I found a vehicle I wanted online and reserved it over the phone. A few days later it came in, and we drove 3hrs. to get it. The sales staff there were fantastic! They were very busy, as it was on a Saturday, but we were still in and out in minimal time. Our salesman, Michael, was great and so personable! The finance guy was amazing. They made everything clear and we were not pressured in any way. I can't say enough good things about Harry Green Chevrolet! I wouldn't hesitate to send my family and friends there and would definitely shop for a car with them again in the future. Very streamlined process.

I just wanted to recognize Lee for assisting us with our recent 2021 Expedition Max purchase. Lee facilitated by far the best auto purchasing experience I have had. His low pressure and assistive approach made me comfortable while making the decision on our recent purchase. I felt that we received a fair deal and that he was transparent throughout the process. He was also great with our kids and entertained them while we finalized paperwork. I will recommend him to future friends and family, and I hope that he is recognized by management for his contributions to the sales team! Please pass it along that we are grateful for his assistance and extend our sincerest thanks!

Called today to schedule a service call for my 2007 Sileravdo 2500HD with an LBZ duramax and they told me it was too old too service! only 94k miles, just bought it from a dealer in NJ, and just needed one new glow plug. Photo attached. So I called Mid-State Chevy in Flatwoods and they laughed when I told them what their fellow Chevy dealer had just told me and then promptly booked me an appt without hesitation. So take what you want from the story. Needless to say I was disappointed with harry green.

Recently took our 2018 Silverado with 101k miles that we've owned for 3 months in for transmission issues. (We bought the truck at a different dealership) ...The torque converter was disassembling itself and spitting it's metal shavings into the trans, cause that's what gm considers great build quality these days. To GM's credit, fortunately the extended warranty covered it. The techs were able to get it done quickly and the whole process from diagnostic to ready to pick up was about a week for a new transmission and torque converter. And that's where the 2 stars are coming from. It was GM who decided to replace the trans. And I actually had to go up to the dealership and drive it for the tech because he couldn't initially feel what I was feeling when I drove it. And had to agree to pay for a diagnostic fee if they didn't find anything. It shouldn't be my responsibility to diagnose what is a common and well documented issue with this year of Silverado. They should have seen it often enough to know what to look for. But for working quickly and getting our truck back to us, I'll offer up 2 stars. As far as the 3 missing stars, I also asked them to replace 1 tail light bulb. They charged me $18.66 for the bulb, and $43.95 for the labor. Considering changing a tail light bulb in a Silverado takes approximately 43 seconds, that must mean their service techs bill at a rate of $1/second. $62.61 to change a tail light bulb. Not to mention an extra $6 to pay by debit card. Last time I bring my truck here. I'm literally in shock at the audacity. Don't think for a second I'm going to give the dealership credit for replacing the trans when I had to drive it for them just to convince them there was an issue, and agree to pay for the diag if I was wrong, and it was GM who said that'd replace it. Time to find another dealership for service. Which sucks because Harry Green was conveniently located to us.

I got my dream truck through these guys, I mentioned to one of the salesmen named Lee Vincent over a year ago that I was looking for an affordable but good condition 4runner, but couldn't pay an arm and a leg. He waited until the perfect deal for me came up and reached out. He did not waste my time at all, and didnt pester me trying to get me to buy other vehicles. Dude was straight forward and didnt charge a bunch of BS on top. Only dealership ive seen in 6 years of looking that didnt up charge me, lie about what id pay, and worked with my low credit. I ended up getting a gorgeous 2012 4runner w/ 88k miles, with very little rust on the frame for just over $20k. If you're gonna go through these dudes, ask for Lee Vincent, he wont disappoint!

Today is an update for me for rating the business. It's August 6th, 2021. I'm simply getting my annual vehicle inspection that is required in West Virginia. Brandon, my service manager, was kind enough to provide some Intel on how the whole inspection procedure works, explaining for the first time precisely what has to be done to inspect the vehicle. There are literally 13 steps, and he printed it from the West Virginia manual. Now I understand why they have to peel the old sticker off immediately. That happens to be step three. The state requires it, it's a statute, it means that the mechanic and the shop shall do this. Good to know!So I'm giving Brandon a virtual pad on the back and thanking him in everyone's sight for his time in explaining this to me. It was a rather sensitive subject two years ago when the first came up, and the shop that I went to did not explain anything. With communication, we get understanding. And with understanding, we develop a good customer relationship. Kudos!.....I offer very high marks to Joseph Grilli and Stanton Wright and all who participated in helping us obtain a good vehicle for my wife. She's a disabled veteran and she needs something reliable. Harry Green had exactly what we were looking for!it's also essential to have somebody who is reliable in repairs, and it looks like this is the place!

Please be careful with this place. Took my car in for an oil change and windshield wipers. the drivers' wiper fell off on the way home.Went in again for an oil change a few months later, they did not refill the oil. Drove 90 miles. Glad the engine did not lock up.

Waited till the end tell us they have a kids room for your kid, also pretty friendly but type friendly like a fake smile. Wanted to do buisness with these folks but could not get me approved on a truck i ended up going to ford dealership looking very similar truck for more money and was approved nots sure whats going on here but they dropped the ball. I had towed my truck there to trade it in and had downpayment for truck i wanted they gave me 1000$ credit for my pickup kindalow ford dealership gave me 4200$ credit for my truck, I hate making these types post but just want people to be aware as this is what i went through bunch loops to get there. I ended up wasting a lot my time will be a lesson get pre approved before wasting time at dealership

Wonderful experience over the years with the sales team, Ross Frame is a pleasure! Horrible experiences with the service department! Anytime you need something you might as-well cancel your entire day because nothing is fast, I have been yelled at and hung up on several times and pray that you never need a rental (which you pay for with your customer service packages) because they don t have them. I was forced to drive my vehicle for 4 months in unsafe conditions because the part (shifter) had to fully break, half way broke didn t matter. I really hope the company gets the issues worked out because if not my husband and I will not return for our next purchases. For the woman that thought it was funny to repeatedly treat me like I was trash while I was stranded with my kids . Part of customer service is handling customers at some of their most stressful times, you could have helped by pretending to care not acting as though you are better than me. Customers like myself pay your wages and a little kindness goes a long way. I hope the company begins by giving you some on the job training.

We were able to purchase a vehicle from Harry Green after a long day of dealing with "other" dealership "salesman". Denzil was a breath of fresh air. We are immensely thankful that Denzil was able to encourage and listen to what we needed (and wanted). Found a car at Harry Green Chevrolet and made purchase the same day.

Brian Lamp was wonderful! Friendly, courteous and a joy to deal with. We set up an appointment for me to test drive the Explorer and he was ready for me when I came in. Best experience I've ever had at a car lot.

After several calls within a few hours and working with their finance person on finalizing the transaction, who just spoke with sale person, I was told the car sold. They lead down a road of disception and miscommunication clearly on their side as I was told they were holding the car for me.

My buddy Jerry Krieg came from Cape May New Jersey to put electric in my pole building. Coming up my hill his High country Chevrolet started missing and losing power.. I had him call the dealer Harry Green whom I purchased my pick up from. I believe the young lady was Andria he spoke with. She told him to bring the truck in as soon he could get it there. We pulled it in the garage and they immediately did a test on it and took it back to the mechanic to do a diagnostic test on it. They determined the motor was internal that he was going to need a rental.. Getting that taken care of we finished the wiring and Jerry went back to Cape May on Sunday thinking it would be probably weeks before his truck would be repaired.. This all occurred on Friday so when he received a call on Tuesday saying his truck was ready that they had replaced a lifter on one of the cylinders. Thatbe is the way a dealer gets return business. When I am in the market for a new vehicle I will go to Andria and get my advice from her. Great Job Harry Green on your service department.

Took my truck in to have transmission cooler line repaired because there was a recall, we went over things done in the past at dealership and we talked about how I declined to have a coolant reservoir replaced back in January. It was only the sensor that was bad. I got a call the next day telling me my coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking. We went over the known issue with the sensor being bad. They told me it was cracked and leaking and needed replaced, I told them if it is infact cracked and leaking replace it! Went to pick truck up next day and I asked to see alleged leaking reservoir they brought it to me and said it was a mis communication and it was not cracked at all. After I already paid $389 for the part. I did get refunded the money I feel they tried to scam me for. I feel bad for other people they may try and take advantage of just so they can get their commission. I ve always heard tails of how dealerships are crooks now I ve seen it first hand how they do people

Check engine light and engine reduction power warning came on in my equinox yesterday. I called HG, didn t buy the vehicle there, and they got me in this morning. Found the problem quickly, dipstick was left out when another dealership had changed the oil. Oil was all over engine. They changed the oil, filter and evenness pressure washed the engine. Did a diagnostic, all good, and sent me on my way. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you

Going on the second week of my cargo van sitting in the service department waiting to be looked at. Every time I call nobody knows nothing about the vehicle. Wishing Patrick the service manager would give me a call.. Never returned my call. Questioning if I should come pickup my car and take it elsewhere.
