I called and a tow truck was at my property in a half hour. They quickly and safely transported my vehicle to the garage that I requested. And the good news is repairs were quick and inexpensive.I highly recommend Hawkins Towing if you need help.

Very fast service! I showed up unexpectedly not knowing I needed an appointment for an inspection but they got me in right away and I have to say I was back out the door within 15 minutes. I have to say one of the best shops around and I live in Clarksburg but I came all the way to Fairmont for this place and now you see why, because they are awesome!

The rollback driver went way out of his way to help us. I would definitely recommend Hawkins towing to anyone caught in a jam and needs towing!! Superior customer service!!

After reading the reviews for this company I felt comfortable haveing my vehicle towed by them. Upon receipt of the work done I was astonished at how reasonable the total bill was; they went above and beyond to quickly take care of my towing situation. In my mind the 4.3 star review which they carry should be noless than five stars. The management and staff are 100% down to earth understanding genuine good folks no hillbillys here!If you need good prompt reliable service call Hawkins.Sincerely

Got to my wife super fast, driver was polite, and they didn't charge a ridiculous price to be towed to a tire shop. We will definitely use them for all our towing needs from now on!

The place to go for oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, etc. I have even bought tires from them. 4 tires mounted and balanced on my 4Runner were cheaper than the tires alone if I had ordered them myself from Tire Rack. The services they provide are top notch.

My car had broken down and Toyota roadside assistance dispatched Hawkins Towing to me. The wait time told me about two hours but the driver came an hour early. Once he arrived he greeted me nicely and asked questions about my car and offered to jump it before he put it on the tow truck bed. Although that didn t help, it s still the thought that counts. He made sure to double check where the car was going and told me my insurance had paid for the towing service. Very nice man! Glad to have dealt with the company.

John Riley- was courteous- kind. Arrived at my home very quickly. No long wait. Opened my cars door within minutes. I highly recommend Hawkins towing. Also John Riley- who did a excellent job. Upbeat personality.

This morning Hawkins Towing from White Hall picked up my van to deliver to University Toyota. The young man was very polite, well mannered, respectful and represented the company very well. He treated my van like I would treat it and I appreciated that. He was careful not to cause anymore damage. He was on time for my pick up and delivered on time to the destination.

The truck driver who towed my car after a wreck was super helpful and friendly. He made the whole situation super painless. When I came to clean out my car, the lot was hard to find and the gentleman working the office was a bit abrasive, but overall it was a 4-star experience.

The crew at Hawkins did great work and helped out when we were in a pinch. Showed up asap and were all really kind and helpful. I won't use anyone else again for towing or repair services

Had my truck towed to their business and they were very friendly and polite. I picked it up today and they went out of their way to load it on the trailer the way I wanted it loaded. I was very impressed.

Absolutely do NOT use this wrecker company. The word wrecker is right. They will tear your car up worse then when they arrived. They literally dropped my car off of their truck on the way to the garage. They scratched it and bent in the door just trying to hook it up. They are a bunch of amateurs and have no idea how to properly tow a car. They are, and I don't use this term lightly, dangerous. Stay away!

Never call and ask where your car is after your wreck! I called to ask about my car (because I was in a car wreck the previous day). Granted I was probably speaking loud, I have a c-collar on and my phone is further away from my face. The guy on the phone told me not to get loud with him because he just got there and he didn't do it. I pulled myself together and told him that if I was getting loud with him, he would know it. Haven't met them yet and I have no desire to.

Towed my car after my accident, they allowed me to ride back to their shop while I waited for my ride. Guys were so nice offered me snacks & coffee.
