I bought a tractor here and in less then a month it blow up. All junk. Will never buy from them again and advise everyone not to. Poor customer service and equipment

Wouldn t even give one star to this place if I could! Only good service we had was the mechanic he was the nicest and helpful. For the other one nope he was terrible! Very rude, cocky and smart***

I recently purchased a used sub-compact tractor from Best Deal Equipment. They were open and honest about this tractor; told me what they knew about it and what they didn t. They even told me to use the tractor and if it failed to meet my expectations, or if I found any problems with it, they d make it right or give me a refund no questions asked.I couldn t have asked for a better experience in purchasing used equipment. They went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied.

This place is absolutely terrible.I was in need of a tractor badly after inheriting land from a loved one who passed.I showed interest in certain tractors they posted via facebook, instead they held it for a friend of theirs behind my back and sold it. This happened to me twice, personally. I wanted to give my business to a place that was relatively close to my location and not a big dealership....turned out there is no integrity with this place whatsoever. Do your research before dealing and give your business to someone that truly wants/deserves it.

Bought a 790 John Deere last weekend it s a great little running tractor. I called about it before driving over 2 hours to buy it everything they told me about it over the phone was correct. Great people I definitely will deal with them again.

We called to ask about the backhoe. O yell, it's here. We drove from Columbus Ohio, to learn it was sold and picked up an hour earlier. The guy running the place let's his uninformed employee's bring people in on a wild goose chase. For what? Hell if I know. We left without looking at anything else. Not a very good salesman. The inventory looks old and worn out.The best part of the trip was seeing Ravenswood WVa and seeing George Washington's landing along the Ohio River.

Best Deal has great prices on hard to find things you need for farming or attachments for tractors. Very friendly staff there unlike anywhere else. Thanks guys will look their again in needing to purchase anything.

massey ferguson 35 was posted for sale $750 as is. We ask if it was still available and Noah said it was. We told him to mark it as sold we would be in in the morning to get it. It was marked sold but when we went in to get it, he said it was sold. He sold it to someone else out from under us. We were there with cash and the other guy hadn't even showed up so, the tractor is still there. We gave him the opportunity to sell it to us but he just said it's sold. We ask first. It was available. We told him to mark it sold. It was marked sold. We went to get it. He said he sold it to someone else. Fine way to run a business. I would rate zero stars if I could. Only way he can make it right is to sell us the tractor he said was available. Piss poor business practice. I even called him back and voiced my opinion and all he said was most people wait for a text back. Why did you mark it sold the minute we told you we wanted it. Not only that but, you said as is you don't know what's wrong with it because you didn't look at it and it doesnt have a battery. We got there and you told us it had engine problems. You said It sounded like a rod. How do you know what it sounds like if you didn't look at it? You had to put a battery in it and crank it to know if a rod was bad. Sounds like a liar to me. Guess that why everyone calls you theivens!

Worst place to buy anything. Terrible management. Terrible ownership. Drove 2 hours there to buy a piece of equipment and they sold it out from under me an hour before I got there. Don t ever buy from this place.

I spoke with Erin many times over two week course for over a week he told me he s gonna send me a picture of a tractor part that I never received when I finally did talk to him he told me I wasn t a priority horrible way to do business manager will shut the doors to this company

I bought a tractor and a couple pieces of equipment from these folks today they were very friendly and helpful and informative I would highly recommend them for your equipment needs, Christian folks also shop and support local small businesses, thank you all and I will be back
