This place is a hidden gem. Kars specializes in classic British sports cars but will happily service you modern car needs.Kevin and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly, dropping into easy conversation with everybody they meet providing a relaxing atmosphere.Do not be deceived my the hobby modeling shop in the front, these guys are the real deal.

The best foreign auto repair shop IN THE STATE. great prices and the best service. This man found issues that BMW of St. Albans missed, as well as issues that Charleston high end motors didn't catch. I only wish his shop was bigger because it's hard to get an appointment due to his high demand. A++++++++++++

Kevin is honest His mom handles the paperwork and helped me make a decision to stop sinking money into a 2012 vehicle after multiple visits to another shop building tickets & milking customers.I appreciate their honesty & the estimate on what could be wrong. Support this man, not many shops in this area that actually put the customer first

Recently had two vehicles go through a complete maintenance check. One vehicle had over 100K miles and the other had over 200K miles.Kevin and his staff are very friendly and professional. Customer service oriented business. Minimal work was required and completed at a very fair price. The go to place for your automotive needs!

Kevin is helpful, and a nice guy. He does great workUpdate: he is also a great boss, he hired me when I came to get a quote at one point, he's been great, I've seen him offer paid vacations to his long time employees, and PTO to for loss of hours when it's outside the employees control. I love my new job, this is a good place to get work done or to work

I have had my vehicle serviced at KARS two times in the past few months. Both times Kevin has been very thorough with his explanation of work required. He works with you to get the job completed in a timely manner. He does quality work at what I think is a very fair price. The last work completed was significantly below estimate . From what I can tell, he doesn't do any unnecessary work, and I feel I can trust his opinion and work. He quickly returns phone calls, which is hard to find now a days with most places. KARS will be my vehicle repair shop until given a reason not to be. Give them a chance!

Kevin does the job with top quality work and fair prices. He's credentialed, taught auto mechanics and he offers a pleasant place to sit should you have to wait. He's thoughtful about parts choices and he's been around the block when it comes to how best to maintain your car.

I have multiple cars and have used about every shop in the Charleston area over the decades. Kevin's shop is new, but it stands out above all the others. He is the mechanic that "car guys" go to for classic cars, but he is trained also in the modern cars and actually taught auto mechanics fulltime for many years. I cannot recommend anyone else. You will not regret going to KARS.

KARS is top-notch car repair in Dubar WV! If you've found yourself in need of auto repair in the Charleston area, I can't recommend Kevin and his shop enough. It's hard finding a quality and trustworthy mechanic in Charleston WV so I was very pleased when I discovered KARS. He diagnosed my car's problem and provided me with much-needed car engine repair. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle back to this auto service garage and have plans to do so in the future. Kevin had some very nice cars in his shop, anyone who does classic auto repair knows his stuff. Kevin's knowledge and expertise is obvious, you can't go wrong using KARS in Dunbar!

We were traveling from Detroit, MI to Waynesboro, VA for a wedding when our 2018 GMC was making a loud, unusual noice at the front of car and we could not see anything wrong. We searched for a dealership, called locally and asked for help when they said we needed an apt. We needed a new plan! So we looked local and local we found in Kevin at KARS!! So much kindness, dedication, mechanics taking a late lunch and quality repair we were back on the road in 2 hours with a new rotor since ours rusted from the inside out. I have had a weird problem with my car - something that takes a lot of thought and time to fix, but may not be very profitable for the mechanic. Kevin provided me with excellent and thoughtful service. Another mechanic wasn t interested in helping out with this problem, but Kevin was there. Fair prices, excellent service, really knows his stuff. Can t recommend highly enough.

I was dreading having my car fixed several places told me that my check engine light was my turbo had went bad and quoted me 2100to fix, Kevin ran a diagnostic on it and it was perfectly fine fixed my small issue and sent me on way saving thousands I am sooooo thankful for his honesty and good work.
