Needed emergency tire repair tire couldn't be repaired had a replacement an back on the road under 90. Not bad considering I had no appointment an they got a bunch of people right after I got there

I went to have new tires put on and was told your lug nuts are swollen.We would have to break off several of them and I d have to replace around 20 of them. The socket wouldn t fit. I recently have had all of my tires off to replace brakes and a gas tank issue so I m unsure where the problem lies for them. Very poor service, or lack of.

FirstRate and FAST service! Happy, patient and respectful people there. They took care of my needs, answered my questions; even took action to resolve an issue of my FirestoneCC that had been deactivated 'cause I had'nt used it in over two years. I'll go back there first.

Took my van to these criminals for an oil change and tire rotation, now mind you...my van was in showroom condition before this date. Since that day, I have had nothing but problems With my van. Rear brake line busted and got charged over $800 to run all new lines , they tried to talk me into paying over $700 for a new sway bar because mine was broken . I took it to a different mechanic and he said the sway bar is perfect. Recently I Had problems with my ABS and traction control and got charged over $1000 for new hub assemblies...well...not 2 weeks later, the problem was back and worse than before. I am desperately trying to find an honest mechanic to fix my problem because Firestone (expert tire) are nothing by horrible, lying, money hungry crooks! They will lie to you, say they fixed a problem that didn t exist and then charge astronomical amounts or rig something to go bad at a later date to force you into coming back so they can rip you off more! Avoid this horrid garage like the plague!

After taking my car to be aligned at 3 other places. Experience tire finally got it done correctly. They were honest and entertaining while I waited on my vehicle.

David and his staff are very kind and helpful, they are busy, but they get it right. That speaks highly of them, that's why they are busy. I highly recommend this tire shop/garage.

We took our car in for a wheel balance because our car was shaking above 60 MPH. They said balancing the tires wouldn't fix the problem so they wouldn't do it, and wanted us to pay over $2000 for "repairs" to fix the vibration problem. We went to Wal-Mart, had the tires balanced, and the problem went away. Will never shop at Expert Tire again and recommend no one else does unless you want to get ripped off.
