Edit:( I had to call and talk to the general manager, and he was wonderful, helpful, and respectful. He listened to me and within twenty minutes he was able to get me the help and information we were looking for. A loaner car was provided and he offered the second best experience since we dropped the car off. I can see the reason he was named general manager. ) The first day we dropped the car off, it was good. However, the last we heard anything was Monday. We couldn't get a loner car and we have been renting a car out of pocket. And it's bleeding us dry, so by the time we are able to get our only car back we won't even have the money to pay for the repairs. My husband went in to talk to them face to face and was told, the only guy that could talk to us was in a meeting would give us a call and we are still waiting for that call. Our rental has to be returned today and now we will have to figure out how to get around with our two kids. I got my car from Chenoweth because of how bad the last dealerships treated me but at least they gave me a rental car when dealing with their service department.

I got a recall slip from my manufacturer Lincoln airbag. When I called the gal in the service department was right on top of it I couldn t believe how fast their service department actually sent a mobile mechanic out and fixed it right there on the spot. Great service Dept. I would definitely recommend.

Thank you for leaving the parking spots in front of the DCFC s open. Absolute legends.If I ever needed to buy a Ford, I would take the drive and consider this place based on this experience alone!

Another positive buying experience at Chenoweth Ford. They make the process so easy they are very organized and have everything set up and ready to go. No long waits or the feeling of being left in the dark. John, Jeff, and Eric were amazing to work with again and we couldn t be more happy with our recent visit.

Though my husband enjoys trading cars I hate it but have nothing bad to say about our experience with Chenoweth Ford. The salesman who worked with us, Jeff Anglin, was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering and gave a thorough "tour" of the car when we finalized the trade. Though it's still not my favorite pastime, Chenoweth, Mr. Anglin, and all the other people we worked with were great to work with. Thanks.

Jonathan was great to us when we bought our new truck! He was super knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure we got what we wanted. He also worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing him!

I m typing this at the risk of sounding like a Karen, but I ve been patient since March 11th and I don t know what else to do.I bought a car through chenoweth which blew up, took them almost 2 weeks to get my car in to look at- fine, seems like a long wait for such a big company, but okay.When I bought the car and warranty, it was explained to me that if my car was ever in their shop, I would be provided a loaner car in the mean time. It was advertised like a perk.Now that my car is actually in the shop, they have no loaner cars even though I ve been on the loaner list for over 2 weeks at this point.They have my money and they re done with me. No regard for my livelihood. No regard for how I will get my children to and from school. So I ll have to bum a ride or miss work for another 2 weeks and hope that I still have a job at the end of this.Will never buy from chenoweth again. Do not advertise what you cannot back up!

Just what we needed. Days of rain and our drivers side windshield wiper started to peel. Popped in to get it replaced. Very accomodating. Service great.

UPDATE: The used truck I bought, had a problem after I got back home to Ohio. WITHOUT HESITATION, Jonathan and his team sprung into action, and the repair was made up here in Ohio, and ALL IS WELL! It was under the short warranty that comes with most used vehicle, and they took care of it! THERE IS NOT ENOUGH GOOD PEOPLE LEFT, LIKE THE PEOPLE AT CHENOWETH FORD (NO! I'm NOT being paid to say these things, just being a good person and a good American; like the good ol' days!)Jonathan Garcia helped me buy 'sight unseen'; 31 years in business, and I've never done such a thing. He sent a series of videos of the vehicle I was interested in, from starting it, to looking underneath, to driving it! He was cordial/polite and straightforward from the beginning, all the way through the purchase!!!! I'd do it all over again! Thank you all, Chip!

I bought a 2018 Kia shortage. I put oil in it every other day . I have had to have it towed and worked on. Now 2 months later bam something. I have cancer and asked for a loaner to get to my treatments. I was told sorry about your luck. So now I have no car and I can't get to my cancer treatments I was told sorry about your luck.So now I have no car and I can't get to my much needed treatments.DON'T BUY FROM CHENOWETH

Just purchased a used suv from Jeff Anglin. I have to say even if the deal wouldn't have worked, the amount of customer service I received was enough to come back in the future! From the minute I walked in the door he was extremely personable and willing to listen to what I wanted and needed. He went above and beyond in trying to help accommodate me. Even after the sale was final he took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and answer all my questions. Thank you Jeff!

I don t like to spend money but this experience was pleasing. The sales team was easy to work with and they are customer obsessed. Everyone that we talked to was friendly and had a wonderful personality. Our sales rep was Tiffany and she was very efficient and helpful. Received a fair trade value for our truck whereas earlier in the day another dealership offered an insulting amount for trade. Very pleased with our purchase.

My husband and I have now bought two vehicles at Chenoweth Ford. Both experiences have been wonderful. The sales staff are professional and friendly. They are also accommodating and willing to work with you on a deal. I ve been to other dealerships to purchase vehicles prior but will continue to be a loyal customer to Chenoweth Ford as we have had nothing but great experiences with them.

My husband and I purchased a 2022 Ford Eco Sport at Chenoweth! Buddy was helpful and informative. He got the Job done late on a Saturday and never complained about staying over, they also gave me a more than generous deal on my trade. Overall extremely happy with the service we were given and if you are looking for a great place to purchase, there is no where better!!

Jeff Anglin was very accommodating when I stopped to inquire about ordering a new 2023 Ford Expedition XLT Max. We mocked up the order and placed it all in the same day. Even though Ford would email me to keep me informed of the status of my order, Jeff would also follow up as he would receive information. The entire team made the transaction seamless when it came time for financing and completion of the purchase. Thank you Jeff and the entire Chenoweth Ford Team.

I'd give zero stars if I could. They recently charged me almost 1600.00 to replace a part I later learned could have been purchased for $90.00. The whole experience was a mess from beginning to end. These people are incompetent. These people are thieves.Don't waste your time asking me to call you because I wont. What I will do is tell everyone I know to avoid your dealership like the plague.

Let me start by saying Richie the sales guy was great, he did all he could. It's the greed of the dealership that is the problem. I went in twice last week to buy a pickup with checkbook in hand and both times their greed caused them to lose a customer. They would not budge on the price at all they refused to do anything. They said you pay our price or go somewhere else. I would think with the economy as bad as it is and as high as interest rates are they would be doing anything they could to keep highly qualified buyers. But they tell you our profit margins are very low because we're a volume dealer so we can't help you on the price. That's what you tell someone your trying to extort money from to make them feel better about being ripped off. This is why we have no brand loyalty or dealership loyalty in America, because they have let greed blind them to long-term return customers who will buy multiple cars from them. Now they have lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know to go somewhere else to buy a car because Chenoweth doesn't care about working with you on a deal only gouging you for the most money they can. Now they will reply to this honest review and ask me to call them so they can make it right, which they most likely won't do. But my question is why should I have to call them to get them to do the right thing? Why didn't they do the right thing when I was at the dealership? If they really want to make it right why don't they reach out to me, they have my number. It's all damage control to try it make appear like they care. If you're looking for a car I would waste your time with Chenoweth, unless you've got money to throw away.
