Adam Collins sold me the 2015 Jaguar F-type and my buying experience was the best of the best! He worked with me and made it happen. The Finance office was also amazing, I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Normally you re in a finance office at a dealership for over an hour, Gerry Raymond Automotive is the BEST dealership in the state of WV. I would give this place a 6 star review if it had one. For sure a 5 star review! Thank you Gerry Raymond automotive of Fairmont.

Overall I am satisfied with the customer service at Gerry Raymond s. I believe the crew works hard to find what fits people best and help them understand the value of the cars they recommend. Andrew especially took the time to understand my budget and wants when finding a vehicle fit for me. He is a big reason why I recommend Gerry Raymond Chevrolet of Fairmont.

Although the service department and Jesse were great, checking out was not. Does this dealership really need an extra $100 from me for using my card? If you are going to do that, let people know prior to checkout so people can come prepared with cash or check. Again, service was great. But will think about returning for any further service or will bring cash.

So I first came to the service department because another garage said I had a small oil leak and needed to get my car into a Chevy dealership. At my first visit they just put dye in my oil basin and told me to come back in about a week. I did so and they checked, no leak. They offered to do some service to my car due to my 60,000 miles and I obliged. Then my engine light came on so I decided to go back and get it checked. Excellent service all the times I sought service. Thank you all so much for helping me out. Truly appreciate the professional treatment and thorough care of my car.

I bought a new 2024 Chevy trailblazer from this dealership this weekend and it was the best experience I had that day. Sean made the process really simple, and got me the best deals for my car. I had visited 4 other dealerships that day, and out of all of them, these guys were friendly and treated me with nothing but respect. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, and my family and I will be back in the future!

They had a 2020 Telluride used priced at 33,000. Told them I'd take it for $32,000 and I'd bring them cash. They were only willing to drop $500. A week later I get a message saying they would drop it down to $32,000 but only if I financed it. After I told them I don't want to finance and would prefer to pay for it outright because I don't believe in taking out vehicle loans, I was continuously asked to finance even after expressing it's against my beliefs. Literally wasn't willing to drop $500 because I wasn't financing. It's CASH! Then the icing on the cake is today, I get a notification on my phone and after a week they've dropped it down to $32,000. The legit price that I offered them. Worst part is, I found the same model Telluride with 30,000 less miles for the same price in PA. An hour away. I would recommend shopping somewhere else not only for pricing but if you want to feel appreciated overall. $32,000 is a lot of money to pay out of pocket and they didn't seem to care at all.

We bought a used pick up off of the dealership. We was running late due to being getting off work late. The staff was willing to stay over so we could have a good look at the vehicle. When we decide to purchase it, we came back in our experience was very quick, and very knowledgeable.the staff at this dealership after the takeover is very very good

Sean s customer service was off the charts. Gerry Raymond Automotive is changing the car game in Fairmont. They care about the customer and dealing to get you in the vehicle you desire. Do yourself a favor and make them your first stop next time you are looking for a vehicle.

Had a great car buying experience! Caleb was so laid back, friendly, & easy to work with! I bought a used jeep compass and I couldn t be happier with the deal. Everything was great from the details of the car to the price! The whole team was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back next time I need a new a new vehicle!

I bought my vehicle before Raymond took over. I ve had it serviced at the dealership since purchasing because the service was great, the price was right, and working very close made it very convenient. I made the appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, specifically asking that the price has not changed. I was assured it hadn t and may even be cheaper by a very nice gentleman. That s basically where the nice stopped. I understand it s a garage, but even from first walking in to the service desk, I knew things had changed. It was a mess on the desk, much less professional looking than prior. There are now notices of charges and fees, not about using a card to pay, but everything else. Jesse, I believe, barely greeted me. I was the last appointment of the day I m sure, but customer service greatly lacking. I asked questions about the oil being used and a couple other things and never really got an answer. More or less short, annoyed responses. Maybe he s having an off day, and I needed my car taken care of, so I signed for them to do the service. It took nearly triple the time to complete, almost 90min. I had to check to make sure I hadn t been forgotten about after the wait. The price was basically the same, however no one mentioned, nor was it posted that I could see, that there is a significant fee for using a card now. Had I known, I would have used all that time to walk across the street to the ATM for cash. I was given an invoice to sign. It says there was a multi point inspection complete, but no review, no detail report of if. I asked for a tire sensor to be check. It s bad was all that was said, and it may actually be, but there was no response for when I asked about them trying to reset it, just that it s probably $100 plus labor and a push to schedule it. Except they couldn t be sure of the price because the parts guy had left and he couldn t schedule it right now so I would have to call back. While I was there, I witnessed other very short, rude interactions with customers by the service team. Overall a very lacking service experience. It is disappointing to say I will not be returning. Also if you purchase a new car from them, make sure they have put an inspection sticker on it.

Went to have car fixed on a recall. Called Chevy and told them exactly what was wrong with car. Fuel lines leaking fuel. They set me up with service here they said they would have to do a diagnostic check to see what was wrong with it. Did it and got a call back saying that the only two things the recall didn t cover is what was wrong with my car. 150 for them to check car out and if I wanted to get them to replace fuel lines would be 900 dollars. Wow.
