Finding a good dealership is important, and finding a good service department is important. Finding a good dealership is important, and finding a good service department is important. We can now add good body shop to the list of things that Harry Green has.What started as a rather unkind parking lot incident, where someone decided to crush in my bumper and not leave a note, ended with a really well done rear quarter panel and bumper replacement. They also had to replace the wheel side and the truck bedside. It was an elegant and complicated matter and it did take a bit of time and a bit of my project management skills to get it all organized because I had to coordinate between my insurer and the rental company.Shawn and Tracy performed admirably and went the extra mile for me. I cannot think them enough.I am providing three of the after photos to show the type of workmanship.

My car was brought in for damage done by a deer. Its a 2020 equinox. I picked my car up on May 29th and it still had damage. The hood was crooked and the paint had runs in it and dirt under the new paint. I took the car back after filing a complaint. I went on july 16th to pick the car up again and still had to refuse to take my car home because the bumper still hadn't been painted even though the mechanic said it was painted. The bumper still had dirt under the new paint and still had bugs stuck to it, so clearly not painted and repaired. I am beyond unsatisfied with this body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This has got to be the worst experience I ve ever had at a body shop avoid taking your vehicle here if at all possible. If they ever tell you it ll be 5 to 10 days ignore that and multiply it by 10Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim
