They have always done a great job when I get my oil changed and tires rotated. They found my alignment was out and saved me from having to buy a new set of tires. They never try to sell you something you don't really need. That is hard to find these days a mechanic shops. Will pull your air filters and show them to you so you can decide on changing them. I recommend them for all basic auto repairs.

ALWAYS fast, professional and thorough. I've been a loyal customer for years, and won't take my car anywhere else for an oil change or related service. Well worth the 20-mile drive for me to do business with people I trust. I ve been coming to this location for about a year and a half now and have always gotten fantastic service i recently brought my vehicle to a drive thru shop and it s just wasn t the same. Grease monkey in white hall wv are always kind and explain everything that they do. Not only that but the estimated timeframe they give you is always spot on plus or minus 5 minutes. I will never go to another oil change shop as long as I m in wv.

Really clean and organized shop that got me in and out in a reasonable time. Great location and easy to access for entering and leaving the shop. The employees and the Manager were really nice and professional. Nice waiting area with TV, WiFi, Soda's and Snacks. I am a Maintenance Technician that works on the road and I'm tired and want to relax when waiting so I really appreciate all of this. I will be coming here from now to have my Maintenance Truck Serviced. Thank you very much guys for the great service!

Always super fast with oil changes, the guys are professional and answer any questions you may have without the slightest bit of frustration. Definitely glad I was able to set up a commercial fleet account with them for my boss, most places don't even offer that type of stuff.

I m a female with limited knowledge. Surprise surprise! Lol. But they were super patient, kind, helpful. And I appreciate their patience and amiable personalities. Super fast ! Will definitely come again!

They were amazing. Literally everything you would want: expedient, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, clean, friendly. They are a breath of fresh air versus the grease monkey in fairmont. I would tea bag a bear trap before I go back there! White Hall grease monkey is where you should go!

Terrible. Overpriced . No line but still took an hour after the going thru inside of car to take our cabin air filter. If you just want an oil change without a bunch of hassle this is definitely not the place for you.

Quick and friendly. For someone who is not mechanically inclined, this is the first place that didn't try to tell me everything was wrong with my truck, just to make a buck! Will definitely be returning for regular upkeep maintenance.

Don't use their car wash. I paid $10 to have a little bit of soap and the brushes not touch my car. Then went in to get a refund, he said no refunds and then said, with an I don't care attitude, they could get me another car wash. I pulled around and got out to tell him what had happened in the initial wash, when he interrupted me and told me to get back into my car. Ran it through the wash again, brushes worked this time but still very little soap. This place sucked go anywhere else.

I am part of a fleet vehicle program, I came in for just an oil change. They did extra service, and I had to wait over half an hour after the vehicle was done because they didn't check with the company beforehand, to see what was permitted. Total time over 3 and a half hours with two cars ahead of mine in the bay. Will not be returning.

Going on a trip tomorrow. Pulled in, no appointment changed my oil and had me on my way in a fee mins. Awesome service and employees. Thank u.

Very polite, generous and honest. Free drinks while they change your car engine oil. No much waiting time. First come first serve.Recommended!

In and out in about 15-20 minutes. Checked all my fluid levels, tires, and even pointed out an exhaust leak that I didn't know I had...always very respectful and professional.

They serviced my Chevy for the longest time, so my newer Jeep was in good hands. Reasonable price, and they found a pinhole leak in my tire. They don't patch tires, but Sears did!

I drive a fleet vehicle for work and company policy says I cannot service it myself. I trust these guys. They do it right and they are quick and friendly.

This place is absolutely horrendous, the attitude of the supposed manager Dennis is very unprofessional and he's very arrogant and let's say absolutely rude and hate.I attempted to use the premium car wash, I paid the $12 ,proceeded into the car wash, the machine got stuck, after blowing the horn over and over ,i finally called into the store said hey I'm stuck, ok manager came at ,after a few trys he got the machine working, NO SOAP, and for $12 only one pass over, my car was not rinsed throughly and upon pulling out, it was still dirty.I called inside to once again talk to the manager ,very rude, hateful, arrogant , I asked for the owner to telephone me and I asked for the number, he flatly REFUSED to give me the number ( I found it ) I wasn't asking for a refund just send my car thru again and stand outside to make sure I didn't get stuck , but neither was offered instead I was to grease monkey isn't responsible for the car wash, grease monkey franchise only let's the car wash attach to its building, ok so why was this manager out pushing codes into the machine and adjusting the breaker box, someone clearly isn't telling the truth and running an AWFUL business, I will NEVER be back, I understand everything breaks down now and then but why use such rudeness and plain out ignorance to a customer!!!

Personally I had an excellent experience here. Got oil changed and tires rotated. Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. Going back today for my next oil change.

Service was quick and very thorough. They even filled the washer fluid, Urse Dodge doesnt even do that. I applaud them good job.
