Been meaning to send a review for the three years that I ve been using Grease Monkey for periodic oil, changes, and radiator and transmission flushes. The crew At the Grease Monkey in Fairmont, West Virginia (612 Fairmont Abe) are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in an honest way. It s always an enjoyable experience getting oil changes for my vehicles there. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the service you provide, and the individuals who provide it there.

Never cheap, but always excellent work. Sometimes the upsell is correct....needed battery and radiator flush.

In and out in less than 15 minutes for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Even topped off my fluids. I watched them through the glass and they took extra steps to ensure no small mistakes were made.

These guys really did great today. Very friendly, very fast, and very thorough. We called ahead and they were cool with us staying in the car while they changed the oil, checked the air pressure, cleaned the windows, and tested the battery. Per my request they took a sample of the diff oil for me to make sure it didn't need changed yet. The crew really worked as a team and it was nice to get the car topped off by a staff that really knew what they were doing. Thanks again!

The waiting area is very clean. The coffee and snacks are always stocked. The customer service is 10/10.

Had an excellent experience. My fiance's car broke down 4+ hours from home in Fairmont on a late weekend afternoon. The staff at the grease monkey was extremely helpful. They ordered parts for us from the AutoZone so we didn't have to walk in the cold, and once I got the car running they let us bring it into their shop to make sure it was safe to take on the long trek home. I am very appreciative of the guys at this store and hope their wages and benefits properly reflect their dedication to the company and the people she serves. They went beyond the call of duty to help an out of towner. I am going to keep taking my business to Grease Monkey after this experience, especially if I am in Fairmont.

I had my oil changed here not long ago. They did a good job it was quick. I have since gotten a hole in my oil pan. I just took it over there for them to look at it and had to leave a review. They were so awesome.

Very friendly and quick staff. They set you inside your office with snacks and drinks with a timer on how long your car is gonna take with a discount if they go over the limit. Would reccomend to anyone just for their mannerisms aloneService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Thats the main reason I've been with them so long. They always let you know if something needs to be/fixed or replaced now or down the road. To include your vehicals battery needing replaced which mine did due to old age. I am very greatful for there expertise and will continue going to them for as long as my vehical allows. I highly recommend them.

I service my own vehicle because I've worked in a preventative maintenance shop similar to Grease Monkey years ago. I don't have the specific tool to add gear oil to my 06 Subaru Impreza front differential and needed it topped off so I visited this specific location. It didn't need much, they topped it off and had me out of there in mins. I watched them servicing another vehicle and was very impressed. I would recommend this specific location to any and all looking for a good preventative maintenance shop. Thanks again guys!!

Affordable prices, friendly staff, quick service, convenient location off of Fairmont Avenue. I was able to drop vehicle off and come back later to pick it up. I had my transmission serviced and power steering flushed. My car runs great now.

This place is wonderful!!! Before I could even close the door to my vehicle, the service technician was right there! He was friendly, told me what options were available, and mentioned that there are refreshments in the lobby. No more than 20 minutes later, my oil was changed, and I was back on the road. The service is fast, friendly, reasonably priced, and they do a great job!!! This is the place that will be getting all of my business when it comes to things like oil changes!!!

I usually get my oil changed here bc they are so very nice. Last time I had my oil changed I took my car somewhere else. Before too long the car was giving me a message that I needed an oil change. So today I took the car back to Grease Monkey and they checked it out. The oil change indicator had not been reset. They saw that I had at least 2000 miles left before I needed a change. They very generously topped off my oil put a new sticker and handed me my keys. They are great here and I will not take my car anywhere else! Thanks so much!

Took my jeep there for a radiator flush. They were very nice and the wait room is clean and has complimentary drinks available. It is an old jeep and they made sure the flush was done properly and the new coolant was clear. They even cleaned my windshield for me since it was so filthy. Thanks for everything guys!

Amazing customer service!! I received a fuel filter from this place that was bad. (Not there fault) they paid for my repair in full gave me back my refund in full and 20$ off next oil change. Have my business for sure!!

16 minutes to change my oil, rotate my tires and top off all of my fluids. They vacuumed the floors and cleaned my windows. They went above and beyond! I will be a returning customer. I used a $5 off oil change coupon from the website, cheaper than other shops for my car by about $15!

I give them a start because they do have nice staff other then that that's all they have. Everything is way over priced. $70 for an oil change when you can buy the exact same product from Walmart for $30. So there charging $40 dollars for 10 minutes of labor witch is Ridiculous! Never going back I wouldn't recommend anyone going unless you're willing to give money away

Went in for full service oil change and had air filter replaced. Shortly after leaving service engine light came on car started missing I replaced plugs car still missed bought MAF sensor replaced and found they didn't tighten clamp where air filter assembly meets throttle body, and that was my problem.

Very friendly staff everyone was nice and it is a very clean facility with a waiting room with drinks and free wi-fi very comfortable... slightly more expensive than Monroe but much better quality and staff. Only issue I had was that on my receipt they say that they vacuum the interior of car but it was clearly not touched. I was only in for a small fix and interior was in no way part of my issue so it not being vacuumed didn't concern me I just don't understand why I was told it was done.

Is nice some of the guys are nice. The prices are NOT nice they should at least throw in a FREE car wash!
