They were extremely friendly and made the process very quick and efficient. Dion stayed on top of updating us about the car and was super friendly when we got there while helping us get the car we wanted. We left very happy in our 2021 Camry XSE!

We had an excellent experience buying my daughter a car at Dan Cava! Scheduled the test drive and Mike had the car clean and ready to go, parked right out front when we arrived. Mike was very helpful addressing all of our questions and was helpful working out the deal. Josh in the finance office was great and we drove away with a great deal that evening. Very happy with everyone at the dealership, good people that aren't pushy. I'll be back when it's time to trade my truck in.

I had to wait over an hour and a half for an oil change! From listening to others talk in the waiting room, they were experiencing long wait times also. This isn t the first time an extremely long wait time has been an issue. As far as repairs go, they either tell you things need fixed that don t to make more money, or completely miss an issue (bad brakes and rotors) and a week later taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. Unlike the wait time and poor service repairs, the staff is great.

I bought my first Dan Cava car the other day and couldn t ask for a more helpful crew! Tim Scheuvront is a fantastic and helpful sales rep, and the Finance department did a wonderful helping to navigate payments and rates.Highly recommend!

The service technician took great care in making sure my vehicle was in great shape. He went above and beyond to make sure that my inspection was current and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely continue to choose Dan Cava for my service needs.

Always get great service here! Went in this time to get rotors, brakes and oil worked on. The mechanics and schedulers in service are efficient. My husband and I like to sit in the waiting area and watch how they work and quickly handle each situation and care for each customer with respect. Our favorite person to talk to in parts is Kirk. Always friendly and helpful in explaining things thoroughly! My husband teased him about the coffee in the lobby being too weak, but from experience with different pots and filters, I know you can only make good coffee with the right equipment. I hope we always have Toyota vehicles so we can continue getting them serviced at this location!

Great sales team. I live 4 hours away. Was able to complete deal via email and when I got there the deal took less than an hour. Only issue is interior could have been vacuumed before we took possession. Would recommend!

I went to check out purchasing a vehicle based on recommendations from my friends. The car lot was set up nicely. The salesman I dealt with ,Brian, was very knowable and friendly but not pushy . Once I found the vechile I wanted I had the pleasure of meeting Josh, a finance manager who listened to my concerns and found a plan I was very comfortable with. Purchasing a vehicle from Dan cava was very easy and quick. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

I was looking at purchasing a car today. I spoke with Mark on the phone and made my 2 hour drive down to look at the car that I was interested in. I was greeted by Tim at the entrance, and he seemed like a great salesman, had energy, and spoke very clearly. Tim asked if I spoke with anyone, I replied that Mark had, so Tim directed me towards him. Mark was a very soft talker and I could barley hear anything he was saying; didn't seem motivated or interested in making the sale. I needed a bit of time to think after calculating taxes, so I wanted to haggle a little bit to get where I wanted to be for the price out the door. In the meantime, Mark took it upon himself to help another customer (doing his job). As I stood in the showroom for roughly 2 hours as Mark tried to sell another car, most of the other salesmen were ignoring me and watching golf on the tv. I stood next to said car for 2 hours, not offered water, not offered a seat, nothing at all. When I finally got to haggle with Mark and got closer to the price I needed to be the deal started to fall into place, but still needed a little more room. I shot my last offer and as Mark went to his finance manager, Mark told the manager my offer and he laughed in plain sight of me, using a few choice words. Overall, it wasn't the price that deterred me from getting the car, but instead, the absolutely unprofessional treatment and disrespectful experience had me leave the dealership.

My brake recall still was not fixed. As stated that it had been fixed in 2019 in which only the fuel thing was fixed per that recall. I had asked about it again and still nothing just told it was already fixed and on the way home the BRAKE message still came on. Something still needs fixed and should still be under recall. Thanks for the oil change and the light on outside of cab new rubber seal around light recall.

Only problem we had was trying to reach them to schedule an appointment by phone and or on the website. No one ever answers and the website didn t work properly either. Other than that..in person service is great.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Dan Cava s. Amazing experience! We dealt with the sales manager and he was very easy to deal with. Ended up leaving the lot in a vehicle and got a good deal. Would highly recommend this dealership!

Great customer service, they will do everything to help you get the vehicle you want. I have only worked with Dion for a vehicle, he is amazing as well as his brother in finances.Service area Is awesome very friendly, will ask you what your car is in for just to validate what is on their work sheets, which I think is fantastic.Very, very clean even the service area.They have a loyal customer in me(working on a new car now)Stop in and see how they did their plants and pumkins, I was shocked and it is beyond beautiful.You'll have to stop in and see for yourself.

I brought my car for a state inspection. Very comfortable waiting area (free cookies!). When the inspection was completed, I got a rundown of everything that was inspected and a printout of their tires and prices (tires passed inspection but are getting low). Everyone treated the customers with courtesy.

Great communication with Joe L leading up to my visit to test drive. I communicated I was on a time crunch, they had me in for a test drive and I was driving away in a new Tundra in less than 2 hours! They were very easy to work with and beyond fair on prices. I ll definitely be back.

My experience at Dan Cavas Toyota World is always wonderful . I would not choose to go anywhere else. My sales guy Tim is such a blessing. He s been a wonderful friend. Excellent experience. Worked the entire process online and had no confusion at all. Made the 1.5 hour drive to finish the deal and was out in no time. They made buying out of state easy.I feel that I got an excellent price after doing a lot of researching and had very fair trade value.Well worth the 1.5 hour drive.

Joe was fantastic. The trade value for my old truck and financing for my 2023 Tacoma was all done over the phone and e-mail. When I came in they had everything ready and it was exactly the deal we discussed. Super easy and no hassle. It s a Toyota, no need to review the car, Toyota is simply the best made car on the market.
