broke down on the way to KY, camper in tow. Kole was so wonderful went above and beyond helping us, found the starter at another store, arranged for pickup, even offered his own truck and crawled on the ground with us. Couldn t find a nicer young man. Shout out to him and his family who raised a truly wonderful human.

Awesome customer service from the young gentleman today asked if I need help was good mannered even to my lil girl and filled up my car with the antifreeze and wiper fluid!! Super good vibes from that hard working young man! I believe his name was kole! Keep up people notice and I hope the company does as well!

I stopped there today after trying to install my new wiper blades on a very messy weather day without success. Turns out, the blades I was directed to buy at a different location of auto zone were not compatible with my van! One of the managers got me the correct blades and had them on my van within minutes. He also gave my toddlers a package of crackers when they started complaining that they were hungry. Great service! Thanks again.

3rd time going here to get an air filter for my 2015 Nissan Rogue. Everytime I have come here the staff has been very nice, courteous, and helpful. Never had a complaint. Great.Job!

Stopped to get a new battery swapped out. Turned out to be a larger project for the guy at AutoZone because of a rusted bolt. He worked on it for an hour and didn't stop until he got it changed out. Excellent service and great staff. I'll make it a point to go there again.

If you want somebody to annoy you as you are looking if someone says they dont need help they probably aint looking to be followed to strike up a conversation or be made to feel like they have to watch u cause everyone that comes in the door is a theif or a conversation or being hit on despite the fact I wear a wedding ring

Besides having knowledgeable and helpful staff, the store manager allows community programs to use the premises for for fundraising events and even contributes supplies. Top notch crew all the way around!!

Do NOT trust these guys. I came here to get a check engine light checked, and they scanned it for free. Told me it was a clogged catalytic converter. Sold me fuel injector cleaner. Told me to run high-test (my car runs on regular) so that it "burns hotter" (high-test fuel doesn't burn hotter, it is more resistant to compression for high-power engines) and also tried to sell me a K&N air filter which I already had. Also told me that putting a cold air intake on my Forester would freeze the engine.I went to a local garage, which told me that there is no cleaner that will clean catalytic converters and that the converter will have to be replaced. I got a refund on the fuel injector cleaner, but only after getting told "What the h***, man?" By the employee doing the refund.

Nice and helpful guys there,. I've not ever bought a part there,got home and find out it is wrong part. Un like other places,won't mention place, you all probably know.

Don't remember stopping here, maybe it was the drug store I stopped at to get foot powder. My feet stunk so bad that day. Could have stopped here to get an air freshener but I don't remember.
