I took my can am here because the 4 wheel drive wasn t working.As I walked in this guy started yelling asking me what I wanted after explaining he continued to yell and talking very sharp to me. The buggy is only 6 months old with less than 200 miles on it. He took it and another guy checked it out very nice guy . It was a blown fuse. The first guy was going to charge me 50. $ when I questioned it he continued to yell I finally ask him to stop yelling at me. He continued to yell telling me he pull his guy to fix it. Very rude and I will never go there again. We was 2 females trying to get the buggy fix s and also the other lady was looking and going to pay cash for another buggy. Now we will be going to another dealer. Beware

I was looking for a new Beta XTrainer. I called every dealer in a 200 mile radius from my home. Elkins Motorsports not only had one (they are hard to find) but it was by far the best price. They beat one dealer by $1,600!Super nice guys, extremely easy transaction. I was in and out less than two hours. Beautiful drive from the NOVA area.

I recently bought a 2019 Husqvarna FE 450 from these guys. I drove a 20 hour round trip from GA. I was assured nothing was wrong with the bike before i drove up there. When i got there, they reassured me that the bike had a clean title. After i got home, i took the bike in to be serviced, only to find out it had been completely totaled out and salvaged. I will never recover my money in this bike. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS.

We were staying in the Elkins area for several days of riding. On the day to leave for home, my buddy realizes he's worn his rear tire out. We called Elkins Motorsports, and even though they said they had a full docket that day, they put us in and in an hour we were on our way with a new tire. Thanks Guys!

I just purchased a new 2023 Can Am Commander 1000XT from Elkins Motorsports. In the past, dealing with other power sport places, I felt as if they really could care less if you gave them your business, which is why I was willing to travel 2 hours and give my business to these guys. They gave me a more than reasonable offer for the motorcycle I was trading in and I felt that the deal they gave me on the Commander was fair. They seem like honest, down to earth people.

Great guys to work with!! Very reasonable prices. Beat out other local competitors. Threw in a free tank of gas and windshield on our new Polaris General!! Definitely recommend.

These guys are fantastic to work with. Prices are fair and in line with everyone else. Labor rate seems to be the cheapest around. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good ride be it side by side, 4 wheeler, or trailbike.

I was in the mountains on my harley when I needed a tire replaced,they helped me out and the mechanic Cody was awesome!! They went out of there way to help! I would shop the and tell everyone to stop in and see them! THANK GUYS.

Poor salesperson, believe his name is John, could not keep his attention on us, or get him to answer our questions, we finally gave up after spending so long and went with the 1st one we discussed. After buying realized we could've bought the same exact one cheaper elsewhere and probably with better service. Also didn't even tell us other warranty options until we went to help someone else to pick up theirs. It may have been a better experience had it been a different salesperson, that we will never know. I know that I will probably look elsewhere in future.

This dealership is full of lies! Talked to Dylan for sales. Told us there was a 4-wheeler on its way and we could pick it up in a week and a half. So we put a deposit on it. Little did we know they actually just put a order in and it was going to be 6-8 weeks for delivery. So we tried to get our deposit back and go to a different dealership. They did not want to give it back. Terrible service and the owner Sterling was a jerk to deal with . Avoid them at all cost!!!!! Total Liars

Love this place!! Recently bought my son a Polaris for his birthday! The staff was great! They had me in and out in no time with great quality service! Only place my family will shop as well!!! Can t beat there service, prices, friendly staff and they stand by their word!!!

My parents came to this location looking to buy a new side by side. The saleswoman set them up with a new 2020 model and assures them there was a $700 rebate and EVEN HAD A STICKER ON IT STATING SO. They test drove the side by side and fell in love with it. After almost finishing up the paperwork my dad asked if he could have a deal on a windshield. The lady then promptly stated there was no rebate and that now it was a 2021 model with no rebate. (Even though there was a sticker stating there was one on the vehicle.) Either way, they took their sales papers with them and went down to Leeson s and grabbed an amazing deal so it all worked out. Saleswoman is either a con artist or uneducated, either way unacceptable.

Great friendly staff that works with you! I was stuck and in a bad spot.. these guys got on the horn, found me a tow, and took care of my issue at a very reasonable price. Also picked me up at the rental car place!

Very poor customer service. Rude behavior from employees. Service of 4-wheeler was horrible. Drilled holes in plastic on my 4-wheeler, replaced parts that were NOT needed, and went to ride it after I got it home. It overheated and shut down. Used to be a nice place but I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.

Very pleased with my new brute force. They are the only dealership that I called that offered to find me what I wanted. Only took and hour for Jesse to find the one i wanted and had it brought to elkins free of charge. She went above and beyond to get me financed. I will deffanitly be back later on too buy a side by side.

No help what so ever.I went in on Saturday. Guy tells me to come back Monday morning to have tire mounted and I did come to find out they don't have lift for my bike.Guy seen bike and all gave me a song and dance. Guess he just wanted the tire sale. Not good!!!

Small shop in Elkins with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great in getting the correct answers and finding the best deal they can for you. Biggest downside (only reason 4 star and not 5) is it is a small shop and a semi limited selection, but they are willing to order for you.

Wouldn t even give them a star if it would let me! Very rude parts department!! Bought parts up there and they sold me the wrong stuff. I called n told them it was opened cause it had wrong parts in the box and she was like o no wasn t. She told me she opened the box to see if all the parts was there b.s. !!! Definitely stay the heck away from them!!!!

I have been going to Elkins Motorsports,Inc for a very long time. Sterl the owner is a great person to buy a motor cycle side by side 4 wheeler or street bike from very knowledgeable in all of these machine he sales he also has a great crew of mechanics just ask for Jordan kyle and tell them that i sent you there they are very nice

Customer service was rude. My first time there and i was treated badly. Didn't get all the work done to my bike that i had paid for. my bike had new handle bars put on and the hand grips were already damaged when i went to pick up the bike.
