Chuck with Triple J Enterprises was so helpful when we called for a tow. He responded quickly. He was courteous and took great care when towing our vehicle. He could not have been more helpful. I highly recommend Triple J for all of your towing needs.

Tie rod broke on my Jeep coming down the ramp from Rt.50 onto I-79 North bound. They had my Jeep towed to Firestone in about forty minutes from first phone call.Friendly and courteous folks, I recommend them with no reservations!

We were traveling through the area, from out of state, and our car broke down on the Interstate. I called and the owner answered late in the evening and had someone there to help within half an hour. They towed my vehicle and diagnosed the problem and had the issue resolved extremely quickly. Everyone we met was amazing, nice and extremely helpful! They truly cared and genuinely wanted to help us. They not only take pride in what they do, but also in caring for their customers as they went well above and beyond to help. Their number one priority was getting our problem taken care of and getting us on our way home that night. The impression this business and its people made will always be remembered. Very nice people to work with. Was easy to communicate and easy to come up with a solution. I was worried about being able to get the car on the trailer, but he s good at what he does. Nice man, and did no extra damage to my car. Very grateful that nice people still exist. This has been the second time in the last 3 months. My tire blew on the highway. I called around the area and was referred to use triple j by another local tow company. When I told her I was on the highway with 2 kids. She had her crew respond almost immediately..I was back on the road in under an hour. Thank you so much. I will always recommend your service to everyone I know who travels in West Virginia. And the price I was charged was a god send deal. Again thank you for all the help :) I made it home to Tennessee safely.Service: Tire change

My truck died and not only did they show up quick to tow it, but diagnosed the issue to be the fuel pump relay. They got the part and had it replaced in under two hours. I was back on the road, just in time because the forecast was calling for 4-6 inches of snow that night and I needed my truck! Otherwise my truck would have been sitting at a repair shop for days. Brent and his wife are some of the finest people I've met in a long time. I traveled 275 miles for a work trip and when I arrived here my car broke down. The first tow company I called tried to take advantage of me with a crazy high price tow after I told them I was at a hotel. The next one didn't even answer the phone. My third call was to Triple J and they were there in minutes to tow my car and the price was more than fair. I needed to return home the next day due to a death in the family and they kept my car at their lot for a week NO CHARGE! It's nice to know there's still some people like that in the world. I was in a bad way and they were so kind. If you're in the Clarksburg area and need a tow and/or repairs they are the ONLY ones I would call. Trust me they will treat you right. Triple J Enterprises is by far the most reasonable, hard working, and genuine mechanic shop that I have ever utilized. I called last minute in hopes that they would look at my vehicle, that started acting up on a road trip, to determine if it was still safe to drive, and in no time they came to where I was parked and helped me get to their garage so they could take a better look at it. After they ran a few tests and worked beyond to make sure it was safe to drive home, they gave me vehicle back to me, charging very little for their hard work and genuine concern. I feel confident that Triple J Enterprises is truly working for the customer and that they want the customer to drive away safe. Brent and Jeremy were great! We got stuck on the side of the road at the very beginning of our road trip! They were professional and helped us tremendously! They helped us get back on the road in a timely manner and repaired our tire instead of us having to go buy a new one! They dealt with the insurance companies so we didn t have to. I would highly recommend!

My car was towed after it got stolen, and I think Triple J Enterprises handled the situation very well. He was kind and genuinely tried to help me out despite the tough situation. I can't thank them enough for getting the car back and being courteous and professional. The owner I interacted with seemed to be kind of grumpy at first, but he lightened up when he realized I wasn't there to blame him for anything. Thanks, guys!

Im giving us a five star not because we own this business, but because we go the extra lengths to keep our customers happy andcoming back!
