I m very pleased with my service today. I was greeted with a smile and a hello by Payton. I had an appointment with Cindy for tires, and she was very nice and thanked me for my appointment and being on time. She was very informative, patient with my questions and answered with a smile. .The service was great, the staff is best in customer service, and made sure my auto needs were met.Thank you Cindy, Peyton, and Charles for your prompt and courtesy service. I ll be back!

Absolutely outstanding service! Brandon and Blake were extremely helpful and professional. I went in for a patch on my one tire and they found a nail in my other front tire. They repaired both and did not charge me a dime! Thanks so much for your thoughtfulness and excellent service. I will not be taking my car anywhere else!! I gave them a 5 star review. Superior service.

Caleb and Cindy provided excellent service and gave me recommendations to keep my car in peak condition! The last unrelated repair shop was absolutely awful but at NBTs amazing customer service; my whole outlook on car repairs and maintenance has been changed. Thank you guys for being amazing at what you do! This is definitely my go-to shop for now on.

This was my first time here and I am truly impressed. I needed to replace a tire due to a blowout. They replaced two tires. My appointment was at 3pm and they pulled my car in at 3:02pm. The young lady at the desk was very polite, friendly and professional. She kept me abreast of what was going on in the process. I was in and out of there in about 1.5 hours. This is definitely not the last time I'll be stopping by here for service!!!

Amazing customer service, fast and efficient, Blake took care of us and got us right out, extremely nice and great at what he does! 5 stars, great job! Cindy on the front was super friendly and made sure to help out with the quick process! GREAT PRICES!

Staff was friendly enough but that s about it. I dropped my car off for a tire patch Thursday evening and was told it would be done the next day. I did not hear anything from them all day on Friday so I called to check for an update around 3:30 and was told that they had not started on it yet but it was up next. No big deal, that s fine. I get there about 5:45, and it s not ready. I ended up waiting about an hour and finally they bring it around and the technician tells me that he put some sealant on the beading but couldn t find anything else. (Mind you I found the hole myself the first time and could visibly hear/feel the air) but, trusting his knowledge, I pay, leave, and drive all the way back home. Of course, my tire pressure light is still on and as soon as I open my door in my driveway, I can hear air still coming out of the tire. So, I call NTB, explain what s going on, and they tell me to bring it back. So, I drive all the way back to the shop, and they do take it back as soon as I get here. I sit and wait for another hour and finally they come out saying it took FOUR technicians (keep in mind I found it myself in my own driveway the first time) but they found the hole and were in the process of patching it. By the time I m finished with my second trip to the shop, it s almost 8. I take my car home, thinking all is well, and of course, they very next day, the tire is low. My husband checked and it only had 18psi in it. Obviously, they still did not know what they were doing. So now, my car is currently sitting at another garage, waiting until they open on Monday morning, to install an entirely new tire because the one that NTB repaired no longer holds air at all. They not only cost me the price of their services but now I m out the money for a new tire. Do not go here!!!

I needed a new battery. Caleb was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to help me at a reasonable cost. He also made sure my car was serviced and back on the road quickly. I'm glad I chose to go to NTB in Dunbar, WV.

Genuine and great customer service! Had unexpected car trouble on a Saturday afternoon. Not only did they take our vehicle that afternoon, but they looked at it, helped us trouble shoot, and were willing to help us fix it within a reasonable time frame. They also didn t over charge. We would def go back and recommend this place to others

Quick service and super efficient. Also didn t break the bank. Zero complaints. My tires are aligned, and my breaks are new. Exactly what I asked for. I dropped it off at 8 am and they were done by two. 10 outta 10.

We had car trouble today and had to get our 4Runner towed there and they took care us. They were genuine, and we re looking out for us. You could tell that they cared about customer service. They did everything possible to make our stay as easy and simple as possible. They will be the only place that I take my car for service in the future.

Went there yesterday for just my free rotation and to figure out why one of my tires had a slow leak. They figured out it was a bad valve steam. This is the second time going to NTB here in Dunbar the manager was very professional and very understanding! The workers there were great and my truck is in the back no time! Highly recommend for any tire needs!!

Cindy was very helpful and very explanatory about what was going to be done with my vehicle . She took her time to get to know me and my car and was able to help with things I was previously curious about . She made sure every issue was fixed and made sure I was happy before I left.

While traveling from Chicago to Charlotte NC, my car met with a near fatal accident that needed an emergency breakdown assistance. I was directed to the Dunbar WV location at 6pm on Friday. Peyton, Brian, Cindy, Caleb, Charlie and Joe showed true professionalism and we were back on the road in record time. BtWe were charged reasonably and were treated like a family. I would strongly recommend this location to anyone needing good and reliable tire and battery assistance in Dunbar WV.

Needed a battery in a pinch today. Was taken care of quickly, had good service and the issue was fixed. The folks were friendly and Peyton who helped me offered some by the way advice as well which I appreciated. Definitely a good experience and would go back again.

Cindy is pro service oriented! Charles is one of the best techs I have ever encountered! Payton knows his business and kept me from replacing a bad tire with the wrong tire which I really appreciated! Great crew!

Cindy was fantastic, I came in with a blown rear tire at 5:27, they closed at 6, she got me in a gotMy tire replaced, she didn t want me to driving back to Huntington with my wife, son and daughter. Thank you so much Ms Cindy, God Bless you and yours

Went to get one tire replaced at the Dunbar, WV location. I had called Brian earlier in the day and told him what I needed and how much I had to spend. After a few mins he told me he had a Cooper tire for $175.83, mounted and balanced. When I got there i introduced myself and he said he remembered talking to me. It took a solid 20 mins before the mechanic even took my car back then I waited another 47 for ONE tire. When he rang me up he said it was $185.03. Earlier he told me it was $175.83 taxes and all. I asked if he didn t remember me joking earlier that I d have to find the .83 somewhere to cover the $175.83 he told me it d be. Very friendly crew, but don t take their word if told a price. And don t fall for the it looks like your wheel bearings need replaced. Years ago we had my wife s Jeep in there that had its bearings replaced a few months earlier and they tried pulling it on me. The mechanic took me back and said see the play in the wheel? There was no play in the wheel. not my first choice to get work done but when in a pinch

Changing my review from a previously positive one. I highly recommend against taking your business to this shop.I had good luck with them when they replaced the tires on my Mazda, however lightning did not strike twice. I later took in my old Camry to have some repairs it desperately needed performed. There were some serious issues related to the front axle that I paid a significant amount of time and money to have repaired. No more than 50 miles down the road, the "repairs" failed catastrophically on the freeway leaving the car immobile and stranded.We had it towed to a reputable local shop who are repairing the damage. Turns out the team at NTB forgot to install the axle support brackets and thus the newly installed axle removed itself from the transmission at highway speed. We're lucky the error did not cause more damage to the vehicle or cause a serious accident.Stay far away from these guys.

Payton is a very well respected store manager. He always helps with everything we need weather it be something small or big. I appreciate his help.Charles is such a sweet kind man who always helps me with my car. Even if I have questions about it while I am at work I know I can always count on charles to tell me everything that is wrong.

They overcharge and take advantage of customers who don't know better. NTB will have your car sitting there untouched for hours and charge you the hourly labor cost the entire time. Which means, three hours of waiting and one hour of work =charged for four hours of labor. Do not go here.

Dont come here went to get my tires replaced cause one of mine got a hole in it i went ahead and had them rotate them i know my lugnuts and stubs were in good condition no rust or anything went to pick up my car and said my front driver side lug nut and stub was missing i always check my tires before i drive and i am 110% knowing i had all my stubs and lugnuts intact they broke it off replacing my tires and want to put the blame on me really sad especially this day and age

Great customer service and high quality work. Can be a little expensive sometimes but definitely worth it.Not only 'would' recommend, but actually 'do' recommend.

Went in to get new tires, paid 750$ then realized they scratches up my rims. They Immediately done the blame game. They offered to give 20% off at some bent tire restore place and that's it. The Manager told me he would not replace my wheels because mine wasn't perfect to start with!!!! One of my wheels had a curb mark only one....I didn't expect them to replace my wheels but what I did expect was for them to act like they even cared!I want them to repair what they done is all. That seems fair to me
