The front staff and technicians know their stuff here. If you have a question about something on your vehicle, they can either answer it, or they will find the answer for you. Service is fast, but not rushed, and always done the right way. One of the only shops around that won't try to "upsell" what someone actually needs, and will do their best to save you money.

Drop off my car for new brakes and they didn't fasten the calipers. Bring it back and my turbo breaks 5 minutes after picking it up. They offered to refund the break job but insist the turbo is a complete coincidence despite the already stunning display of incompetence on the break job. Took it elsewhere to get repaired and they say that I didn't need my breaks replaced (according to their records) and that the damaged turbo is suspicious. Fortunately, it was under warranty so i didn't have to push it further.

Had a damaged tire from a pothole and had to drive to Pittsburg the next day. We showed up to the shop about an hour before closing time on a friday. They got our car in quickly and repaired the tire. Really appreciated the great service.

Be cautious. They seem to want to take advantage. Has flat out lied to my face saying my brake line was collapsed, wanting charge an obscene amount to fix more on my car than even needed. I took it somewhere else. They also once broke my door handle off, leaving sharp plastic behind for days while a new one was ordered, leading me to inevitably cut my hand. They have always been nothing but a headache. Never again.

Extremely honest people!I had an awesome experience at this particular shop. Very prompt, Professional, efficient, timely. Diagnosed and repaired! I highly recommend these gentleman and their craft

Service was great. Prices fair market. They had it fixed and back to me within 24 hours, on a holiday weekend at that. The service manager, RJ, took great care to handle some unforeseen issues that arose without blinking an eye. I'll be back with all of our vehicles.

We were in Morgantown for the weekend & my mom s tire was losing air so we went to this Firestone & they immediately found a nail in the tire & patched it up. The whole thing only took 30 minutes! Great job!

Never again will i go here. I called to make an appointment for two new tires- I gave them all my vehicles information and they booked me for an appointment. I show up 15 minutes before my appt. on the scheduled day and the guy at the counter tells me I can t just buy two tires I have to buy all four. Had they told me that on the phone i would not have made an appointment and taken the day off work. I asked if they could just balance my one tire and they said that was fine. My car didn t get pulled into the garage until 54 minutes after my scheduled time. I took the day off work and waited around for almost two hours for one tire balance.

Worked with Andrew as I needed to get an inspection sticker. Due to issues there were none available. However, once they were available Andrew reached out to me and assisted me in scheduling an appointment. Amazing customer service!!

I would recommend this location. Staff is great and easy to work with. They made sure to let me know they couldn t take my appointment request I made online and offered to schedule me the very next day. Both days was a 2 hour wait but that is very typical for an auto shop. I ve experienced long waits every place I ve been so I m not upset about the long wait at all. It is expected. I did make an appointment, and despite that expect to wait 2-3 hours minimum. I think most people expect things to be instant now a days but please be patient with these folks. I know they are working hard and one of the days only had one tech so I understand the struggle. They were very busy which speaks to their customer base; they are popular and for good reason. They did a great job and keep you informed and are transparent about the whole process. I really like that Firestone sends you an email with your service order so you can see the cost upfront and also the recommendations on services from the manufacturer. I ve never had a company do that before. This was my first time visiting a Firestone and I will be back. Many thanks to the team!Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Probably one of my worst experiences getting car maintenance. I went to only get my tires changed and had scheduled my appointment. I was very happy to get an appointment on the same day I called. However, they scheduled too many people in the same hour so it was almost 2 hours before they got to my car. They also took me to the wrong car to ask for a hubcap key which my car didn't have and I told them that. My hood was also left open. The price was great on tires but not worth the horrible service. Will definitely go elsewhere.

This shop uses coercive and intimidation tactics to attempt to force people into purchases that can be had at nearly half the cost elsewhere. Absolutely will never patron this shop again.

I don't usually write negative reviews but this is warranted. We had an emergency, drove 29 miles on a donut to this location because they were the closest and open later on a Saturday. When we arrive at 4pm (they are open till 6), we were informed that their mechanics leave at 4 and only "office workers" remain so they couldn't help us. Just wondering why they bother to stay open later if they cannot do any service. And the guy was like you will have a hard time finding someone to help tonite. So we drove to Monro and they fixed it as soon as we got there. They were only open till 5 btw. Disappointed but lesson learned.

Update: had to remove the 4 stars since almost everything they did turned out wasn t done correctly and had to be Re-done would not recommend!old review: I think it just depends on who you get as almost any place that you go and the one gentleman was very nice and helpful however the other one is a little quiet and not so polite they are fairly reasonably priced and got the job done pretty quickly so I would say that I would recommend for small things that needed to be done but just beware of your budget

I am from Northeast Ohio and I have had nothing but issues from other local businesses. Firestone was very informative, respectful, professional and most important efficient. They re first priority to make sure your car is safe, and legal for the road! Very reasonable price! Great management here! Will be stopping by for most of my vehicle work.. Check this place out, you will not leave disappointed or broke!

We recently needed tires on our vehicles so we called Firestone to get it done. Their sales manager was extremely polite and helped me get the appointments I needed. Please keep in mind they were extremely busy but they still worked with us to get our cars done when we needed it so if you're in a time crunch make sure you free up a day. This was no issue to us as it was conveyed up front and I was offered an appointment on a different day if the wait for that day was unacceptable. I cannot tell you how many times I have had an appointment and ended up waiting 4-6 hours on my vehicle. The price I was quoted for the services I requested was exactly what we paid! No hidden costs that were tacked on later! The work from their technicians was really good as we have had zero problems with our new tires!

I have been going to Firestone for about 4 years now & I have always received the kindest, most understanding staff. They are straightforward & honest. Unlike a lot of other places, they don't take advantage of female customers. I don't get overcharged for service & they work with my busy & hectic schedule. They're great!

Very polite, decent rates, I've had to bring my vehicle back to them on two separate occasions after getting tires mounted because the balance wasn't right but they fixed it on the second try both times.

Great service and reasonable prices for basic mechanical fixes. Call ahead for pricing and availability. They do offer lifetime alignment for 2x basic alignment charge. If you're keeping your vehicle for more than 2 years it is totally worth it. Lifetime tire rotation with purchase of tires. Can offer discounts if you ask.
