My boyfriend has taken his truck to be serviced here since he purchased the truck. The service used to be awesome, but it has went down hill lately. A couple months ago, they wanted to charge him over 700 dollars to replace JUST the brakes. We said no, we ll order them. He took his truck in today to have it checked because the check engine light was on. They charged him 139 dollars, not to mention other little charges which totaled at 156 dollars just to hook it up to the computer and look at the 4 wheel drive. They wanted to charge him around 550 dollars for the part which he can get from Advance for around 30-40 dollars. Then they told him that he needed a 4 wheel drive axle which was gonna be around 800 dollars. Not including labor charges. When we can get that part for around 70 dollars through advance. None of these prices include labor charges other than the 139 dollars. Were repeat customers, we ve bought 2 vehicles there and we ve had both vehicles serviced there. I bought a different vehicle, and I ve took it there too, but no more. We ll no longer be back.

Brought my truck for an oil hange and tire rotation. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, which surprised me for a Friday evening. We were taken in promptly. The service technician was friendly and helpful. I asked a question, and he checked with the mechanic and got right back to me. The service was done in an hour, and I was on my way home.The service waiting area is light, spacious, and fairly comfortable. There is coffee and water available.

My wife and I purchased a very nice Silverado Trial Boss from Performance Chevrolet and is due for first oil change and tire rotation, drove to Elkins to have my truck serviced and was told oh no you have to have an appointment. Wait what you need an appointment for 35 minute service. You got my money on the truck and basicly told me you don't want my business, if I had known this to be the case I would have never purchased the truck from you guys. I was just wanting a oil change and tire rotation was not asking for a major service. You have probably lost my busses forever.

Tough fix but Buddy worked and figured it out. Amazing bunch of guys in service and parts.
