I went to the HARRY GREEN Nissan Service To get 4 tires and oil change I was met by DARRELL with a big smile then met PHILLIP BOTH WERE VERY NICE POLITE and EFFICIENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM AND HARRY GREENS CHEVROLET AND NISSAN

Made an appointment to have the brakes changed on my Rogue that was purchased at this dealership. I was given a 10 o clock appointment and dropped my vehicle off. Three and a half hour later I went to check on the progress and noticed the car was still in the staging area. I spoke with the associate and said to just cancel my appointment and I would take my car somewhere else. She said they could get it in and was told it should take around an hour, over three hours later my car was finally ready. Six and half hour for a brake job is totally ridiculous. I could understand if I didn t have an appointment, but what is the use of setting appointments if you are not using them. This is the worst service I have had and will not use this dealership for any following maintenance or vehicle purchase and would not recommend it to anyone.Service: Auto brake repair

I had a code from AutoZone on why my engine light was on. I spoke with Cheri Stinespring. I live an hour away and was hoping to only make one trip. I knew they would want to run their own test, but told her the code and asked if they could make sure the sensor was in stock. She called back, explained they had ordered the sensor, and then called when it came in. It was the same code and the repair was completed in one trip. Great communication! Slow on customer service no respect towards customers. Most of all sales people where vaping in front of customers.
