Will not honor warranty for rear end, axle shaft was bent. Have left messages but they will not call back. Every time you talk to someone they pass you to another extension with a voicemail. They will definitely take your money and will not honor warranty. Sad excuse for a business.

Still have not received refund I was promised when they could not find replacement for failed transmission. $1000.00 boat anchor

I called the shop in PA asking for a standard rim for a Dodge 2003 ram that I could drive on not a spare rim up under the truck. they were nice and polite but I don t know if they know too much about parts. So when I went back to get another one to swap it out they gave me the same exact rim The one that goes up under the truck. So this will be my third time going up hopefully I get the right one. And still makes me pay 30 some dollars more for the right one. But like I said nice and polite. Unless I m just not a lucky person but it honestly sounds like They don t know what they re talking about.

Great place to find inexpensive parts. Orders come in quickly. I've saved a good bit of money by going there. Friendly staff. They can get almost every used part you may need

I was picking up a part for a friend...the people an older lady in an office and a guy setting behind the counter seemed like I was bothering them. The lady gave me a paper without saying anything and when I walked toward the guy he told me the part was laying out by the garage door and it would have the name on it...I was very surprised at the lack of customer service ...a few years ago I dealt several times with the one in PA and they were very friendly amd helpful...

Never seen anyone so rude working a front desk. 90 year old woman working the check-out. Couldn t read my card & kept entering the wrong expiration date. Didn t even get my name right. At pick up, I was pretty much told to go to the garage door & pick up my rim. Not even offered any assistance. Pretty poor customer service.

They don't even deserve one star but I had to rate them to leave a review. 4 days ago I called and ordered 3 tires, come to pick them up and I guess they decided my business wasn't important enough bc the tires wasn't there. This is the 2nd time with this company that they didn't do as they said they would. I will no longer call this company for anything. They don't care about business.

Went in to pick up q starter. Chuck, the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and informative.. their prices were 3xcellent . Just what I needed. And then the sweet older lady in the pay department wad such a doll. So so sweet. And still can't believe she was 93. I couldn't see it. I would believe 39! . I will highly recommend this place . Merry Christmas everyone!!

Great selection and great customer service. Spoke with the owner Dave Jordan in PA, he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We ended up going to the location in Clarksburg and worked with Chuck. He was great as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We tried going to other places in the area and were treated unprofessionally. Thank you for putting the customer first!

I called Jordan Auto parts on April 23 2021 and ordered a rim. I was told it was be in Shinnston in a few days. I called a week later to find out they had not removed it yet to ship. I contacted them today May 3 2021 to ask if they shipped it yet. I was told no they had not. I requested my money back. The gentleman was really nice and apologized. I would not suggest purchasing anything from this business.

This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced with an auto part store! Not only was he quick with finding what I needed he seemed to genuinely care about my situation. He was informative and got my part sent to the Clarksburg location from the PA location. I highly recommend them if your looking for a car part!!

After being quoted a price of $30 plus tax for a part and paying that amount to have it shipped to the Clarksburg store they then decided that wasn't enough and that it was going to $50 we agreed and my dad had them charge his card when I went to pick up the part they claim it was not paid in full and wanted an additional $21 I will never be using this parts place again I will be using Pick up city from now on even though it's a further drive. If it was 1 time I'd say it was just a mistake but we have had this happen on 4 different occasions in the last year.

The two in Clarksburg are very nice. They do not over promise and under deliver. They are upfront and I feel honest. They have always been helpful and really good at calling me back quickly.

Pais for parts I needed, was told they would pull and have ready in a few days ..almost a month later still no parts. Now gotta drive an hour to get a refund.

Jordans at Gore is fine and Chuck is awesome people but the main office needs some work done at the counter.i was told my part would be pulled the next day and 3 days later i had to drive an hour to go pick it up and its was supposed to be delivered to Gore.as far as prices most are fair some are high.everyone is friendly but the process is a little slow for some parts.

Terrible Slum of a salvage yard!! Take it from me & save yourself a wasted trip & headache! Was told a set of seats for my SUV were in "perfect shape" and they would be ready by 2o'clock the next day. I drive an hour & show up at 3, they weren't ready they finally showed up at 4:30 With a pair of seats that I wouldn't even dare set on much less put in my daily driver! Covered in stains & mold! Smelled like cat piss! And then on top of that they made me Pre-pay to get them pulled & ready I had to argue & make 3 calls to get a refund!

Called for a motor & transfer case at 9am, they said "Got em both out and ready to go" so after I drove for 3 hours to get there, the guy at the counter was nice and said it'd be a little while, 2.5 hours later they still couldn't find the motor that they supposedly had.

Ordered a part from Bridgeport store. after paying for spindle, Jordan's resold it to another, now waiting for refund. Never contact again .

Ordered and paid in full a transmission for my vehicle on4-12-2017 was told it would be delivered BY 4-17-2017. Called today 4-19-2017 to ask why it wasnt delivered yet....was told the transmission HASN'T even been pulled yet. That it could take another week because they was short staffed. Will never order again from them.

Ordered parts. Parts did come in, one was defective. Told them before I even left the yard. I was told to just keep it and they would get me another and would call once it came in. That was about 3 weeks ago (today is 4-12-17) and still no call.

Called and lady quoted me a price of $25.00s went to get it and it was $48.00 s. He took some of it down but when you call and get a price even if there wrong it should sell for that price.

Don't waste your time going to this one in Clarksburg the guy is too lazy to do anyting just go on and to dilliner they have pretty much everything never disappointed at dilliner
