axle was broken. My dad (82 yrs old)would NOT leave his truck or trailer, so they found a safe place for him off the highway. The next morning they had a rollback there to haul the trailer and got him to my house safe! They kept in contact with both of us during the whole ordeal. Very Professional Reasonable Price and knowledgeable employees! Angels with big trucks and bigger hearts Thank you so much!

If there was a way to give more than five stars I would to these guys. they replaced my turbo...very honest and accommodating. Bryan in particular was truly amazing made me feel right at home. The guys that towed my rig made hard times a little bit easier. This is a group of guys that got it right.. I'd hang out with these guys.. and the ladies behind the counter were absolutely polite and accommodating ....awesome little family here. If you have to get work done I highly recommend hillbilly

I had my vehicle towed to Morgantown and Alan was on call. He came in little to no time to help me get my car from Fairmont to Morgantown. Finally got my tractor towed and fixed. Couldn't get them to even come out and check it out even though I was going to pay the bill in full when service was completed. I ended up getting the kenworth dealership to come out and they had the problem diagnosed in 10mins of showing up.

The best repair/towing company I ve ever experienced. I got stuck on I64 because my radiator blew. The mechanics and tow guy are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. I m a hood guy from the south and they made me feel like home and the price was right . I ll would ve gave them 10 stars if I could ve

Charged me over 138 dollars to replace a tire and I drove to the shop!!! I had my own spare to switch out and I took my old tire back with me. Truck stop don't even charge that amount. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!

Very pricey and was told it would be less than what we were charged, but pretty comparable to other places we called. Was very helpful in getting me the receipt I needed for my insurance company

Great group of guys! They pride themselves on getting the driver back on the road!!! Had to replace a rear. Broke down at 9:30 am on interstate 79N. Rolling by 5:30pm!!

Our RV broke down around 3:30 PM in the middle of nowhere close to anything on a hot day on Route 50 in WV. We called our insurance company to find a towing company and repair shop. They couldn't find anyone willing to come out that late in the afternoon and after waiting about 4 hours they finally contacted Hillbilly Truck Repair and Towing. They agreed right away to come even though it was over 1 hour away to pick us up. They came at 9:00 PM and got us to their repair shop at 11:00 PM where there were 2 guys WAITING FOR US to repair our RV and they finished at 2:00 AM. WHO DOES THAT??? It was AMAZING!!!!! They were so nice, friendly and down to earth. They knew their stuff - we have a 1999 RV. Couldn't ask for better service. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!Service: Battery

This guys have had enough money. You can tell when they talk to you. They have an older gentleman who is very knowledgeable but also another useless kid who only knows how to jumpstart and check battery voltage. My advice, stay away from this hooligans**MY RESPOSE**unless you are mistaking me for someone else, we did not get any free services. As far as folks on the other end of the phone, they are rude period. Issue your guys could not figure out was a bad starter.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

As a long haul trucker this was the best experience I've ever had. Truck HAD to be towed quite a ways from where I broke down. I was loaded. They let me get my load towed to their yard and just towed the truck to freightliner. Kim and the owner went above and beyond and got me and my dog safely to a motel and kept my load safe. So thankful for these great folks some people could have easily made more money off of us but these people are fair and true

Top class people & great humans. Touched by their professionalism in helping us towing our vehicle without the keys and graciously stored the vehicle at their facility with no extra fees. They considered our situation that we were too far away and needed some extra time to pick this up. Thank you

I got a flat tire and needed towing on a Friday night of all nights., and these guys came as soon as they could. Super friendly, really honest about their prices, and they ended up, charging me less than what they quoted me. 100% recommend!

I am very self sufficient , never needed anyone's help with anything in my life. Traveling through WVa. in my motor coach with a small Harley trailer in tow...coach engine blew up...No one would help me, stating they didn't want the responsibility of towing a coach of that dollar value...Finally found Hillbilly, Eric drove 2 hours to get me with two tow trucks, one for the trailer and one for the coach...took me two hours north to Cummins...during the trip...the driveshaft was damaged...they had a new one made and installed the next day...I offered to pay...wouldn't take my money! I decided not to have Cummins fix the coach so I had hillbilly used a 2nd time to bring the coach to my home from Cummins ...flawless service again. On the ride home shop mechanic gave me tips on repair... These guys are the best ever! THANKS HILL BILLY!!

I was in need of a tire change, to get the flat fixed...instead I received the friendliest, knowledgeable and professional man to assist me. He immediately knew what the problem was. Then he said, "you want me to just put a new valve stem on here and be done with it"? That would be fantastic since I was going to take tire to be fixed, then have it put back on. He was such a life and time saver for me. But wait, that's not all. .when he was finished he handed me my damaged tire sensor, so I could get it replaced. Yes I knew it was damaged recently. It turned a daunting tire issue into a pleasant beginning of the day. I highly recommend using this company.Service: Tires

Paid $500, to replace air hoses, very careless and sloppy job. Mechanics said, the hoses are heavy that s why he didn t put the effort to do it right! Can you believe it!!?? Anyway he RE done it after notice. I don t recommend to use them. Be careful.

Called them needing fuel filters replaced. They got me right in and out quickly. He noticed a hose leaking and tightened it for me. He then looked the truck over to see if he missed anything. Amazing people and awesome service. Would definitely recommend these guys.
