Sheetz is awesome! West Virginia and Pennsylvania are so lucky to have Sheetz! This Clarksburg, WV location is very convenient. They offer so many MTO options (Made to Order) for food and drinks! They also have a great rewards program- the Sheetz Card and the Sheetz App.

Better selection than other convenience stores in area; has self-checkout registers but they don't take cash and there is rarely a dedicated cashier so you have to wait for somebody to get done with the other thing they're doing ...

I always have a fast, efficient, and pleasant experience every time I've been at Sheetz. That includes encountering amazing , friendly and very fast customer service from the food service area where you can order milkshakes, coffee drinks, and food to go. And then of course encountering, yet again, fast and extremely friendly customer service while checking out at the main / original register. I have only had one, tiny, unpleasant experience visiting sheets and all these years of going regularly. But it was not even sheets fault for the unpleasant experience I encountered while attempting to withdraw cash from their ATM machine, the ATM refused to accept or read my card so I was unable to get any cash off my debit card that day from Sheetz.

ordered two hotdogs with bacon and chilli i got them with no chilli and no bacon and with mustard which im allergic too! and didn t ask for there were also multiple hairs i saw when i opened the hot dog up because i smelt the mustard they overloaded and added so much mustard it would ve been all i tasted and they won t answer the phone this place has horrible customer service and this isn t the first time ive foundhairs in my room i don t even think they were hair nets nor is it the first time they ve messed up my order and wouldn t give me a refund.

I always have a good experience at the Clarksburg,WV Sheetz. The older lady that works late night/early morning shift on the register,is a SO nice. She is the kindest person I have ever met. I wish I knew her name because she deserves a raise or something. The free air is an added bonus. When I find the employees name out,I will make sure to let Sheetz know,bc she deserves everything great just because she is so kind to everyone. 5 stars for her as an employee all on her own.

Sheetz is my favorite convenience store! You always save money along with earnings points for free items using the Sheetz reward card. It's nice to stop and fill my gas tank, grab a pack of cigarettes and if I am hungry a cheap but great salad and or sandwich from the awesome selection of "Made To Order " food they offer! Sheetz is the only place I can get FREE air in my tires with a digital easy to use Air pump and and if needed I can wash my car in the new automatic Car Wash! Sheetz definitely is far SUPERIOR to all its competitors!

As it s the one I frequent whenever I m near my parents house, I ve probably visited this Sheetz more than almost anyone save for the employees, who are quick and clean without exception. The only thing that irritates me is that turbo powered blast of air that hits you if you enter through the dining area door. So, I don t go in that way. Has a good health food section compared to most other Sheetz stores.

I want to say thank you to your supervisor Jon that certainly deserves his forthcoming promotion. Jon, for excellent customer service when the Sheetz app was not working, for fixing the issue by taking the order hand written and for being a kind human being. Thank you Jon.

This is the only place I fill my tank, my go-to for snacks and any necessities I may need throughout the day and one of, if not the only spot in town with free use of their air machine...plus a car wash/vacuum next door. Always a great atmosphere, staff has never failed to help and have me leaving with a smile, stocked well and regularly and upgrades/layout changes have helped as well.As a driver who spends all day on the road, this Sheets can not be beat for their number and ease of services tailored for simple in and out for anyone who spends their work day on the road. Fuel, air, supplies and a convenient spot to clean your vehicle inside and out has given this Sheets location and the brand as a whole, my business and hard earned cash every time. All the time.

Placed an order at 2:56 PM and waited until 3:28 until I finally said something. Multiple people came in after me and placed orders and left. When I asked for my refund they havent even STARTED on my order. Perfect way to spend my birthday and christmas by getting to starve because this Sheetz has horrible customer service. Will not be returning unless it's to place 5 orders and leave.

Great average priced gas station stuff. Plus it's got MTO food 24/7. Last but not least, they typically keep their bathrooms very clean.

Waited and waited for help no one ever came over so I left everything behind and walked out place needs more help and could use a good cleaning and better organized

I usually go there every day more than once. Today was horrible. There is some young boy working as cashier. Told him I needed coffee and his comment is ok it is free. He never did come make it or anything. I waited and waited.So I left and took my business else well were at least I can get a cup of coffee and not told all it's free. Of course it is free when u can not get nothing but a empty cup.

Do not reload any cards here or buy any gift cards because they will steal your money and shrug their shoulders after not being able to give you a confirmation number. Then just direct you to sheetz upper management who will tell you they need to touch base with a third party vendor that helps them deal with the issue. Only they don't know what that third partys workload is so they will get back with me "eventually". You're welcome Sheetz for the holiday loan I didn't sign up to give you.

The staff is great and Donna s the Best!! Very helpful and professional.. they have great prices for cigs. And food + if you order online for the food it is on time and they give enough condiments!

Day 3 of eating a sheetz chicken sandwich.Day 1- asked for lettuce (got no lettuce)Day 2- ordered a chicken sandwich (got a beagle with egg and ham)Day 3- Found a long long hair in my sandwichThey won t answer any of my calls, very unhappy with this place!

Excellent location easy access plenty of parking fill your tank up with gas just some really good fresh coffee maybe a donut or some snacks to eat I recommend the sheets to everyone stop by you'll like it
