Had one car picked out from the site and Jeff had all the paperwork ready to go but when I test drove it I decided against it. Jeff quickly changed everything to the car I ended up buying and the entire process was quick, easy and very enjoyable. Highly recommend working with JD ByRider Clarksburg!

I am a customer at J.D Byrider, my ford focus got a flat tire right in front of the business today. Usually not a problem but I couldn't get my lug nuts off with my wrench because they were put on with a air gun. One of the mechanics on duty was nice enough to come down with his impact and help me out of a jam. At no charge. Thanks guy's.

I came in not knowing if I was going to get a vehicle or not and it turns out I was able to. I thank Jeff for being super patient with me and explaining everything thoroughly and being able to get me into a car! I recommend giving these guys a try if you re in the search for a vehicle!

I had Ryan in Bridgeport and I will say that was the best experience I have had at a car lot. He could tell I was really nervous and my anxiety is really bad but he was so understanding and very helpful explaining things I didn t understand and helping break it all down and making it affordable for me as a mother of four to have a reliable family car! I couldn t thank them enough for this!

Took my 2009 Jeep Liberty in for lack of heat from heater. Was promptly taken care of my jeep taken in and they explained what they were going to do before hand and got the issue taken care of quickly and professionally. Very friendly staff .

Great Sales Team! I test drove my car and let them know what i noticed was wrong. It was fixed and ready by noon the next day. Great financing! The partial deferred down payment allowed me to get the car I really wanted.

Ryan was in the office and in between customers decided to talk to me even without a scheduled appointment. He was a very fast and easy to get along with guy. He went over paperwork and options very quickly and within the same day in probably 2 hrs total had me approved and in a new high quality very clean low mileage vehicle Thank you Ryan Wilkinson at the JD byrider in Clarksburg Wv for being who you are and doing a great job.

My husband had driven by the Clarksburg Wv lot and saw a Ford Explorer. I had been looking for one for awhile! I immediately called in and spoke to Ryan, who let me know he would send me the link to pictures as soon as he was finished with his current customer. I received that link as soon as I had gotten off work. Drove straight to Byrider as the vehicle had everything I wanted and was in my price range. Filled out an application and spoke with financing. Waited about 20 minutes and they had let me know they could work with me on getting the Explorer home today. After about an hr total in the dealership, I was driving away in it. Highly recommend contacting sales, even if you feel your credit is too low or too many items. They'll do what they can to get you in the vehicle you love!

The overall experience was great. Ryan was very attentive and knowledgeable with all the information pertaining to the car I chose and the process of what all I needed to have and do. Very happy customer and definitely recommend. I am a repeat customer and both times treated wonderfully

Jeff (sales) was absolutely fantastic! Very professional and polite. The gentleman I talked to in finance was also wonderful. I was a little nervous doing everything over the phone before seeing a vehicle, but the suspense and wait was worth it! They got me in my price range and in a vehicle I will love and enjoy for years. Come to byrider, you won t regret it!

Ryan Wilkinson is the MAN!! He hooked me up with a 2011 Volkswagen Golf that runs so smoothly! He will make stuff happen for you and he s an Angel! 10/10 would recommend JD Byrider to anyone

Had nothing short of an awesome experience! Process really couldn t have been easier. Jeff was fantastic! Quickly answered any questions I had and very knowledgeable. It didn t feel like a business transaction at all..his sincerity and friendliness made the whole process feel more like you were sitting down with an old friend to talk about cars!
