Very very poor Customer service.... came in at 1:45pm for my 2 o'clock appointment... it is now 4pm and still waiting.... 4 new tires installed... I called before coming... they said they have the tires... then they didn't have the tires... so I have to wait while they drive else where to pick up tires... no apologizing no nothing... just stating they're getting your tires. Can't do anything else till tires get here.... no update no nothing just setting in the dark... its now 4 pm and still waiting... and to top it off... still paid full price and labor.... no manager in sight to possibly help the matter be better and feel better... poor poor management... poor poor employees. Poor everything... was a way better place when it was under wholesale tire....

$1500 for new tires paid for road hazard too! Tires not even a month old hit a huge pothole and they charged me $23 to mount and balance a tire covered under road hazard

This past summer my son had a blow out and I called and talked to a guy named Corey and let me tell you he is awesome and great to deal with. We will be going there from now on(as long as Corey is there )

My mom had new tires installed on her car and when she got into it after the tire installation, her light colored driver's seat and door panel were covered in grease. The deal on the tires was acceptable

I ve been here twice for maintenance/repairs and was impressed both times. Cory and his team are very helpful and kind. For as busy as they were, I didn t even have to wait my full quoted time. They seem honest and give you options. Highly recommend!

I recently visited the Clarksburg location. Previously I had new struts put on my vehicle, the other garage I went to didn't put things back correctly & they lost a couple of important things. My wiper arms were scratching my windshield & the ARM broke & went flying. Unknown to me the other garage didn't do a correct job! After trying to fix the problem, my windshield cracked. It was a nightmare! I gave up & called Corey at In & Out Tire. They had it fixed in half hour & noticed two important things missing. Highly recommend them!! From now on, won't ask or call anyone else! Live & learn, don't cut corners. And just because you know someone that works at a garage, doesn't mean they know what they are doing & the other place would not admit they really messed up!Thank you guys at IN & OUT TIRE!

Had tires put on my car by in and out tire in Clarksburg WV and after they were installed my car had a horrible vibration. Took it back they tried balancing the new tires and it still vibrated. Called and they said it must be my rotors. Explained to them it vibrates when we are not using the breaks. So we took it to a dealer and they confirmed it was a bent tire rim. It did not vibrate before the tires were installed. Contacted in and out tire yet again and they said we must have hit a pothole. From our home to their garage is 2 streets down to their garage. Have now read other complaints about this happening there. I should have done my research! We spent $948.24 on the tires and it cost us another $1000.00 for the damaged rim so those tires ended up costing us over $2000.00!!!

Visited the Clarksburg location for tire purchase and installation. Was taken care of promptly and prices are reasonable . Salesperson Rick Cain is very personable and helpful. 5 star rating!

They are VERY expensive! The employees are kind though. My car was fixed, and I have had no other problems with it yet. I bought 4 new tires and had them mounted and balanced, and had 2 sway bar linkages replaced. It cost me almost $800. I only gave 3 stars because I told them I wanted my 2 back tires back because they still had good tread and would have made excellent spares. I was late for work when I picked my car up, and forgot to grab my 2 back tires. I called them the next day they were open and explained what happened. The guy I talked to told me he had them still and put them to the side for me. When I went the next day to get them, they already gave them to someone else! I told them we TOLD them we wanted our 2 back tires and they supposedly put them aside when I called. All they had was 1 of my front tires that they tried to tell me was a back tire, when I knew better because it had NO tread on it like the back ones did. They did NOT give me MY 2 GOOD TREAD tires back. I will be going back in a day or two to see if they have found 2 good tread tires in my size. IF they replace my 2 tires they pretty much stole, then I will change my star rating to 5. But until I get the 2 tires they owe me, I do not consider them 5 stars. When they give back my property, if they do, then I could say they are amazing...but you cant be amazing when you give stuff away that is NOT yours to give.

I almost always come here for my car issues. They've always been so nice to me. Larry is a great guy with a good attitude,smiles,and just overall good customer service. They're fairly quick for how busy they usually are,and the prices aren't bad either. They're a good group of workers there and I appreciate everything they've done for me to fix my car when needed. Also,I've always gotten my tires from here and have never had a problem.

I called this business on a whim.. they got me in immediately. I got four brand new tires, and I was literally in and out. They were calling for some snow that day and I left super excited and confident driving my vehicle.. highly recommended and will be using them again.

I wish I could leave a negative Never have I experienced such horrible service. This place put parts on backwards. The dealers mechanics took photos and proved that they put them on backwards! Considering they did this, they have damage things on the vehicle! Now it will cost WAY more money! What kind of mechanic puts parts on backwards? Literally backwards!

Tech scratched my wheel during routine tire change and they are denying it .. the lobby is also dirty and disgusting like wild animals have been living there .. Will be filing BBB complaint. STAY AWAY!

Had bad experience tires still bounce after balance left center caps loose and told me the bolts were missing. But put them back on anyway and lost one on the way home took their mechanic word over mine said there was nothing they could do about it but tighten them up and never told me about the missing bolts never offered to put bolts in appointment was at 1:00 got there at 12:30 and left about 3:00 why did it take two hours to balance four tires and rotate them will not be a return customer

Compassion and integrity are things that are so lacking in 2021. But I want to tell you that Ron the regional Manager and Larry the store manager at the Clarksburg location are full of both of these qualities. I was having issues with another location and Ron stepped in and stepped up. He made sure I was taken care of with a huge smile and ACTION. LARRY is wonderful and so welcoming. My car is like new because Glenn the best mechanic in the world fixed my baby. I was so discouraged when I came in the store. I left in tears HAPPY tears because they were the best people in the world. The whole staff was wonderful but the three I named were exceptional. Ty from the bottom of my heart. My car is safe for me and my child I couldn t ask for more.

My first visit a couple years ago i asked them to patch a flat. I told the mechanic I did not have much to spend that day. He personally showed me both rears had threads showing and explained why a patch was not an option.It wasn't an up-sale attempt. He sent me on my way with a matching used set for free. I probably got 7 or 8k out of those.I haven't taken my vehicle anywhere else since. From tires to inspections to a new catalytic converter, always great work for a very reasonable price.

Great guys here, I called literally 13 places one day that I really needed to get an inspection done and they were the ONLY shop who was courteous and had good customer service. I've had an alignment done here now and no complaints, nice clean waiting room and fairly quick service.

Great place to get tires and inspections done. Larry is the man. Have been there 2 years in a row. GF been going there for years. Now I'm a loyal customer. I was tired, pun intended, of the fast food tire shops that don't care about customer service or when or how they get you car done. I felt like I was treated special. Like I knew these guys personally. Goes a long way when your older and can litterly spend your money anywhere. My $ will be going here for tire needs!

Had a flat near their store. Limped to the store using a can of goop. (GM apparently thinks that cars don't need a spares.) In & Out Tire fixed the flat and got me back on the road in under an hour. Wonderful service.
