The overall experience from customer service throughout to the payment. WOW WOW WOW! Talk about a damsel in distress situation, Mike was not only accommodating but he went above and beyond my expectations from the first conversation and throughout the entire process. Being new to the area, I was struggling to find someone that not only took their brand and business seriously with high quality work but they also stood behind their customer experience.Hands down a 5 star review, word of mouth advertiser from my personal experience, and a very loyal customer moving forward!Truly appreciate this company and their employees who not only did a fantastic job but the customer experience was impeccable!A couple of pictures just of the driver passenger door that was crumbling when touched. Mike and the team were great to deal with. Damage from a deer strike was worse than the insurance adjuster had originally estimate, and they fought to get the damage fixed correctly and quickly. I would definitely make them my first call.

Great service and people. When going home from the beach to Pittsburgh I hit a deer in Clarksburg. I Googled and found Chuck's and read all their good reviews. I couldn't agree more. Everything they did was as explained and on schedule. Don't waste your time on mega dealer garages. Mike and his crew are the best. They really care about their customers.Service: Body & Trim

Had my car dropped off for body repair. Expected it to take about a week or so, they called on 4th day and said it was ready! Car looks like new! Definitely easy to work with as well! Would definitely recommend if looking for a good professional place!

We have a Ford F150 that had a deer strike that destroyed the drivers door and fender. Our insurance made arrangements with another shop that took 5 months and could not locate the parts. I called Mike at Chucks Body Shop and he located 4 doors within hours. One was ordered, delivered and work completed in a few quick weeks. The paint match was perfect and body work flawless. The price and professionalism is unmatched. Chucks will be the only body shop that we use from now on.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
