Terrible service and a Hazard to your Safety. I took my vehicle in for new tires. They put the incorrect lugnuts on my vehicle over torqued them damaged all of my rims. Drivers side tire fell off of my vehicle less then a mile down the road. I was told to take my vehicle to a shop and then go back and fill out a claim at Walmart to cover the repairs. After having a garage fix my vehicle I was informed they cross treaded and ruined all of the studs on my vehicle. You have been informed this place is very unsafe and unprofessional.

I d give ZERO IF I COULD. LESS THAN 2 YEARS AGO I BOUGHT FOUR NEW TIRES AND WAS SOLD THE WARRANTY. I WAS TOLD YOU GET A NAIL IN YOUR TIRE YOU COME HERE WE FIX IT OR REPLACE IT. IVE HAD THE TIRES 1 YEAR AND 10 MONTHS AND TODAY I GOT A NAIL IN MY TIRE. I GO TO GET IT FIXED AND WAS TOLD THE TIRE IS TOO WORN AND THE WARRANTY WAS VOIDED IN THAT CASE. I BARELY DRIVE AND SAID THE TIRES ARENT EVEN TWO YEARS OLD. THE TECH SAID WELL THEN ITS A MECHANICAL ISSUE AND NOT COVERED. I ASKED WHY DIDNT ANYONE TELL ME THAT WHEN I BOUGHT THE WARRANTY AND WAS TOLD I SHOULD HAVE READ THE FINE PRINT. I HOPE THIS STORE AND COMPANY CAN READ THIS LARGE PRINT THAT THEYRE SCAMMERS AND I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INSIDE ANOTHER WALMART AGAIN. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE TO BE REPAIRED.

Got my tires done and they put so much force on the lugnuts they welded the nuts to the rims and now I can they my flat tire off to put on my spare

Doug at the tire center provided top tier service checking me out after my service on my flat tire. He was flustered dealing my paperwork from a change in system/policy but was nothing but polite and apologetic in the amount of time it took to get everything resolved. Highly recommend a raise for this man for his customer service, it was so appreciated!

They did a good job putting my two front tires on I don t have any complaints. My appointment was at 11am. I got there at 10:45am to give them some extra time. Went back about noon and my car was ready. I recommend walking back and checking to see if it s done the text feature wasn t working to let me know. If you want an oil change I recommend stopping by their center ahead of time and setting it up in advance. I m usually not able to get them on the phone. They seem to be really busy and possibly understaffed. I ordered my tires myself on the Walmart app and set up my tire appointment on the app. The app was saying order delayed after several days, so if you have that issue call Walmart Customer Service and ask them if your order has been Delivered yet. Customer service let me know so I just went to my appointment and everything went smoothly. Saved some money going here and killed time walking around Walmart. Overall happy with the experience you just have to be prepared in advance and know what to expect. Also this was at the Clarksburg Walmart.

I m annoyed, to say the least. I was there for a good minute waiting on a 1 (singular) tire change, and an oil change I let it go. I had asked them prior to accepting the job will this take long? I have 2 children with me) it was dead and they said no THEN, they made me stand there for an HOUR because their system wouldn t let me pay!!!!! I asked if I got some sort of discount and they said well this isn t our issue this is a system issue. Well that also isn t MY issue or problem they ended up taking off $14 tire rotation and balance charge smh I was so annoyed. People were walking by I d just leave. I d tell them you get it for free. I d ask for a discount. Multiple people. Do better wal mart.

Avoid like the plague!!! I took my car there awhile back to get a oil change and then today I took it elsewhere to get it changed due to their poor service and unprofessionalism the last time I went there. A service tech from the new place just came back to tell me that they couldn t change my oil because the last person who did so cross threaded my oil filter on and broke the threads. It s gonna cost like atleast 200 to 300 to fix and I will be out of a car for a few days. Thanks Walmart, I will be calling corporate to get this taken care of.Service: Oil change

Terrible, will not go back. I was given one price on the phone but they priced it double standing there. Thank goodness I received this information before anything was do..I was basically be told over and over that I am living about what happened. Couldn't tell me who answers the phone there because they don't take calls back in the garage. So I asked when I call on the phone and I selected tire shop who does it go to. Then I was just told that none of them would ever say that..(But funny because someone told me that on the phone) . Even when I started talking about what somethings cost. I was told how very wrong I was. So I pulled my phone out and said here I will just show you what you say isn't possible.Then he started back stepping and said, well if that's what's on there is wrong... Funny how it went from what I was saying was impossible and then I can prove it and now it's possible someone else could be to blame. Yes this was the manger in the tire department. Then I was told how impossible it is for any place around would do what I wanted at that price. So I told him I had already called around and I was given that price for the same thing. But nope I was living about that too because it not possible. I don't think he heard my phone calls but he sure knew what they didn't tell me..I going to one of them in possible places tomorrow to get done what I spoke of about the price.. But after all that BS I am willing to pay a little more if that happens at some point before I will ever get back to Walmart tire service!!!

I had asked for the 2 new tires to be put on the back. I was in a hurry and didn t look till I got home and the new tires were on the front.

Went to buy tires an get installed at 330pm says there open till 7pm but when i went to auto center they said they can only sell them to me an no installation bc they were closing despite 7pm closing time so they refused service do not recommend going there called Morgantown Walmart they said come on up they can do it for me

Would give 0 rating if available. Took 4 winter tires there that I purchased lifetime balance and rotation on and also wanted a pit crew oil change. I was the first customer of the morning. I didn t hear from anyone even though I provided my mobile phone number and walked around the store. The wait was supposed to be approximately 1 hour. I waited an hour and a half first thing in the morning then finally decided to stop back at the counter. Jeff the manager said they couldn t put the tires on because they have a policy which restricts 2 winter tires from being put on. I had 2 tires which they determined to be unworthy to be put on. I do agree with this policy because my vehicle is front wheel drive so why not put the front 2 tires on. At any rate, why not call me instead of having me kill time which I found out was for nothing because they didn t even perform the pit crew. Find somewhere else to go! Been a loyal customer for 10 years. No more! Jeff didn t even apologize. No people skills...

Poor customer service. I couldn t even get them to answer the phone. Really sorry!! Terrible web page for the Clarksburg WV location. Web has the wrong numbers posted for the automotive center. When I finally got an answer on the main number and asked to talk to a manager I was put on hold for another 1/2 hour and gave up.I called the 800 number for national customer service and spent another half hour waiting to talk to a human and gave up.I think we know were this is going. It s time for some competition for these big box stores. Honest competition or the Walmart s of America will run customer service into the ground.Is it really worth all this inconvenience for cheaper socks? Not to this reviewer.

BUYER BEWARE! had my truck in there 2/3/21 for an oil change. The tech had grease and grime all over the fender on my truck ...greasy hand prints on my hood and to top it off spilled oil all over my engine ....zero professionalism!! I won't be backService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was on hold for over an hour trying to reach automotive. I'm on my 3rd call and it's just ringing and ringing and ringing. Actually, I was just hung up on adter 3 minutes. This review was brought to you in real time.

I bought 4 new tires recently at Walmart. I just had a blowout in one of them. After spending 4 hours today just trying to reach someone at the tire center, a manager told me they wouldn't replace it even though I have the original invoice and receipt. Apparently I should have bought extra insurance that was never offered to me. She then hung up on me and went back to not answering the phone. I'll never buy tires at Walmart again. That is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

Just spent 17 minutes on hold while they verified they had 6 tires I needed. I asked them to go look and make sure they had them. After 12 minutes a woman came on the line and asked what I needed. She said oh they guy is not looking for them. I heard her say he forgot about the guy on the phone. After another 5 minutes they only as it turns out had 2 in stock. Would be a good place for a tire store.

Went in to get 2 new tires put on the back and have the better looking old ones put on the front till i could get another 2 next payday. Well after waiting 2 hours I went to check on my car and the guy informed me that my car had been put back outside because they wanted to tell me that i need 4 new tires. I had already expalilned i was going to come back and get 2 more payday. Instead of using common sense or calling me they moved my car to the back and i waited 2 more hours . Ridiculous!!! They never answer their phone either

I've purchased 4 brand new Dextero 10 ply A/T aggressive style tire for a 16 Tacoma..I've been back 3 times for balance job ...front drivers side, right at 55 mph I get the shake in the steering wheel. I asked repeatedly to remove the rubber frthe rim they just won't do it..Clarksburg, West Virginia. Walmart tire center

Mary, David and the rest of the staff in this Auto service department were great. I had a faulty part installed at a different Walmart location but broke down in Bridgeport. They were able to identify and fix the problem that they didn t create. They were great.

Spent almost 4 hrs here waiting for an oil change....I was the first one there waiting for them to open. After awhile of not receiving a call, I went to the desk and they told me they can't service my year/model truck....THIS WAS THE 6TH TIME I'VE BEEN THERE! After explaining this to the manager, they realized I was right but told to me that they moved my truck outside already...to the back of the line, which led me to have to wait an additional 1.5 hr. It never occurred to them to call me after the first 15 min. They offered a whopping 10% discount, which was a slap in the face considering I was from out of town and already there. Oh yea....THEN THEY LOST MY KEYS! Don't go here, you'll regret it!

Was told what I needed was in stock for $75. Drove from Doddridge County to make the purchase and hmmm...guess what, only tire they had in stock was $153 and since it was different from what was on the car, they suggested I purchase two! Gotta give it to Walmart, they got screwing people down pat!!!

I used to always use Walmart to mount & balance carry-in tires because they were so much cheaper than anywhere else, and I was able to forgive the fact that they could never balance a tire correctly to save their lives.Well, that is no longer the case, as of December 2016 they are charging $21.50 a tire for mount, balance and lifetime rotation on carry-in tires. That's just not acceptable for a Walmart level of service.On top of that, I was there because I was having new wheels put on my truck. I asked the guy at the counter to tell the guys in the shop to put the old wheels in the boxes from the new wheels, he apparently didn't. They also used the old style of lead wheel weights on the rim of my brand new wheels (Last time I was there they only used the stick on weights).Last time I'll ever go there for tires, for 21.50 a tire they can shove it, I'll go to a real tire shop.

It s been 2 hours. Needed ONE tire. 3 guys in front of me that needed all 4 new tires on their YEE YEE trucks and an oil change. The lady behind me needed an oil change. Her keys just got put in front of mine. Exactly how long does it take to change a damn tire? It s like these boys back here can fit shapes into the corresponding holes on a wood block but that s about it.

Called and was told to come right in. She said they weren't busy and could get me right in. I was 3 minutes away. When I arrived I was told it would be at least 2 hours, then another tech walks up and says it will be longer than that, at least 3 hours ... Seems like they have a major lack of communication!

I just checked, and the price did go up! I, too, always used Walmart to replace my tires 'cause they were the cheapest place. But, I would take 'em off and carry-in as I don't know whether a torque stick would be used.. I was quoted $19.50 over the phone, 1/07/17. Not sure if that included the disposal fee or not. I work at a parts store, and I've heard many complaints about them ruining lug nuts/studs. Guess I have to ask around now.

Took our car in for oil change. They never changed it, still had dirty oil and old filter on it when we got home. Will never use Walmart again.

They're very caring about your vehicle, and will not lift it if your rocker panels are nearly rusted off. They have excellent service and will help in any way that they can.

Went for an oil change, but they were unable to help me. The staff was polite about it and apologized and recommended another location.
