Nice waiting area and clean rest room. The employees were very courteous and helpful. I didn't have to wait long.

Rejected my son's truck inspection for a minor issue and removed the sticker that I had a whole month left on instead of allowing me time to fix the issue. Called and never said they would put a rejection sticker on it until I got there. Charged me 15 bucks for the rejection on top of it. This place looks for reasons to charge money. Terrible customer service. All, never take anything to this place. Stay away unless you wanted screwed.

We had suspension work done and tires mounted and balanced. Kevin and Blair took great care to get me in and out in good time. Everything was done on time and as promised. We were treated professionally and in a friendly manner. The work that was done cost a little less than initially estimated. Their tire prices are very good. Overall, five out of five stars since we can t give six. Great job, guys!

Came in for an oil change ended up needing brakes and rotors. A husband at home that needed an explanation as to what needed done, why it cost so much and why he couldn t doIt himself. A big shout out to Dayton for going above and beyond to make sure my husband was satisfied.

Tried to get an oil change today. Would have been the 2nd time using them but was told the system was down and they couldn't do any work, and that it has had been down for a day. Seems like an odd business decision to be turned away, not even given the option to pay cash. First time I used them was good though.

I bought 4 new tires off of this store they spun and balanced and installed them and when they did so they were unbalanced. I took the truck back to them to have them remove the tires and rebalance them cuz obviously their machine is off just for the cashier to tell me to come back another time which would be fine on a normal case but I happen to need to drive 6 hours out of town and they wouldn't even attempt to balance any of the tires I had to take it to another shop pay more money to have the tires balanced properly to find out that not one of those tires were in Balance there are all off by 2 oz which is quite a bit so quick Lanes equipment is not up to par their services lower than par and they've got average pricing I don't recommend anybody go to this store

Went there to get a state inspection and they told me it didn't pass because my brakes and rotors were bad. Had a mechanic check it out afterwards all the brakes and rotors are fine. Looks like they were just trying to make a quick buck off me.

Bad Public Relations, takes days to get car back , had to have it towed twice once the original time it broke down and then the next morning after paying 1/2 grand I couldnt get it out of my drive way then had to call riggs towing service again, and charged my insurance twice for a tow, which even the tow company agreed they should have paid second tow since it was within 24 hours after paying them that much money for the car to be fixed, then the cherry on the cake, after days of waiting the second time around for them to fix it, we had already paid and awaiting call to pick up, they state to pick it up after hours and keys would be in gas tank, well we get there, no keys in gas tank and here we are wondering around lot because even if we had a spare set the complete parking lot is encapsuled in with cars blocking entrance and exit. talk about Wrath. my goodness can this place impress, and this was not the first time we had to take it back from bad parts and or repairs,, we should have learned the first time around- this place needs help!! Seriously.

Staff was really friendly. I went in for a state inspection and they also ended up fixing my brakes for me that the dealership where I purchased my car messed up. Very helpful.

Pulled in with a blown tire at 525 pm they close at 6 I had a tire on the rim they said sorry everyone was cleaned up and ready to head home

I'll only buy tires from there. Everything else, I'll do repairs myself or I'll have done either at Davis Auto Repair in Salem, WV or at Country Club Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealer. I'd took my 2015 Jeep Patriot there for the alignment twice in 2016, they didn't align my Jeep right.

Service varies depending on who is at counter. Have paid for Motorcraft parts and received cheap NAPA product. Won't take appointments and even being there before opening is usually a good wait

What a joke...truck was there 10 hours and cost me 700 dollars and it's not even fixed! Take your vehicle some where else.

Had a tire replaced, it was a specialty tire, they had it in the next day, took 15 min to replace it.
