Mike Murphy and the rest of the folks at this shop are heroes! He towed us from Snoweshoe to his shop, and miraculously found a part to get us back on the road back to NC in a timely manner for a reasonable price. They were incredibly kind and hospitable all the while! We re so grateful for all their help!

Mike is literally an ANGEL! My wife and I got a flat tire about a mile away from his shop, we were on a trip 400+ miles away with no service or any idea as to a solution. We luckily stumbled on his shop right after the flat occurred. He was closed, but saw us on his surveillance cameras and interrupted time with his family to help us. We got stuck with a flat coming down from Snowshoe and Mike went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of. Friendly people, great place, & expert work.

Called Mr. Murphy on a rainy Sunday afternoon. Had the tractor marred down in mud to the axles and belly pan with a brush hog attached. He came out right away and pulled it out. You cannot beat the service and he gave me a great price. Many thanks to you Mr. Murphy!

I needed a tow after a deer strike and motorcycle crash. Great service from the whole crew here at Murphy's -- fast response, really know how to handle a motorcycle (not all wreckers do), easy to work with, responsive on the phone, fair and honest. All great.

I had some trouble with getting my diesel truck started while on a ski trip at Snowshoe. Mike was professional and fair with me. He and his staff helped make the best of a bad situation. I would highly recommend Murphy s to anyone.

This shop, in the middle of nowhere, was able to help me with a flat tire crisis (no spare!) even though they are a body shop, not a tire store. They were very helpful, and when it was time to settle up the price was unbelievably low!
