I appreciate the hard work and dedication of Phil Monell. I needed some emergency parts for one of my customers and Phil did not stop working until I received the parts. He kept me updated on the situation throughout the day. He even came in on the weekend to make sure I was taken care of. Phil goes above and beyond for his customers everyday. Thank you sir!!!!

Was sent here as a recommendation. Small shop, very busy but people still were nice. Didn't see much of what they had since I was searching for something specific but good to know there's another place with options just not what I was looking for.

Absolutely terrible experience with the service department.The truck was left on Thursday for front springs and bushings.Parts were ordered on Thursday, and I was advised they'll show up on Friday and work would be completed Monday morning.I called on Friday at 1pm and confirmed that parts arrived, and it was still on schedule to be completed Monday morning. I was told parts are there, and yes, it would be done.I called Monday mid-morning and was told that one employee called off on Friday AND Monday, so it was not completed, but it would be done on Tuesday.I called mid-morning on Tuesday and was told it wasn't done yet, but they would call after lunch and give me an ETA. I waited until 2:30 but no one called. I called again and was promised, "It will be done before we leave today." By 4:30, no one called, so I had to call again(they leave at 5). I was told that they don't have the right part and "I had it air-mailed and it will be here first thing in the morning."Well, it's Wednesday at 9:30am and I'm at the shop and there's no part. Now, "it'll be done this afternoon."It's been non-stop lies and excuses. I've lost several thousand dollars waiting on this shop for 4 days to complete a 5 hour job that they said would be done 3 days ago.Finally done at 5:30pm on Wednesday.The estimate given BEFORE I agreed to the work was $2200 for "front springs, bushings and hangers." When he gave me the invoice it was $4400!!! THEY DOUBLED THE ESTIMATE AND NEVER EVEN CALLED TO TELL ME OR ASK FOR THE OK TO DO THE WORK AT THAT COST!!! I'm calling the Attorney General because that's very much illegal in WV.And to top it all off, the repairs they did DID NOT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM IT WAS BROUGHT IN FOR!!I would recommend that you don't trust your livelihood to this shop.

As usual, great service just oil field pricing. Lol.They usually have what we need.Friendly fast service!They will assist the ladies with loading even when they don't need it or ask for it!Great group of gentlemen there.Phil and Anthony are the best!!

Over charged on hours and bad labor. Went in for rear main seal leak came back out with rear main seal leak. Took to another shop for diagnosis. Apparently rear main seal was leaking. fleetpride did not replace rear main they said it was not leaking. I posted pictures of receipt. Just look at the hours on starter and oil pan they charged and you make the decision. Horribly experience.

We love Fleetpride for our Trucking needs! Anthony and Phil are great! As well as Gail, a true parts man, can tell you,your part number most times without even looking it up! You don't find those kinda guys in today's age! Those three make this store what it is!!!

Prices are reasonable, ask for Mike, he works the parts counter. Easy to get along with, he treats everyone with respect and has a great attitude. My first stop for parts.

Very lousy service. Incompetent mechanics. Charges you hours of labor without permission to give you a diagnosis 3 days later. I would not recommend these people at all.

Had an alternator go out on me they were able to pull me right on In and get me back on the road in no time good group of guy and good service
