1st time here great job, great staff and I m definitely going to order the package once I bring my other vehicle there since it did a fabulous job! Just wish I would ve got a before picture because you would ve seen it did a great job.

The assistant manager Alissa is always so friendly and works so hard! Always happy to see her when I come. This location gets the bugs off my bumper every time and are always so consistent and professional. Been a member for three months and I love it!!! My charger looks brand new

They did an outstanding job on my vehicle, it looked as good as new and the prices were very reasonable. And I had the privilege of being taken care of by Alyssa. What a treat, she was a very lovely and kind young lady, and went above and beyond to make sure I am a repeat customer. She deserves a raise and a promotion Can t wait to go back!

Great customer service! Car came out squeaky clean. I stepped outside and could see my bald head shining through the reflection. 10/10 will wash again. The guy with the mullet told me his name was Aidan. His service was amazing.

We recently visited Tidal Wave in Clarksburg WV. What an awesome experience. The wash was great and they provide free vacuums, cleaning spray and cleaning cloths. You can sign up for a monthly membership and come as often as you like. Highly recommended!

I don't fit in many car wash places but I do here and an excellent wash it is? My wheels get clean and truck looks better then ever. Cutomerservice is top notch too!

Allysa was super helpful. Compressed air guns along with the vacuums are a nice touch for stubborn debris in the carpets. Didn t have a place to spray down or clean rubber mats, but they did offer to spray them down for me.

Came through last night 3/23 and was greeted by a young man (after asking) found out his name was Jakob. He was super friendly. He informed me of how I could save money by joining the wash club. I live over an hour away and would not benefit from it, but think its a great value.

Tidal wave car wash - we had an issue with getting my online scan code to work. But they were quick to accommodate. They ran me through the was and after it was done John the GM got me all hooked up. He got my account working and I am now a proud member of Tidal Wave! Thank you also to the fella doing the checking in and the guy helping around the vacuums! Can t beat the price for the service! I was very frustrated that the car wash was closed due to weather but Alyssa was able to explain to me that she values my cars safety & asked me to come back another day when it was clear so I could get the best experience! As always I was pleased with my wash & am considering buying a monthly package! 10/10!

Visited this location before my long 5 hour drive home. Absolutely loved it! Great and friendly staff. Super helpful when I was having trouble with the vacuum! They had supplies at the ready for me to clean the insides of my windows from all the little kiddie fingerprints! My car was clean and shiny and looking good when I left! Thanks Tidal Wave Team!

Easy to get in and out of the location (unlike other washes in the area). Wash does a great job at cleaning all around my car. The staff are super friendly too. Ask for Alyssa and get set up with a membership. You won't regret it.

I had the best experience at Tidal Wave Auto Spa. I knew they had an air compressor and free vacuuming which is what brought me in because my vehicle was in rough shape. I got one of the lower cleaning packages for the exterior. To my surprise, after my vehicle was washed they came to look at it and thought it could look better so they had me go through again. A HUGE THANK YOU to Zander! This was the biggest blessing to me for many personal reasons. I will be a loyal customer because of the phenomenal service I received. Everyone needs to check out this place!

Great wash! They have the crevice tool and flat tool to use on carpets. Air nozzle for console so you aren t hurting your boot around the gear shift. Water just beaded this morning after the rain! Ok I love it, no car wash has ever been able to get my windshield and back window clean where the wipers don't touch. 1 time threw the best wash and they are crystal clear , plus I always run out of quarters for the vacuuming and always forget cleaners or rags for the interior and glass but this place offers them with your payment or subscriptionServices: Polishing, Vacuuming, Car waxing

Amazing customer service and the nicest car wash I ve ever been to in my entire life. The max carwash was so worth it and the products they supply afterwards work great. My car is fresh and clean and I couldn t ask for a better experience.
