James and John were great the service was very thorough through the whole process. Both appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional individuals was glad I choose the location for my oil change. We ll return back next time my car needs service.

Took my Mercedes-Benz in for an oil change. No fuss no muss. They also noticed I had bought deicer for my windshield washers and put it in for me. Great pricing also.

I had an awesome experience at the one in Dunbar WV. I think his name was James. He educated me very kindly about some of the things about my car to me. He was extremely informative and nice. He needs kudos!!

I wanted to get an oil change and the manager told me that there was nobody there working so I wasn t able to. I feel bad for having to leave a three star review, but even though it might not be the managers problem that people cannot be dependent on, it is a 10 minute oil change place and I did not get my oil changed in 10 minutes. Hopefully the next time I stop through there which might not be anytime soon since I won t be in that area anytime soon, it won t be the case for any other customer who wants their oil changed. This review should ve been written a couple months ago and I do apologize for being late for that but this was a real experience and I hope that they have their staffing issues fixed now.

First time stopping in. Men were very friendly and efficient. Had me in and out in no time. They had the high mileage oil 5w20 maxlife I use and job was done with price clearly posted where I could see it. I ll be back again.

James was Top Tier! Friendly, excellent communication and quick. Although I did a drop off James reached out in under 30 mins letting me know he was done. Will be back!!

Aiden and James are very professional and knowledgeable. Our windshield wipers were replaced and our oil changed in no time!! Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely be back for our next oil change!!

Had a great experience! The staff was very friendly and willing to answer questions. I was a little thrown off because the outside of the building looks a little ruff, but they got the job done in 10 minutes, and changed my air filter too.

Very nice, fast and thorough. While I was there another car pulled in behind me to get their oil changed. Turns out they was looking at a different sticker and didn t need it changed. They explained this to the person and the person went on their way. They could have easily changed the oil and made money of them but they didn t. So let s add honest to this review. I will definitely go back there when I need my oil changed.

Literal 8/10. Don't let the 4 Star seem less than satisfactory.One deduct because I called the number on their Google Business profile and no answer. I shoulded up and was met with a smile.Second deduct is for price. It costs me $84 at the dealership but it takes so long! Total cost (probably their most expensive oil change $120 or so. The average I believe would run around $85.)I was happy to pay the price to Literally pull in, talk on a business call for 10 minutes and pull out!I will be back and they do mean 10 minutes. Dunbar location - very quick and friendly service. I ha as coupon but I didn't realize it was expired; however, he gave me credit for the coupon anyway plus an extra $5. Last time I apparently have Strickland Brothers 3 stars. I don't remember why that was, but this time they get a full 5 star review. Excellent work. Very efficient. Didn't even have to get out of the vehicle. They checked the air filter and were actually honest and stated that it did not need changed. Have used Strickland 2x The first time, a couple months ago, was amazing, gentleman was fast, friendly, & customer oriented, He gave me a student discount and everything! Loved the experience!! This time, today, was still great, only one of the men were very social tho, and he didn t do my oil change. It was fast & efficient, however, the price, even with a $5 coupon, was extremely expensive!! Much more than I believe I paid last time!! Summary service was great!!
