I must say, I stopped here on a whim while traveling through the area. I wasn t expecting to buy a vehicle that day, but they happened to have the very truck I had been thinking about.The team answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns about making the switch to an EV. While the Ford Lightning will be a big change for me they made me feel more comfortable with my decision.The sales people, managers, and financial department were all top notch. From the time I walked in with a list of questions until I left in a brand new truck they were there every step of the way. They took the time to explain the intricacies of the EV world; charging stations, mileage expectations, and driving habits. When it came time to make the decision, there was no pressure whatsoever. They gave me a fair trade-in value for my truck, presented me with all of the options including Ford cash back vs. Lower APR rates, explanation of the tax incentives for EVs, and loan duration choices.After my purchase, the salesman sat with me in the vehicle and went over the operation of all of the equipment and had me drive over to the dealer a charging stations to show me how to use the FordPass app to initiate charging and proper operation of chargers in general.To say they were quick and thorough is an understatement they answered all my questions, processed all the paperwork, gave me an introduction and operational rundown of the vehicle and had me back on the road in less than two and a half hours.If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle and is within a reasonable distance, don t hesitate to make the drive to Elkins, WV and visit the great people at Elkins Fordland!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership's service and parts departments! I have dealt with competitor dealers in Buckhannon and Clarksburg for years and the treatment I receive from them is very poor despite being a long-time customer. Due to this, I've decided to switch my business to Elkins. The team at Elkins Fordland is very kind and understanding. They LISTEN to my concerns and try to fix them, unlike other dealerships who viewed me as a number and turned me away. My family and business altogether have a fleet of 9 Fords. I've had 4 of them to Elkins so far in 2024 for warranty work, service, recalls, etc. and I've also made several trips to their parts department as I do a lot of work myself. Again, I have nothing but positive things to say!!! This has also made me consider Elkins Fordland the next time I am in the market for a new Ford. I will gladly drive out of the way to Elkins for the service I have received here! Excellent!

Recently bought at Elkins Fordland for the first time. Brandon L was awesome to deal with. Honest, upfront and knowledgeable. Kaye in finance was a pleasure too. Haven t dealt with service yet, but the advisors in the entrance bay were friendly. Dealership was extremely clean and pleasant.

Elkins Auto - Fordland, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, kinda disappointed in your customer service. I purchased a 2016 Ford Taurus. Not even making the first payment my whole dash lit up with the lights and my instrument panels went black. My boss Angela Fisher use to be a loyal customer of you no longer deals here no more for the simple fact of there customer service and care. She started dealing with Ford Lincoln of Morgantown. She had a cigarette burn in her 2022 Ford Edge. Ford of Morgantown brought her a rental a 3 hour drive mind you. A 2023 Ford Bronco and delivered it to her and took her car back to Morgantown to be fixed. Elkins told me that I needed to find me a rental. Not only that I had to have my insurance tow the vehicle. While having a extended warranty. Elkins I am very disappointed and upset. My mom Linda VanDevender Taylor has purchased nothing but right out of the show room from you. I will remember this. Mind you I live only 50 miles from Elkins they could of did the same for me!! This is bad customer service.

I received great customer service and was told what to expect. I scheduled my own appointment after searching Google for a Ford location. They ordered my parts for my recalls on my Ford truck. I was contacted back faster than I had expected to get the work done. This was my first time at this location and would go back for future services if needed. I would also recommend to friends and family. Happy Customer. Thanks!

Been buying here for over 20 years....Will never purchase another thing from them period!!! Salesmen are great and want your business but once you purchase you're on your own because there Service department sucks balls! Tyler and Doug could care less!!! Learn from my mistakes!

We recently bought a vehicle off your lot and have made absolutely no modifications to it (we have pictures from the day we bought it showing the tint) but when we brought it in for a oil change/state inspection we were told they could not put a sticker on it because the tint was too dark. How are you able to sell a car that s not legal to drive in the state of West Virginia? What s the point to say we ll call you when it s done then not even call them but instead just leave customers waiting around for their vehicle all day? Also when the service is done the customer should not have to walk all over the parking lot looking for their vehicle it should be out front waiting for the customer considering how much money is being spent in your dealership. Every time we come in for a service the experience gets worse and worse. We will be doing business elsewhere from now on.

Diane was super great! She was so patient and helpful. We came to look at a used vehicle but left with a brand new one. She answered all our questions and make it a comfortable and easy decision. We love our new RAM 2500 HD!

Please do not take your car here to be serviced!! They ripped my 18 year old daughter off for 1400 bucks! We took her car there to have a warranty replacement done, the part wasn't in stock, we called to see what time to pick up the car, and they told us we owe 1400 for clutches that we never authorized to be put in her car, clutches that were not needed mind you and the car still sputtered when we got it back. Stay away from Doug the service manager They are all a bunch of crooks!

Try to transverse WV on vacation when truck lost torque convertor seal. Fordland service manager worked us in and had us back on the road in 2 days - could have been 2 weeks. Did a great job and very accomadating.

Elkins Fordland did a great job at getting me into the truck I wanted! The salesperson Zach Tenney was very helpful and was accommodating to what I was interested in and needing. Didn t push me to do anything I didn t want vehicle wise and he put his all into getting me into the truck I wanted! Would recommend Zach and Elkins Fordland to my friends and family!

I am a new customer with Elkins Fordland. My recent experience was with Service Manager Doug Boggs and the great service department.They diagnosed the issue with my F-150 and made the repairs. Doug told what the cost of the repair was prior to scheduling the service. I was very pleased with the quality and timely repair of my vehicle. Elkins Fordland now had gained my trust and a new customer.

Friendly and helpful staff helped us get the car we wanted. We wanted a specific vehicle and Brandon was a great contact and consultant. Gary helped us through the day we came to purchase the car, and he was extra helpful preparing the car and answering all of our questions. Everyone simply stated options and did not push us to choose anything. Very satisfying.Just finished trading in a vehicle for another. Still satisfied.

Elkins Fordland in my opinion is a very good dealership, I have been dealing with them since 2018 and have been very satisfied with that relationship. We have purchased 3 vehicles there so far. A very important part of a dealership is the service department and I think their service is top notch, when you make an appointment they send a lot of reminders by email and text, all service appointments are done in a timely manner and they explain everything they did. I highly recommend Elkins Fordland.

I've waited a year since my purchase to give a written review. Great prices, staff and services. I did extensive research prior to purchasing a new F-150. I drove down from Morgantown after speaking to other Ford dealerships much closer. I'm confident salesperson Renee offered me the best deal out there. Business office staff, service staff and sales folks have treated me like they want to keep me as a customer in the future.
