Very unprofessional. They gave me a set price even after I gave them the description of how dirty my car was when arriving to my apartment. They said oh we can t do it for that price. They tried to give me a new estimated price. They pacifically told me when I made the appointment it will not be over 120. So my opinion don t waste your time go somewhere else.

They did a fantastic job of cleaning my car! I'm definitely going to be a regular! Much more affordable than anyone else around!

My sister's car was a nightmare, inside & out. They took a bit longer than promised, but miracles take time. It looks like a different car!

Dirt left in the cup holder, cat hair still everywhere in the car (specifically stated I'm getting the detail done after a long road trip with an animal) after I got home and in a different light I noticed damage to my clear coat on my driver's side door, I went back and learned about their terrible level of customer service getting talked to by a guy with an annoyed tone in his voice, then I tried to call the manager who wasn't available and has yet to return my call, tried to give them the opportunity to make it right with no joy - hence the review

Awful customer service and very rude!!! We will never schedule an appointment here again! When my husband called to reschedule our appointment, the guy cussed us out and hung up on us!

Not good at all, notice no significant differences in this place to a machine carwash. I will never use or recommend this place.
