$368 brakes and rotors on 2014 Jeep. Im not sure what the common rates are in the area but ive been charged more in previous years. There are cheaper tires around the area, by maybe $15 - 40 / tire but overall reasonable. I've gotten all my tires here lately and have been pleased. Decent speed of service, and lifetime tire rotation etc.

Excellent customer service. One of my employees bought a tire for one of our trailers and misplaced the receipt. I called 8 months later and they were able to email me a receipt right away. The Goodyear Endurance tire on the trailer is still going strong.

Great help here. The guys showed me what was going on with my car and made reasonable suggestions to fix it. The wait time was what you would expect. I've also had new tires put on here and had no issues. Seems like a reasonable price to me as well. This is my new go to place for car service.

Great customer service and got to our vehicle very quickly. Once the tire repair was made, they got our spare put away under the back bumper for us and got us on our way. Glotfelty Tire Center is highly recommended for any and all tire service in Elkins, West Virginia.

Honest mechanic. Took truck in because dealership stated brakes needed changed. Godfelty mechanic exposed brakes that were practically new & let me look at them myself .. They just gained a customer by being honest.

Called to see if they had two tires they wanted to call us back to make sure they were in shop. He called us back and said yes they are here so come on down it took us a hr to get into town. We ended up getting a oil change as well they were pretty quick about the whole thing which makes it a 5 star in my book !!!! 280.00 for 2 new tires and a oil change :)

Competitive tire prices and super honest. Brought my car in for alignment but they told me it was good and charged me a lot less. All had masks on and there's a large waiting room to spread out in.

They were really busy the day I went so I had to wait a while for a state inspection. This is normal for this time of year as many people were getting snow tires installed. They have a nice lounge to wait in and do good work. I often go there for my tire needs.

Great service everytime I go. Staff is great and knowledgeable. They were able to over night an order of tires with no problem and they were priced super fairly. Also when I go to get my vehicle inspection and there is something off about my car, they will take me back to the garage and physically show me all the details and give advice on how to fix it or correct it myself. I would recommend to anyone in the area.

These guys are awesome. Was bringing my car in the other day and car became disabled about a 100 feet from the shop. They hooked me up, got the car into the shop, spend a good 2 hours working on getting my tires patched (2) getting my wheel all squared (new lug nuts and stems.) They talked me through the whole process and showed me what they were working on. Being from the "DC Swamp", I expected to get handed a massive bill for all the work they did. Not only was the bill a fraction of what I expected, the guys would not even accept a gratuity for getting us back on the road (we were traveling through WV and our car literally broke down). Work was excellent quality and their honesty was something you don't see anywhere where I come from. Hell I'd consider driving 4 hours back here to get more work done, I was so impressed by them.

All manner of salesmanship and protocol was afforded me during my visit and purchase of tires at Glotfelty Tire Center. The installation of the tires was less time than I had anticipated. The whole experience was pleasant...especially the options of payment. Thank you so much!Lynne

Dropped in to see if I could get an oil change. They accommodated me and were able to get me out fairly quickly. Nice waiting area with snack and drink vending machines and restrooms. Have had several good experinces here.

Glotfelty tire in elkins is a very busy place of business. You WILL need an appointment for any sort of work unless you are willing to wait over a hour and a half / two hours. Other than that its like any other shop you can go to. Although they have a great location on the five lane.

Bought a set of tires explaining that I needed something good in bad weather and rough roads. Got the worst tires ever. Whatever they had in stock. Boycotted them for 3 years. Tire shopping again and again they are pointing towards touring tires. Apparently I have the wrong dangly bits to be taken seriously. I don t just drive in good weather on nice pavement!

Had a tire blow out and managed to get my car to Glotfelty Tire. They immediately replaced the tire at a very reasonable price. Very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend them.

Been using tires from Glotfelty in Elkins since2000 on all my vehicles. Never had a problemI like their Touring tires. They are the best tire I have ever used. Never a balance problem.

Out of 5 stores I either drove to or called, there the only ones who could get me the tire I needed. And that's a big deal. They took care of it for me in less then an hour and it seemed busy. So I'm very grateful. Thanks peeps
