Reached out to 6 utv dealers within a 100 mile radius. Keefer's responded within a couple of hours. 2 of them responded within 4 days and 3 of them never got back to me.They offered me a fair price (including delivery! - 2 hours away) on a mule they had in stock. Then, they gave me a fair price on some add-ons. I was VERY impressed on the level of communication and the constant updates. It took about 2 weeks for delivery, only because they were waiting for the roof, windshield and winch.Then, they took customer service to another level. Upon delivery, there was an issue with the price quoted and final invoice. No haggling, they honored the quoted price and immediately fixed the situation.These folks are the real deal and I'm very impressed.Now, if only they could train my dogs to stop barking at my mule. Seriously dogs... The mule is not going to eat me. Nor is it a threat to the security of the house!

Service department really needs to improve there commutation with their customers. Been waiting three days for a call back on a part, I finally called to be told will it's on backorder. I had to ask do you have an idea when it will be in? Sometime in the first of October. Learn to talk to the customer.Now sales is great!

Best there is, bar none. Purchased a 2021 RZR XP 1000 from these guys, while on an ATV vacation. Could not be happier. Talk to Andrew when you go, if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He will not disappoint.

What a great place! They have tons of stock even though we re in the middle of a pandemic! We live 3 hours away and knew what we wanted from pictures in the website. They got everything ready for us on the way down so all we had to do was 5 minutes of paperwork and we were done! Fast and efficient. Very good customer service and kind people. 20/10 recommend. They really made our buying process easy and fast so we could get home before dark. The buggy we wanted was on sale and they found a coupon from Polaris for us as well! Most people won t do that because they don t get as much money. Buying here saved us $2,750+!

Yesterday, ny family and I traveled four hours round-trip to check out an item Keefer's had in stock. We spoke to the sales rep, and he told us "they just lowered the prices on a couple of these here, too" and that the online listing was for $2499.00. We told him wed'd be back tomorrow, that we wanted to see them in person before making any purchases. He told us if we paid cash, he could "save us money on the taxes... that a lot of people from Kentucky and Ohio go there to get around the taxes". He offered to hold the item we wanted for a $250 deposit. We decided to wait until we could ensure we had the trailer to tow the item, so we told him we would come back tomorrow. He told us to call and he could get us an "official out the door price". Why he wasn't able to do this while we were in the store is beyond me.So, we called this morning to get the "official out-the-door price". The guy said the item listed for $2499.00 online, the same item that he could "save us some money on if we paid cash", would be well over $3600.00. There was an assembly fee for about $700 for putting the item together. There was a docking fee; and another fee for the purchase exceeding $3000 on a credit card. So, a $2499 item is now around $1101 more than the day before.My biggest problem here is the fact our family drove four hours round-trip to see the item in person, get the specs, and have a clear picture on what we needed before buying the item. Had the sales rep told us right from the start there would be extra fees, I'd probably have no issues.The items are already assembled in the store; what if someone doesn't want to pay around $700 for them to assemble the item? Do they take everything apart and rebox it? Wouldn't that, then, make the item an open-box floor display? One could argue it would seem that way.As I've said before, my biggest issue is the lack of honesty. I called a couple times before driving the long distance and even mentioned the online prices. The sales rep even knew we drove the long distance, too. Yet, he never mentioned a single thing about the assembly fees, docking fees, card fees, or anything else? He could say they were marked down, and that he could cut corners if we paid cash, but he didn't know basic fees? No, that's wrong.The price difference isn't as much the issue, even though $1101 is nothing to laugh at. It's the lack of courtesy and basic knowledge that customers need when making purchases like this. So, just be aware there are plenty of fees not mentioned until buy time. It's that exact reason why Keefer lost out on a purchase. The customer doesn't have to always be right, but they better not be lied to or misled.

Went in for an oil change, I was quoted $173.00 and honored a deal that they advertised earlier in the week of 89.99 for an oil change the parts were included... They also fixed my steering wheel at no charge. Everyone was helpful as always. I know I'll be buying my next side by side there.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had buying anything. The salesman was a complete tool, everyone treated us as if we where nothing more than an inconvenience the entire buying process. 6 months later I take my ride in for a warranty repair, 1 month and 4 days later they finally decide to order the parts. The service department does not answer phone calls, nor do they return calls when you leave messages. I recommend driving much further to any other dealership. I would not buy a back of gum from this place. I would trust Jeffery Epstein with my daughter more than I would trust Keefer's with a warranty repair.

Great people! Went to trailfest 2018 and started to hit the trail and my 2013 Polaris scrambler went into limp mode. I took it to these guys,no appointment or anything and they took me in and fixed my issue as soon as possible so I was sure to have a good time. Great people.

Had a trail break down on August 15, 2018. Mike at the parts counter was phenomenal in helping me with the parts I needed and devised a special made tool. The entire staff was friendly. The service people brought a man off of his lunch break early to mount a tire for me to get me back on the trail. I am from Columbus, Ohio and will be sure to give the team at Keefer first chance to sell me a new machine.

Attention: I was recently on a trip to Hatfield [5 Hr drive] with some friends a few weeks ago and the first day in my KRX started to act up. When i got back to the cabin i called Keefers Motorsports in Logan and explained what was going on with my Buggy. His reply was bring it down first thing in the morning they would look at it. Keep in mind the place opens at 10:00 am and i showed up at 9:45 am . The Team At Keefers took my information even before they opened up and let the Guys know in the garage what was going on. At 9:50 my buggy was in the garage and the guys at Keefers was on it like Fly's on a sugar cookie. LOL At 10:00 am my buggy was back on the trailer and i was headed back to the cabin to get ready for the days ride. Dealerships Take Notes this is how you get return customers. Thanks to the Team at Keefers for helping out and fixing the problem quickly. We rode all weekend with no issues.

I took in my Suzuki 700 king quad to get repaired. It was having a charging problem. I was told a wiring harness long story short after 5 month in their garage and $800 later it still don't run. When I came to the shop to pick it up they couldn't get it to start. Told me it needed a new battery. I told the head mechanic to put one in he said come back he would give me a deal. It wasn't the battery they fixed nothing.

The absolute worst customer service , mediocre knowledge of product and service you sell shouldn't be taken out on customers for expecting at least reasonable expectations. To be upset with one associate in particular in this store doesn't even seem fair as it feels like that throughout the store which suggests poor management, inexperienced leadership or owners that just don't care.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have all necessary stuff in stock and what needs ordered can be ordered in a timely manner. Highly recommend trying them out.

A friend and I were up riding the HMT system from out of state and his brand new Polaris RZR unit had some parts fail. Keefer's service went out of their way to get the parts brought into the store and repaired the unit while we waited on it. They went above and beyond to get us back on the trails and having fun. Their parts department also had a great selection of helmets and goggles that my friends purchased as well. Thank you for a great dealership!

I showed up at 2:30pm on a Saturday when they were suppose to close at 3pm. These folks stayed till 5pm to help me purchase my machine. There was a snaffuu with my paperwork that almost cost me the deal...these guys found a way to make my sale happen anyway! I will never shop anywhere else but Keefers for my powersports needs! I HIGHLY recommend this business, they will take care of you above and beyond!

Was in West Virginia riding and broke a tie rod. Went to dealership to see about getting a part for my brand new Polaris rzr. There staff was very unhelpful and didn t even try to help with any options other than we can have the part in a week. Left there dealership and went to Honda dealership down the road and there service manger was extremely helpful and courteous. Know where to go next time. Have always been a Polaris man but rethinking it now

Came to enjoy the Hatfield McCoy trails and unfortunately broke the handlebars on my bike. Came here looking for replacements and they did not have any in stock! Being in a highly off road area i don t understand how this is possible?
