We did not have a good experience. The front desk worker was very nice and she checked us in an hour early because we were at a cheer competition and asked to check in an hour early. She sent my husband to the room and he got in there to go to the bathroom before returning to the competition and it was completely nasty and had not been cleaned. There were several other things not cleaned as well. They did sent someone up to wipe down the bathroom but nothing else. The manager was rude and blamed Expedia for assigning us to this room and said unfortunately there were several rooms that were not fully cleaned when they were assigned. I personally feel like a hotel over $100 a night should be cleaner.Rooms: Read review above

A wonderful, clean hotel with caring and attentive staff awaits you at this home away from home. My kids really enjoyed the pool, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and it was an added bonus that we were able to have our dog with us there. Having a Cracker Barrel down the road was pretty sweet too! It's a great location...nice and quiet, but close to the highway. Keep up the great work, Hampton Inn Fairmont staff!

This hotel was great, and the manager Scott was a pleasure to work with. We were there for my mother's memorial service and he made us laugh when we really needed it!Staff was great and even forgot 2 dresses and they are mailing them to me.Great location and I would stay here again!Rooms: Rooms were very clean!Noteworthy details: Enjoyed the stay considering why we were there.

Worst place to stay, my husband was fooled and sold his room for higher price even after booked in expedia a month ago. the manager gives a lame excuse that they may be overbooked, no refund is given even after me didnt stay there. Worst place to stay recomend everyone not to stay here

Very good service, we wanted to check in early because my dad was feeling sick & wanted to rest after the long day. They were very accommodating for us. I forgot to take pictures but the room was clean & very nice. Usually we stay at the Red Roof but decided to try this one for the pool. Pool was great, there was no clean towels by the time we went down to use it. Sadly, no hot tub, pool temp was warm. Pretty nice though. I think we'd definitely come back, it was very comfortable & clean. My only complaint was the AC was super loud throughout the night.

We stayed here overnight on our way back north from Florida. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located right off the highway for easy access. Breakfast was included and we found the price to be very reasonable. This is our yearly stop on our way home.A big shout out to the staff at the hotel. Upon our return home I was missing an overnight bag that I had left in the hotel room. The manager Stacy had it shipped to us. The honestly of the staff was exemplary as all my items were there.Rooms: The room was very clean and comfortable

One of the mornings they had bacon and omelettes that were very good. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were nice and they have great shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash without sulfates. The photos are of the products I mentioned.Rooms: The plug in the bathtub didn't work and it was the only negative. Also, the swimming pool is being renovated.

Chose this hotel as there was very little choice in the area available, very convienent and being a Hilton member, I thought they would have changed since my last visit to a Hampton in years. I was wrong! It was overpriced by 60% this weekend and the Hampton Inn management still thinks the same that Styrofoam and Plastic is good business??The best thing about the room was the Microwave, decent size fridge and room size (An Upgrade) but that s where it ended. The shower fixture was falling apart, and the worn bed sheets did not fit the bed and had me up 3 times to try and stretch them out!The breakfast was so poor that the only thing we ended up with eating was a 4 day old Bagel toaster with cream cheese, and 2% milk.Rooms: Good size but things falling apart and the bedsheets are OLD and no longer fit the bed.Food & drinks: Nothing good about the breakfast, so we went to McD. The pic of the fruit says it all!

Booked a room 2 weeks ago for a business trip, upon arrival I was notified by the receptionist that they have sold out! I drove 5 hours from Richmond to come see my room was in the system but there wasn t any rooms available, the receptionist did not bother to call the manager and find a solution because the manager can t do anything too, he said . I m sure Hampton has partners around the area that could have been a solution for me but unfortunately the guy was straightforward by saying I don t have your room and I can t do anything for you. I am very disappointed in this unprofessional treatment and I will advise my company/colleagues for not choosing this hotel ever again.

This hotel has the basic necessities for my stay. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from. Coffee needs to be stronger. No one ever cleaned my room or provided new towels over the 5 nights I was here, but maybe I had to request it? The staff was courteous and friendly. The one major negative is that my room had some kind of bugs. Not bed bugs, not roaches, but it looks like a stink bug. Hotel managers need to research some exterminator options if this is an issue. I "removed" them from my room myself, but this could be very bothersome to other guests. Also, the hallways needed a good vaccuum. Needless to say, I may choose other hotels in the area if I ever come back, unless reviews of the place turn positive.Food & drinks: Fairmont has some great restaurants nearby: Wasabi Fusion and El Rey were both wonderful options.

I usually stay at Hampton Inn s and use the app. I ve had excellent experience in other cities and states Ohio, Pennsylvania and Michigan. This location was particularly disorganized. I always like to use the digital key which did not work. When I went to the front desk for help they had no record of me choosing room 102. The front desk person was very frustrated and vocalized her anger repeatedly, continuously. There were several other customers there that had extreme frustration that was palpable, they were behind me in line. I thought that I would show some patience and I gave them the chance to go ahead and go ahead of me. Their problem could not be resolved and I watched two families leave. Then I re-approach the front desk for help they still had no record, but another man came up to try to help. He was wearing a backwards green cap with a big marijuana leaf on it that did not instill confidence in me. I finally did get a room and was able to check in, but the hallway was filled with unprofessional conversation and conduct from the workers at the Hampton Inn, as I was near the laundry. As my stay progressed, I wanted to stay later, add another day, I realize that the hotel was booked but a different front desk person offered that I could speak with the manager, which I was willing to do. He was unable to tell me when that person would arrive, he said possibly 9 AM. I waited till after 10 AM and the manager still has not arrived. I left a message for them to just call me to see if it was possible to stay an additional night. I was never contacted. I had family that stayed at the Fairfield Inn very close by. The atmosphere at that hotel was much different, much more professional and pleasant. So the next time I make a trip I will not be using the Hampton Inn.

We were passing through and needed a spot to stay for the night. The evening/night staff was warm and welcoming. Upon getting to our room, we were met with clean comfort. The beds and pillows are very soft and fluffy. We all slept very well and awoke refreshed. The morning staff was equally friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with perfect coffee. If we ever pass through here again we will definitely choose this place. I've already recommended it to someone.

Staff came into room and only took the towels and trash it did not restock the coffee bar after the policy is staff only comes in the room after a 4 day stay and less than 12 hrs they were in the room!!! My answer at the front desk was don t know or not sure from the green hair facial pierced person they chose to work in the hospitality field!!! Let alone an additional charge on my card for $10.80 which this was the ever popular same answer . Don t know or not sure!!! The suggestion was to call my credit card company and I m standing at the front desk asking what it s for?? I stay here a lot and not sure what the deal was with this trip but hope they get it together!!!

The staff is professional and friendly. The hotel is updated and was extremely clean. We had a quiet, comfortable stay. This was our first time staying here, and our new favorite hotel in Fairmont for travel with the kids. The only thing that would make it even better would be if they added a hot tub in the indoor pool area, it was a bit too chilly for us to get into the pool for long.
