My family & I are extremely thankful for the service that we receive at Mountaineer Insurance Services. The staff are all always wonderful to work with when we need to make any changes/updates to our insurance. Everyone is extremely well trained and highly knowledgeable about the insurance options that are readily available and best suited for you! Jonathan & Angie Kyle are two extremely community oriented individuals that are always offering amazing opportunities for the community. We cannot thank them enough for the positive experience we have had as a loyal customer with their insurance services and the opportunities that they provide to the children and others in the community!

I can not say enough about the service, staff, professionalism, and responsiveness of Mountaineer Insurance Services. Jonathan and his team are truly experts in everything insurance, and beyond. As small business owners, there are many aspects to take into consideration in regards to appropriate protection for our business and personal investments. Jonathan and his team walked us through each piece, step by step, to offer the best guidance for our unique business and personal situation. This is not a "one-size-fits-all" insurance company, the folks at MIS are true industry experts who present themselves as trusted advisors to their customers....and they fulfill that advisory role with every connection and outreach.

I have been with Mountaineer Insurance for several years after being with my former company for more than 20 years. I wished I had made the change much, much sooner. Mountaineer Insurance customer service is outstanding! They have always listened to my needs, gotten me an appropriate product at a lower cost.

Our agent was able to create a bundle of homeowners/auto coverage which gives us a considerable savings while still maintaining our longstanding personal relationship; online companies cannot match that!
