This place is always booming with business, it's non stop. While your waiting the phone is always ringing and the cars coming and going is always a constant flow. Called one day and needed 4 tires fast, this was when they first opened at 8am. Si told me no problem to come on down. Guys had my tires on in no time and i was on my way. Always very professional and very knowledgeable.

I have to drive from Pittsburgh 100 miles to Gwynn's. I know this is where to get great service!

Owners of toyotas and other foreign makes need not waste their time here! The woman on the phone.. acted like it was a chore to answer the phone and talk. Called about an alignment on 20 year old lexus and was told "they cant do foreign cars like that". When i asked why i was answered with "i dont know". Apparently toyotas are too complicated for this simple shop. Id guess laziness is the real culprit.. And id be wary of a shop thats baffled by the very simple suspension of an early 2000s lexus/toyota.

Never give me an issue, cheapest place to get an alignment around $85-90 vs over $100 like most places. They get my tires on right with no issues. Can't recommend them enough if you want the job done right and for a fair price.

They had my tires in stock but I didn't buy them there the price was 50.00 more per tire than what I paid elsewhere. Sorry for being honest!

Tried to sell me services that I did not need, the Ford dealer had better prices but I found an excellent mech that did everything I actually needed for less than half the price

About half way through our 12-hour trip back home, we got a flat tire. While putting on the spare, a police officer stopped to offer assistance and recommended Gwynn's. We arrived about an hour before closing time and all of the employees were eager to help. We got a great deal and great service. We HIGHLY recommend Gwynn Tire Service!

Left after waiting over 10 minutes while the staff completely ignored us, no" Hello", no, "We'll be right with you". ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.They chatted with each other & ppl waiting for their vehicles to be done & seemed to care more about the overpriced plastic outdoor furniture in their waiting area than helping a new customer. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

CY was the best representation of customer service I've seen in a long time. Not only was he knowledgeable, but listened when I spoke to him about my concerns. Dug all over trying to help a friend with some tire issues and didn't just blow him off when it got difficult. They were busy but still took the time to listen!

Picked up a bolt and woke up to a flat. Had an appointment for the afternoon but had to change it suddenly to much much earlier and they not only accommodated me but I was in and out in about a half hour. Great service!! Great overall bunch of folks!!

Quick, easy, friendly service. They were able to get my inspection, and oil change done quick. Even checked my breaks in the process, and scheduled to go back next week to get them changed. Also was able to get a new back window wiper in the process. The coolest part is they will let you watch the whole process if you like.

Forever Thankful! These guys were completely booked but I was having some issues & really needed help! Considering my personal safety & the safety of my car, they fit me in & took care of my needs! I can't say Thank you enough & you gained a lifelong customer! It's hard to find trustworthy caring people these days but I just did!! I'm getting another service done next week cause they had to order parts & I look forward to it cause I know I found people that actually care!

Before I moved to West Virginia, I previously traveled in from out of state on extended business. I was referred to Gwynn Tire Service 8 years ago and have had them service my vehicles (as well as refer my daughter to them to repair her vehicle). Today, I asked them to change the oil in my truck and perform a state inspection. They did an exceptional job for a reasonable price. They are always friendly, patient and clear communicators. I am grateful to have an honest and reasonably-priced tire service/mechanic that is local. Exceptional company and people.

Had a appointment at 10am and never called me to tell me what was wrong with it. Never even tested it out waited 6 hours and they said they won't be able to look at it till Monday! Just went to pick it up cause I was fed up by that point and they left my keys in the car unlocked great way for someone to steal it while it was closed! They also broke my air freshener hanging from my mirror not very professional at all!

I blew a tire while 250 miles from home. They were very friendly on the phone, told me to come on in. I explained I was only looking for a replacement tire to get me home. They told me the options available & had a tire on, the spare put back under my SUV and on the road again in less than an hour. They very well could have sold me the most expensive tire in the shop since I was in a bind. They sold me a very reasonably priced tire and the service was quick and efficient. Definitely would recommend this shop!

Gwynn Tire is one of the reasons I wanted to move back to West Virginia. Down home service friendly staff and employees willing to help you get your vehicle running properly. Since I moved here I purchase tires and had my vehicle worked on and state inspection. I am 100% satisfied with the work they had performed and help me out choosing the best tire for my vehicle.

Brought my Jeep in for 4 new tires. Quite impressed with the comfortable seating in the waiting area. The tires were installed in less time than I expected. First rate service!

I've always had good experiences at this location until today. I felt as if they were rushing my appointment because they were busy and a little condescending to me as if I did not know what I was talking about. I'm not sure if I will return. I realize that they are the experts in this field, but I felt my situation could have been handled where everyone would be happy.

I needed to change my spare out for a much bigger tire since I upgraded from 245 to 285 height. They had the exact size used tire I needed in stock. Mounted and out the door in like 10 min. Only $50 too. Can't beat that.

From NC to PA for Thanksgiving, ran into tire issues. Chips Auto Repair turned me away (stay away from them). Gwynn s was friendly and got us right in and back on the road to see family.
