It was good and staff are very helpful and friendly. Service was performed in a timely manner and was good. Only thing I did not like was pointing out issues on my car that were clearly not there. Mentioning I needed new control arms when I had just had that redone last year. That did not feel good to be roped into that. Overall really good just didn't like to get charged $120 for diagnostic fee.

My experience was great. Cheryl was my salesperson and she is very knowledgeable about everything. I have bought many vehicles from her and always recommend her to my friends. Everyone there is so personable and treat you like family. I also know Denzel and he s very knowledgeable also. It s always a great experience going there.

Denzil Carpenter from Harry Green once again came through for me with my recent purchase of a 2024 Frontier Crew Cab Long Bed. This is the second Frontier and third Nissan I've bought from him and he made the process of acquiring the specific vehicle optioned the way I wanted pretty easy. He is a true professional in his field and along with the team at Harry Green Nissan, offered me a very fair trade-in and good incentives and financing options. They are also a pretty low-pressure sales environment which I appreciate. I will definitely be contacting Denzil in a few years when the time comes to replace our family vehicle.

I had the best experience purchasing my Pathfinder. From start to finish I felt like I was being well taken care of. Everyone at the dealership really worked well together to make the buying purchase go smooth and quickly. I have never been in and out of a dealership so fast. They even gave me a thorough walk through of the vehicle s features and helped setup my Nissan app! I ve never been happier. Thank you so much Lee, Rob and Denzil!!!!!!!!

The women who worked in the service department were extremely nice, and they explained what was done to my vehicle, and if there are any further problems not to hesitate to contact them. They were very professional. Cheryl was very nice and contacted me to make sure I didn t have any further questions on the work that was done on my vehicle.

Ross and his team were so amazing! we totaled a vehicle and in a time when we were very overwhelmed they helped up find a vehicle that was the right fit for our family and in our price range. they were super patient and acted in a genuine caring manner.

Phillips customer service and amazing personality literally makes me want to lease a nissan for the rest of my life. I m a very anxious person and car stuff always makes me nervous for some reason but because i know Phillip is there i never put stuff off because of that anymore. I love him and I hope he is valued by the company the way he should be. Thanks Phillip!!! :)

Sales team was extremely nice. They gave us a great price on trade as well as the rest of the deal. They thoroughly went over the changes between my 2019 Rogue and the 2023 Rogue I was purchasing. She took her time to ensure we didn't have any questions and really made us feel part of the family. Service was great, the staff in the service area was pleasant and congratulated us on our purchase. Overall it was an exceptional experience. We will purchase from them again!!

I previously bought a Nissan from here and was just looking around and the salesman came out and gave us very detailed information about the Rogue and let us test drive it. So the next day I came in and purchased it! They made the whole experience so easy and made everything exactly the way I wanted! Would recommended them to everyone! They are the best!

Rob Insani and Denzil Carpenter provided the ultimate car-buying experience. They talked to us about what we were looking for, and suggested different model options, as well as different payments options, as a result. They were helpful in explaining everything to us. They were patient with us, as we contacted my husband on the phone, and they explained everything to him. They readily answered all of the questions that we had, while my daughter decided to sleep on it . While we were nervous about leasing, because of their help, we decided that was the very best option for my daughter right now. Not only did they spend a few days helping us with our questions, but they went above and beyond to make my daughter s first car-buying experience EXCEPTIONAL. They walked us through and showed us each department and explained the processes for each one. I have never felt so at ease at any dealership with a salesman. They were extremely helpful and I could tell they cared about our experience and making sure the car and the deal was the perfect fit! They truly went above and beyond. They made sure she was all setup and knew the car features. They have both checked in to make sure all is well. It doesn t possibly get any better than this. These guys are top notch!! This is our second purchase, and I look forward to many more!

They took me right in. They were taking care of a recall and also changing the oil and rotating tires. They were done in an hour or less. Cheri even washed my car before I left! I was very pleased with the service.

Daniel had me confused with another customer with several car issues. I came in with a simple oil change and he told me to fix my car it was over 3000.00. Didn't go over any point inspection such as my tires or brakes.

Last Thursday, I stopped in around 5 in the evening, and the sales associate didn't acknowledge us until someone at the front desk said her name. She answered personal calls while we were trying to figure out the best deal. The IPad was down, and she said she would contact me when it was back up. Tomorrow makes a week and not a word, just an email asking if I could give her a good rating. I stopped in today to see about the IPad and customers who came in after us took priority. So I still don't know everything my car does. I love my Nissan Rouge. It's the salesperson that left a bad taste. It feels like you got my money and then shoved me out the door. I will always recommend Nissan vehicles. I just wouldn't recommend Cheryl.

Brought my car in that was recently purchased to have a spare key fob programmed. The staff (Jessica) was very friendly and helpful. They got the job done in the time expected and even washed my car! That was a nice surprise! Thank you so much!

Check engine light is on. Car is not running correctly. They offered to replace spark plugs for $167. It MIGHT fix it it or NOT. The coil is most likely the issue and covered under warranty. I refused to spend that excessive amount not knowing if it will fix the problem. I was charged $85 for a diagnostic fee bc of course the diagnostic is inconclusive and since the service dept does not know what the problem is, then it's not under warranty. I was also told to spend $55 on a cabin air filter which has absolutely nothing to do with the current issue. I paid thousands of dollars for a warranty that Harry Green is avoiding. Battery connection on the positive terminal needs replaced is at least covered. I was told to clean it again. The probable coil is also covered. So I'm going to pay someone else to figure it out. Next summer when I planned to trade it back to Harry Green as my warranties run out, I'll be going elsewhere. I talked my son into purchasing a Nissan from Tori two years ago. I'll never refer another person.

I was told my car needed to have the engine serviced and an oil change. I was told they did that and the problem became worse. I spoke to the mechanic and was told that he did neither the engine service or oil change. He said the car was started and the noise became worse on its own. I was then told I needed a new engine and those weren t even the codes that had presented when tested. We went from an oil change/engine service to replacing the engine within a few hours. He said he thought the warranty would cover it so he just said it needed a new engine. After three days of waiting with no vehicle and no answers, I called my warranty company myself and got more answers in 10 minutes than I received in 3 days from the dealership. I decided to get my car and take it somewhere else. When I went to pick up my car, they tried to charge me for the engine service and oil change even after the mechanic said he didn t do either. They did take that off of my bill but I wouldn t have known that unless I had personally talked to the mechanic. However, when taken to another garage, they said the car did have the engine cleaner in it, which they stated they didn t do. On day one of dropping my vehicle off, the office was chaotic to say the least. Being busy is understandable and that would ve been acceptable. However, a very personal conversation about videos on a man s phone that took over 30 minutes outside of the office and was clearly overheard while you have people waiting to pick up their kids and get home from work, again, unacceptable. When I did pick my vehicle up, both people involved were present but avoided me like the plague, even after I asked to see them. I saw both of them walk out of the back of the garage when they saw me walk in. The whole experience was extremely shady and I lost all trust in this dealership and will never return.I ve had great service in previous years from this dealership but that was with different employees. I realize that expensive repairs and the problems a vehicle may have is no fault of the employees. However, I do expect to not be lied to and to have focus on honest customer service instead of socializing when the customer is present. I would not recommend this place to anyone at this time with the current employees.

My husband and I bought a Nissan Titan Pro4X on December 31, 2022 and loved it. We were in a horrible accident on February 11, 2023. Someone decided to T-Bone us doing 60 mph and totaled our truck after just making the first payment. By the blessing of God both of us were able to be pulled out of the truck through the sunroof and walk away with bruises, bumps and scraps. Two days later we were at Harry Green Nissan asking what we need to do to get into another truck. With the help from Rob Insani, Cheryl Friend and Stanton Wright we got into our new Nissan Titan XD today March 6, 2023. Thanks to everyone at Harry Green Nissan, you all have been helpful, friendly and a blessing to deal with. I would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a new vehicle. We want to give a shout out to Ryan Johnson for always being helpful too over several years dealing with Harry Green. God bless each and everyone of you-you all are amazing.If anyone has any questions about the safety features of Nissan vehicles they are second to none. The side air bags kept us from being hurt more serious than what we were. We would highly recommend Nissan vehicles for their safety features.

We to HGC Inc. with the intention to buy a Frontier pick-up. We saw the one we liked and were approached by Jeff McClain. He showed me the vehicle and told me of the options and set up a test drive. After the drive we noticed a Pathfinder Rock Creek that we liked, Jeff allowed us to look at and test drive. After that, he explained the differences in price and also shared personal experience with the Frontier and fellow employee experiences with the Pathfinder. At no time was there any pressure. Once we made our decision, Jeff and his team took us through the process, got us the best deal and made sure that before we left, we understood all the key functions and options for our new vehicle. He also made sure that we could contact him at any time with any questions. Jeff McClain is a top notch sales representative, as a veteran of the Armed Forces and having purchased many cars across this country, Jeff was the most thorough and respectful, honest sales representative that I have ever ver come across. We drove down from PA to purchase a new Nissan Altima 2.5 platinum. From the initial phone call to our visit to the dealership we had a 100% great experience! Very polite professional staff and finance person! We got the exact amount promised for our trade and we got an excellent price for the vehicle we purchased at the promised % rate! I would definitely make the trip again when I am searching for my next vehicle!
